Extremely positive experience both times we went (2016 & 2025) - not high pressure at all, very knowledgeable, and very, very helpful even after our purchase (with plate and registration transfer, etc.). My wife & I have decided that because we trust the Liberty Subaru crew even though they're in a business that inherently leads to unscrupulous behavior by many dealers, we will really try to only buy from them whnever we are buying a car.

Great customer experience…once again! Sam is the salesperson I deal with whenever I buy a car and recommend him to everyone I know who is thinking of buying a Subaru. Not only is he a great human being, but he knows his Subarus and will get you the car you want every time. And he does it with tact and class. He has sold me two of my Subarus. I just purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback Wilderness and love it!

Full Disclosure - I didn't buy a Subaru this time and decided to buy a car from another brand but if I ever decide to buy a Subaru, it would be from Jon. All American does my service. I had new brake pads installed after about 46k miles. Not bad. About 3 days later I heard noise, Thought nothing of it as I figured the pads were being worn in. But it just persisted days later. It was about 2wks later I brought it in to get it fixed. Drove it home and the was gone. The following morning driving to work it was back. Bought back again. And long story short they fixed with new rotor and pad. Totally unexpected. Noise no longer persists. Smooth responsive silent braking. AA is committed to customer satisfaction, and are very friendly. Thank you Melek for your support. ••••• for you and 5 more to the entire service dept. this was literally the best car fix experience. See you at the next service. Oh and btw. Before this fix, AA was still excellent in their 6k services. Love, my Forrester.

He was going on vacation but he set me up with Peter Michelle who went above and beyond helping me deceide on my new suburu. Even after the purchase he has kept in touch with me for any help I needed learning all the new information in my new Forester. With a servicing contract, we drive close to 30 miles to - Shadow

With a servicing contract, we drive close to 30 miles to reach Olden Ave on a Saturday. We were running late due traffic and was never told when making the appt that the Service Dept were to close early that day. We called ahead and upon arrival, RuthAnn made accommodation and happily took us in for our first Oil Change with tire rotation. We were out in abut 30 min. At another Suby dealer, the wait is usually about 90 min the last 7 years. Thank you RuthAnn. A few services ago at the other Suby dealer, the dipstick was not returned to its location. Went under the hood the next day to take a quick look. All good but noticed the windshield fluid was very low and not topped off.
