We made an appointment at Bill Delord to review our end of lease options. We ended up purchasing our vehicle outright which was in our best interest at this time since we are so happy with our 2014 SRX. Our dealer representative for our visit was Ron Morris who we felt so comfortable with and made us feel at home without high pressure sales tactics. We never felt intimidated once during our visit. We left with a freshly washed and super clean car which is always important to us when we leave the dealer for service or otherwise.

I bought a 2012 CTS-V Coupe from them sight unseen. Sarah did an amazing job in researching some things that showed up on the CarFax report to ease my mind. She was also able to send pictures of the undercarriage shortly after I requested it, along with other pictures of the car, so I knew what I was getting.
The down payment process was painless and they honored an early listing price that had been adjusted after I saw the listing and contacted them despite a lot of interest from other parties. I arrived in Ohio after several delays due to weather to a waiting Todd Bollman in another Cadillac V-series because they wanted to make sure mine was perfect when I first saw it.... and it was. It was sparking on the showroom floor and after a quick test drive I completed the purchase.
They had me in and out in a timely manner and suggested an excellent restaurant right down the road for dinner, which I appreciated. Todd was excellent to deal with, going beyond my expectations when buying a used car. I would without a doubt buy from Lavery Automotive again. They saved me thousands of dollars, even factoring in flying to Ohio from Washington and driving the car home, and made the experience very enjoyable.

Brad was extremely helpful during the entire process, from the beginning of the test drive, through negotiations and then to final purchase of the ATS. I worked with Gary in F&I during the financial process, he was very straight forward in both his explanations of paperwork and what my choices were when it came to certain items. I have to give the folks here credit where it's due. Had a good buying experience with them. Vehicle pictures online were a fair representation of the condition of the vehicle and didn't try to gloss over dings and scratches. Salesman was helpful and straightforward. Pricing was right for the condition of the truck, too. Quickly settled on a fair price and got the paperwork in order.
Less than a week after I got the truck, we felt a slight vibration at low speeds. Took it in and they did what they needed to do to make a decent diagnosis, even taking it to another dealer for a second opinion. They ended up replacing the transmission. They went way beyond the warranty that came with the sale. We really only felt the vibration maybe 10-20% of the time I drove it, so it would have been easy to miss in an inspection and test drive. They also could have denied the issue, but did the right thing and found a good used transmission with less miles than the truck. They had a courtesy car ready to go as well. Truck is running smooth now and I am happy. Even when I was not pleasant to deal with, they were always polite.
The true test of customer service is when things go bad. They passed with flying colors.

After dealing with bill Harris and Sunnyside Chevrolet on a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually ltz Sunnyside beat them by 1700 on price . I had a couple of small issues with my truck so I scheduled it in with bill Harris for warranty service. After being their for 35 minutes Blake tells my wife that we have to get the issues resolved from the dealerer where we bought it from. So I called Blake and he told me that they will not service my truck because I didn't buy it from them. They are an independently owned dealer and don't have to service it. Lol how good is a factory warranty if dealers can pick and choose what vehicles they will work on. So I contacted GM customer service and they confirmed that was true. Bill Harris can refuse warranty work on any vehicle at their discretion. So much for taking it to any dealer to have warranty work performed. I think I will reconsider my options next time I spend 67k on a new truck

I purchased a used Lexus from Kyle Hellman and for it being my first independent car purchase, I was very disappointed. During the test drive, I introduced her to features about the car that she had no clue about. When discussing the purchasing steps, I was made to feel like I was completely alone with understanding the process. She only helped me find the dotted line to sign. After purchase, she had made it off of the business grounds before I was able to. After trying to communicate with her via e-mail multiple times regarding odds and ends of the purchase, I would get no response. I was very remorseful to buy from her. If it were a more knowledgable salesperson, I wouldn't have left the dealership to test drive other cars.

Dealership alleged car was fixed. It wasn't. Brought it back. They released it saying car was fixed. It wasn't. GM Tom told us there was nothing he could do. He swore in front of us and others saying he didn't have to put up with this crap when we questioned the practices.

Went up on Saturday 1-7-2016 to look at a 2012 Mercedes E350. Beautiful car, great experience with all involved with the sale and trade. Very professional and I was treated with the utmost respect.
I do have a problem with the tires on the car, waiting to see how this is resolved to give a complete review. The problem has been resolved that was completely fair for both parties. I would definitely buy from them again.

Purchased 2016 Malibu JAN 2016, Found body issues that are from factory build. .Offer- Body shop. No, We purchased new vehicle that should be free of any body damages. Offer- Accessories. No, What accessory will cover up any body damage? NONE... I will NEVER recommend this so called auto sales to anyone. They LIE to customers, They will not return phone calls after the first if it pertains to a problem with the vehicle you purchased. Contacted BBB and GM pertaining to this matter. Still nothing done by coughlin. I will only settle for buy back of my vehicle and not trade in value. They will screw you in any way shape or form.... Al Coughlin himself will not return phone calls after complaint was made directly to him...

He did not pressure us to buy the extras and came back with a fair trade in. We were treated well by all of the sales staff and would definitely buy from them again.

Bought a new SUV from this dealership and it had a saftey problem and recall before they sold it to me. They knew I shouldn't have left the lot with it. Complained to the owner and he was an arrogant, unapologetic, and inconsiderate.

I was hoping to trade in my vehicle but quickly realized I wouldn't buy a cracker from this place even if I was starving!!! The sales manager there is a worthless piece of crap that apparently has zero respect for women what so ever, he actually had the nerve to yell at me throughout the whole sales process! He apparently thought I born yesterday and should take nothing on my vehicle. If this is how this company runs its operation you need to run while you can!!

After negotiating the deal with the sales consultant, I began my journey into the customer service downward spiral. The finance manager was very deceptive about the extended service contract so buyer beware. Check your paper work for the cost and the length of the contract. I had to escalate my issue to get it resolved. After it was all said and done, the sales manager came to the rescue and got it right. Very bad customer experience and no concessions were made to me after the dealership's mistakes. If it was an honest mistake, I wouldn't be as critical but this was flat out deception. They push the service contract, offer you a great deal on it, and then change the numbers in the final deal. Very shady.
