Recent Lease of 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited - Bill
I recently leased a 2017 Grand Cherokee Limited, the experience was seamless. Brett Newman, sales manager and Arnie Price, business manager were extremely helpful and made the transaction a pleasure. I have purchased and leased many vehicles in the past and these two people raised the bar to what every person in the car industry should model. I would recommend the dealership to good friends and family wholeheartedly, they have a good thing going and it shows from the top to the bottom.
Service after the sale - Hemi Man
Purchased a used Durango from Andrew. He was very upfront about only being at the dealership one week, was As such, I also worked with Chris who was very helpful and fair with the trade-in of my vehicle.
Service manger Anthony and his staff went above and beyond to correct the few minor issues and resolved them without hesitation.

Unbelievable Professionalism - Jason Verspoor
Having been the third dealership that I had been too in 3 days i did not expect the treatment that I would receive upon entering the facility. With in a second, an employees had called for someone to help me and had offered me something to drink or eat. I was then met by my sales person and finance manager who immediately began working on my requests. With in 2 minutes we were outside looking at some options within my budge and wants. They did not waste my time by showing me options that I did not want or could not afford. Once we found the cart hat was right for me. We outlined a budget that we could not go over and both Eugene and Jim where amazing in making that budget work. I have never experienced this level of expertise in a large dealership. The employees here all go out of there way to make you feel special. I am so happy with my interactions here I will be coming back to buy a second car in the future. This is the third Dodge Ram I have leased. The other two dealerships could not compare to this one. My salesman, Michael Horan, was very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and extremely pleasant to work with. He is true to his word. I have the same to say for the General Manager, Bill Ballan. He was above and beyond helpful. The finance manager, Tom Dunn, took care of the paperwork for the lease and he as well was very efficient and courteous. Best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle! I will definitely go back when this lease is up.

This is the first time I have purchased a Jeep Wrangler and it's all I expected it to be. The salesperson, Pioter was terrific. Very polite, very professional and keenly interested in making sure I ended up with the Jeep version I would be most happy with. He walked me thru the inventory in person to see all of the colors and features. He let me test drive both the two and four door versions. Then he and the general manager worked with me to get to a lease payment that was comfortable for me. I couldn't be more pleased with how I was treated. In addition, Alfredo Diaz - Finance Manager, was exceptional. Very smart, friendly and fun to chat with in a very reasonable amount of time. Altogether, this has been a pleasant experience and since I live close by, the annual service visits will be convenient for my family and I. Thank you!

I've bought many cars from several different dealerships over my lifetime but this out-shined them all. Everyone was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and work together. They did ALL the paperwork in such a timely matter that after driving my old car in that morning I was able to drive off with my new car that afternoon. After the purchase was finalized, my salesman (Matt) proceeded to introduce me to the people in the service, parts and billing departments. Darin was able to pull off the payment I was shooting for and got me extended warranties while doing it. My sister has used this dealership for years after buying her Jeep Liberty there and has always thought them great. Now I know why.

This is about Great Customer Service........... I got a sudden urge to purchase a Ford Focus RS about the first of March 2017, I researched and found that 100 miles away from Ithaca, NY, where I reside, there was a Ford dealer in Rochester, NY that had a few of these very exclusive and hard to acquire cars on their lot. I arrived with my 2016 Honda C-RV with 2500 miles on the odometer, with the new car interior smell still prevalent. I parked the Honda, I nosed around the 3 RS cars that they had on display and decided to find a salesperson to give me some more info and a test drive. I had no idea that when Leah Gardiner approached me with a smile, and extending her right hand to shake mine that I was "finally" going to experience truly enthusiastic salesmanship and be introduced to what great customer service was. Simply said, I asked my questions and I got answers. I asked for a test drive prior to possibly purchasing this $50k pocket rocket and with, as I would describe, salesperson Leah Gardiner, almost cheering that she was going to finally get a ride in a Focus RS. The test drive went great and I decided to trade in the virtually new Honda on the spot. Cortese Ford offered me exactly what I paid for the Honda a couple months earlier and I was very pleased.
A couple days later I arrived at Cortese Ford to take my new toy home. The F & I department at Cortese got me a great interest rate of 2.4% for 36 months, all the paperwork was in order and had carefully loaded the extra set of wheels and tires into the hatchback, paying close attention to put padding and materials under and around the item so that the interior would not be damaged. After actually getting congratulations from a variety of employees at Cortese Ford for purchasing this "hard to find" and special Focus RS. After an extensive reveiw and explanation of how the ammenities and displays in this packed with technology RS could be accessed and modified to meet my needs.....the paperwork was signed and off I went back to Ithaca, NY.
Now, there were some issues when I got back home.... The car cover was missing and a special socket needed to remove the wheels was nowhere to be found. I called Leah Gardiner, my salesperson. No problem, 1 day later the car cover arrived overnight. It seems that it was a simple oversight when the car was loaded with all the tires and wheels. The socket arrived within days directly from Ford. Problems solved. By the way the Cortese dealership called and/or texted me, when appropriate, to make sure that indeed both items had arrived at my residence and that I was pleased.......again customer service that cares about the details.
Lastly, and here is the best part about Cortese Ford customer service..... I had a part on my Focus RS that was secured improperly during the initial manufacturing process apparently. The costs to replace the items was about $2k. I called Cortese Ford and spoke with Keith Osier, told him my predicament with my 600 miles on the clock RS. Within 1 hour, YES, 1 hour he had located all the parts, had instigated having all the parts expedited to Cortese Ford immediately. Keith Osier and Patrick Zimmerman scheduled a convenient time for me to drive up to Rochester, NY (200 miles round trip) and have everything in hand to fix the car in a few hours. No questions, no disparaging and/or accusatory questions (as I got from my "local" Ford dealer) just a, “We got you covered Kerry, NO PROBLEM.”
In conclusion, I have not had this kind of attention from a dealership ever. From Leah to Keith to Patrick to the General Manager Ron Christiano (who called to say thanks for choosing Cortese Ford and assuere me that the warranty issues would be addressed quickly). I have owned in the past or own currently own Maserati, Porsche, Ferrari, Lotus, Aston Martin, Chevrolet, Toyota, Suzuki, VW, Honda, etc. and Ford cars and trucks....Cortese Ford is the best customer service, attention, interaction and care I have received in my 45+ years of car buying. Thanks to ALL at Cortese for providing great service before during and after the sale. I will gladly travel the 200 miles to Cortese Ford ton have my car(s) serviced. When you open a dictionary to get a definition of “customer service”….Cortese Ford should be the picture displayed. Enough said!!

Very disappointed with Rockaway Jeep and Dodge. I had a bad altercation with the sales person (Nelson) to the point he almost ASSULTED me and used such an extreme profound language. Told me to go F**k my mother, Really??!! Real ghetto and low class. It was all caught on my cell phone. The man seems to be mentally unstable. I made a report with his manager ( Mr. Armstrong) and FCA jeep corporate. Will also put the video of his behavior on youtube and all social media sites. This guy needs to be FIRED!!! To my understanding this wasn't the first time Nelson has done this before. STAY AWAY!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Eastchester's Service Dept. You drive up and are greeted by a greeter who's friendly attitude is contagious. I forget his name but if you have your car serviced there you will know exactly who I mean. I have had the pleasure of having both Rob and Maggie as my service advisers. Rob and Maggie are very accommodating and do whatever they can to take care of your service needs. I had Rob for my express oil change. He had me in and out and explained everything that was done and took his time while answering my questions. I made the mistake of having a different dealer do some work on my vehicle and they messed it up. I then brought the car over to Eastchester and got Maggie as my service adviser. She went above and beyond to not only get the fix approved but she checked to make sure it was fully covered within the warranty. She kept me in the loop through the whole process and accommodated all my needs. I will be honest and say that I purchased my vehicle at a different dealership 3 years ago because the Sales personnel at Eastchester were not very honest at that time. I have not dealt with the sales staff since then so I don't know how they are now. I would not hesitate to take my car here if you need servicing. They are friendly, listen to your concerns and go above and beyond to assist with the servicing and fixing of your vehicle. If you are using the express service hopefully you get Rob. If you need regular servicing then hopefully you get Maggie as your adviser. They are definitely my two go to people.

I knew exactly what car and model I wanted, so I was essentially bottom line shopping. I got a call from Dave Foley and he cut to the chase in about 60 seconds. He gave me a fantastic deal right off the bat with no back and forth. When I went to pick up the car, they had everything set to sign with no pressure to buy back-ends. My Experience at Dutchess Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was a five star experience from start to finish. My sales rep Freeman Marshall went above and beyond the call of Duty to get me exactly what I wanted at the price that I had to have. Freeman's product knowledge was amazing he was able to show me hoe all the devices in the vehicle worked. Freeman is a true professional.
