To be honest, at first my interaction with Preston was less than stellar. There were a few bumps and I got upset and I posted a review online. The owner of Preston himself, Pat Preston, reached out to me after I posted the review and personal made sure that I was taken care of. I was working on getting out of a lease early and purchasing another vehicle. Even though I couldn't purchase the vehicle I wanted from Preston because it sold, Pat worked with me every step of the way to help me get out of the lease early with as little debt as possible. I think that when the owner of a company cares enough about the experiences his customers have when they come in that he is willing to personal reach out and resolve any issues to make sure even if it wasn't a good experience that it can be turned into a good experience, it says a lot about the company. I would definitely recommend Preston and would do business with them in the future. They have great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure that my problems were resolved. This dealership is what they would classify as a five star in the restaurant business. They get you in quickly and the waiting area is very accommodating with coffee and daily newspapers. My only complaint would be the part missing from a battery compartment in the trunk of my Cadillac which has been ordered and then used for another car and parts room ordered another one but never received the part yet. This does not detract from my rating I have given.

We made an appointment at Bill Delord to review our end of lease options. We ended up purchasing our vehicle outright which was in our best interest at this time since we are so happy with our 2014 SRX. Our dealer representative for our visit was Ron Morris who we felt so comfortable with and made us feel at home without high pressure sales tactics. We never felt intimidated once during our visit. Car delivered with damage/Won't pay for repairs - SIDNEY A SCHROEDER
Bought a used 14 cadillac elr with 1680 miles in it from them. Since I was out of state I requested the car be looked over with a fine tooth comb. Salesman looked it over/GM looked it over or so I thought. Veh showed up with a curbed rim/4 door dings and a damaged right front fender. Of course this all happened while being driven to me so they say. Offered to pay me $250 for all the damage to the car however does not cover even a 1/4 of the cost. I called this dealer immediately upon the car showing up and sent them pics. Dealer requested a body shop est which I provided to them and then repairs were declined. Requested numerous times for them not to push the deal thru/was declined. Keep in mind this was all in the first couple hours after delivery. Attempted to contact their management personal/left messages,emails etc/no return call. Filed a better business bureau complaint and they wont even respond to that. Got a letter from the owner of the dealer to contact him if there are any issues/of course there is no contact info for him or any way to reach him. I gave this dealer every opportunity to make right on the situation and was declined. Its not about the money its about the point and making the situation right for the customer. Clearly this dealer doesn't care about taking care of their customers. This was also a Certified Vehicle which was delivered with damage.

I have to give the folks here credit where it's due. Had a good buying experience with them. Vehicle pictures online were a fair representation of the condition of the vehicle and didn't try to gloss over dings and scratches. Salesman was helpful and straightforward. Pricing was right for the condition of the truck, too. Quickly settled on a fair price and got the paperwork in order.
Less than a week after I got the truck, we felt a slight vibration at low speeds. Took it in and they did what they needed to do to make a decent diagnosis, even taking it to another dealer for a second opinion. They ended up replacing the transmission. They went way beyond the warranty that came with the sale. We really only felt the vibration maybe 10-20% of the time I drove it, so it would have been easy to miss in an inspection and test drive. They also could have denied the issue, but did the right thing and found a good used transmission with less miles than the truck. They had a courtesy car ready to go as well. Truck is running smooth now and I am happy. Even when I was not pleasant to deal with, they were always polite.
The true test of customer service is when things go bad. They passed with flying colors.

I purchased a used Lexus from Kyle Hellman and for it being my first independent car purchase, I was very disappointed. During the test drive, I introduced her to features about the car that she had no clue about. When discussing the purchasing steps, I was made to feel like I was completely alone with understanding the process. She only helped me find the dotted line to sign. After purchase, she had made it off of the business grounds before I was able to. After trying to communicate with her via e-mail multiple times regarding odds and ends of the purchase, I would get no response. I was very remorseful to buy from her. If it were a more knowledgable salesperson, I wouldn't have left the dealership to test drive other cars.

Dealership alleged car was fixed. It wasn't. Brought it back. They released it saying car was fixed. It wasn't. GM Tom told us there was nothing he could do. He swore in front of us and others saying he didn't have to put up with this crap when we questioned the practices.

After dealing with bill Harris and Sunnyside Chevrolet on a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually ltz Sunnyside beat them by 1700 on price . I had a couple of small issues with my truck so I scheduled it in with bill Harris for warranty service. After being their for 35 minutes Blake tells my wife that we have to get the issues resolved from the dealerer where we bought it from. So I called Blake and he told me that they will not service my truck because I didn't buy it from them. They are an independently owned dealer and don't have to service it. Lol how good is a factory warranty if dealers can pick and choose what vehicles they will work on. So I contacted GM customer service and they confirmed that was true. Bill Harris can refuse warranty work on any vehicle at their discretion. So much for taking it to any dealer to have warranty work performed. I think I will reconsider my options next time I spend 67k on a new truck

The staff are warm and friendly, and are easy to work with. I think they must have really high volume, so it's a good place to keep an eye on if you know what you are looking for. I think the pressure is on here to move cars, but at times perhaps they cut some corners or do things on the margin for profit. I bought a low mileage 2013 RAV 4 which unfortunately needed brake work done within weeks -- it turned out the service technician had recommended brake work on all four brakes back when the dealer inspected the after buying it, but the sales dept had only authorized work on the front. Ditto for a cabin filter. I didn't know this but when I squawked, the salemen made a strong effort to make it right. The work was done in house for no charge to me. The salesmen also said I had bumper-to-bumper warranty but they got the year wrong, and I only found out later it had expired. That wouldn't have been a deal breaker for me anyway, but you might want to ask for everything in writing. ANd perhaps to see the inspection to see what was recommended and whether the work was done.
