Our experience with Friendly Ram in Geneva was comfortable and customer focused throughout. Starting with Jeff Arnold our Salesman, the process never felt like one of pressure or a rush to the cashiers desk to cash us out When it came time to appraise our vehicle we could not make it physically to the dealership on that particular day, Jeff Arnold offered to drive his vehicle from the dealership to our house over an hour away, in a snow storm, and do the appraisal in person for us! As with any sales situation there are hurdles to clear and financial objectives to meet, on both our and the dealership’s end. Matt Smith the Finance Manager made that process seamless and went above and beyond for us with an extended warranty and a sense of humor to go along with it. Throughout our interaction we always felt that Jeff Arnold and the Friendly Team in Geneva had our best interest at hand. Including when Michael D’Amico and Sales Manager Steve Kesner got involved to help us along, everything was equally supportive and smooth. Thank you again to Jeff Arnold for all that he did for us from start to finish!

O K….first I want to start out by saying that I started my journey in searching for a vehicle about 2 months ago. I went to approximately 4 dealerships not knowing which type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. I shopped on Carfax to help me narrow my search down to a Jeep Grand Cherokee because of the Jeeps reliability, safety features, look of the vehicle and affordability of the vehicle. Now, once I figured out which vehicle I wanted to purchase, the HARD part was finding the best Dealership that maintains their vehicles, vehicles are in great condition and the dealership has an array of inventory to choose from. Well…I must say that Town&Country is “THE” dealership you want to do business with. No pressure, upfront pricing, a HUGE inventory of vehicles, Town&Country vehicles are VERY well maintained AND last but not least the Sales Staff are VERY professional, makes you feel like you’ve known them for years AND will do everything within their capacity to help you close on the deal of purchasing a vehicle. From the moment I walked into Town&Country’s, Pre-Owned Dept., salesperson Mark was ready, willing and able to assist. I liked that he is very knowledgeable, patient and helped me to make the RIGHT decision on my purchase. He wasn’t pushy…wellll…not tooo pushy (smile), and allowed me to take my time in my decision of my purchase. Then there’s Boli, another Sales Person who trook me on a test drive. The test drive wasn’t rushed. We drove for about a good half an hour, talked, laughed, as if I’ve known Boli for quite some time. Boli wanted me to experience the smooth ride of the Grand Cherokee and baaaaby!!! The Jeep Grand Cherokee is LUXURY!! THANK YOU Boli for taking me on a test drive that wasn’t rushed. Last but not least..I have to save the best for last…”my” Pasqual (Patrick) is a real “gem”. Pasqual (Patrick) is also a salesperson who basically took over the end part of closing my deal on vehicle. He assisted with transferring my car insurance over to my new vehicle, and sat with me while I waited for Monica (finance dept) to go over purchase agreement. Once purchase agreement was signed, Pasqual (Patrick) showed me how to use the features in my CPO vehicle, set up my android phone on the vehicles dashboard and just made the last part of my purchase a WONDERFUL experience. Mark, Boli and Pasqual (Patrick), thank you guys soooo much for all you’ve done to make my purchase a pleasant experience. You guys rock and Town&Country is only as good as their employees. Keep up the great work guys!! If anyone is in the market of looking for a new or pre owned vehicle…do not hesitate to visit Town&Country Jeep. You won’t be disappointed.

Just leased a wrangler from Jeff Bell and his team. They were first class all the way from start to finish. I appreciated the straightforwardness and no typical car dealership games or tricks. When I was ready to pickup the vehicle all the paperwork was done in advance and was in and out in about a half hour. Would recommend port jeff jeep over any other dealership I’ve dealt with in the past.

Michael Trevett the Service Advisor really takes his time to explain everything and he truly cares. My car needed a pretty expensive part but they all made sure I would get well taken care off. Recently had my 3500 ram in your service department for DPF filter issues. Dan Macdonell and Alex Bevacqua did a great job getting the part ordered and follow up was great. Being I am from out of town and was in town for a family emergency it was great to see your service team and parts team perform so well. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready an entire day before it was supposed to be completed.
