I was first torn between the Jeep Cherokee and the Compass. My mother was not sure what she wanted. Chris never put any pressure or rush on us but rather acted as a caring expert with our best interest in mind.

Well, I always tell people about East Hills Jeep, at least for the past 10 years or so. Having purchased a Jeep from a dealer closer to my home , and having a horrid experience with the sale and service, when it was time for my next car, I went to another dealer, close to home...they were very dismissive and I walked out before purchasing a car. The next in proximity was East Hills and I guess what they say is true: 3rd time was the charm. I purchased that Jeep from Charlie, who was great. When it was time, I called Charlie to make an appt for my next Jeep. I was told he was no longer at the dealership but I could meet with Curtis Rose. The rest is history. Today, I just picked up my 4th Jeep from Curtis. He is honest, dependable, courteous and truly a wonderful guide thru the maze of car purchase. To me, purchasing a car was something I always dreaded. No longer the case. In addition, I always get my cars serviced at East Hills. Their service team is excellent and their late hours are convenient. So East Hills may not have been the closest Jeep dealer, but, in my experience has been the best all-around. Thank you, Curtis, you truly are the best!

One month prior, I test drove a Jeep Summit at Garden City and while I fell in love with the interior and overall design of the car, the price tag exceeded my firm budget. After receiving a phone call from the sales manager and visiting several dealerships and receiving "less than favorable" service, I returned to Garden City to try and negotiate the price. My salesman, David Hyatt, again heard my requirements and communicated back and forth between myself and "the powers that be" to lower the price and add on accessories. While I wasn't overly pleased with the final price, I decided to proceed with the purchase and see if the finance manager could offer any further incentives before I walked away from the deal.
The following day, I was brought to the office of Chase Manning, who had my documentation prepared and was ready to help me crunch the numbers. I immediately expressed to Chase that I was still unhappy with my deal, however I felt there was room for negotiation within the purchase price of the bumper to bumper insurance policy, amongst other things. Chase allowed me to speak my concerns, clarified specific terms and fully explained every line of the purchase agreement. As we approached the 3rd hour in his office, I revisited my hesitation about purchasing the car, as I still had several months remaining on my current lease. Chase confirmed this information with my salesman and instantly contacted the sales manager to offset the cost (which my salesman previously said was not possible). Chase spend over one hour waiting for a reply from the manager and proceed negotiate the amount, on my behalf.
The new change in the purchase price required adjusting and reprinting of ALL of the financial documents, however Chase never complained and continued to answer an abundance of questions from me. Additionally, he was more than accommodating to my 7 year old daughter who was doodling and growing impatient as every hour passed. Needless to say, we finally closed the deal at 10:45 pm, and I drove away a happy camper. Chase turned a somewhat unpleasant car buying experience into a successful transaction with his knowledge, competence and patience. Thank you again.

This guy Chris was the best thing to ever happen to Jeep Dodge Chrystler period! I had my decision already made before going into the dealership but left with a different vehicle entirely. His salesman skills are phenominally outstanding & got me the best deal possible for the mileage & fully loaded package recieved. I highly reccomment paying Chris a visit if you want a do-it-all truck.

I purchased a 2105 Hyundai Santa Fe at Armory Garage and could not have had a better experience. I was over 200 miles away so I could not test-drive the car before purchasing it and everyone I worked with at Armory answered my questions via email and phone honestly and as quickly as possible. Once we agreed on a price I worked with Morgan Williams and he was great in helping me through the process of buying a car out of state. Through working with Armory they assisted me in signing paperwork for the car while sitting on my couch, they registered the car in my state for me, and then ended up delivering the car to my front door. Most importantly, the price we agreed to was the price I paid. No additional fees or charges for any of the services they provided. I couldn't find a dealership near me that would offer this type of service and I'm glad to know there are still dealerships out there that put the customer first.

I went to the dealership not having to trade my car but being in a situation where if I could I would. I met Matt when I walked in and explained my situation. He immediately said "let's see what we can do". So we started talking and figuring out what I needed, what I wanted, what was necessary and what I could live without, plus stay within my budget. By the time we were done I had a brand new Jeep Compass with everything I wanted, including my second choice color which they got from a different dealership. They worked with me and my needs, never pressured me to take more than I wanted, made important suggestions and made me a very happy customer. My experience was the best I have ever had buying a car. Matt kept things relaxed and was able to joke with me as we bartered. A few days later I went back with my son to look at trucks. We worked with Matt and Mason. Again another very positive experience made fun by these two gentlemen. My son ended up buying a new used truck as well. I recommend this dealership 100%. If you want a relaxing experience with people who work with you and help you get what YOU want then this is where you want to go.

I recently visited Town and Country jeep exploring my end of lease options. I was greeted by salesman Jamie Yellin. He was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. After listening to my needs he picked theee cars that fit my familys needs and budget. I agreed to lease a Jeep Patriot. Upon pickup of the vehicle, jamie did everything. Once in financing Erik Sherrif was excellant and patient. He sat us down and went over all of our options educating us and everything and anything. It was literally sign and drive. I will be visiting again and would gladly reccomend to anyone looking for a car.

This was the best experience we have had at a dealer with purchasing a vehicle. We had come in with a TON of stipulations to the purchase and Dave listened to them all. The dealer even had a catered lunch that was excellent! He let us drive multiple vehicles even for hours at a time to make sure its exactly what we wanted. His schedule was very flexible and willing to work with ours. We will definitely be back for our next Wrangler purchase.

Just purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk from White Plains Jeep. Dino was very clear with the lease pricing and offered a very competitive lease deal. Arrived at 1PM to pick up the car and was on my way home with in an hour. Dino had all the paper work processed in advance. He took us out for a test drive, filled up the gas and instructed us on how to use all the features, especially the navigation and phone settings. Overall, I was comfortable and confident working with Dino Zonetti. Very satisfied customer!

Long story short, the passenger side of my vehicle was hit. I had to bring it in for body repair work.
I walked in and spoke to Eddie, who took my information and was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had pertaining to the vehicle and what would be covered and replaced. I was a little skeptical, as I never brought a car in to a body shop before.He assured me everything will be fine. The vehicle was in the shop almost two weeks, which was way longer than expected, due to waiting for the side mirror to be delivered. On top of it all, I had rattling coming from the sunroof. This also took them a little longer, to resolve the issue. At the end of the day, I am extremely happy with the results. I received the Jeep back and the repairs were amazing. They took care of everything. Thanks Eddie & the mechanics at this service center!!
