Marc Ancona (Sales Manager) caught the mistake when he crunched the numbers and informed us. But instead of making us pay for our mistake, Marc subtracted the error from the cost of the vehicle which cut into the dealers profit. How many dealerships would do that.
Selwyn Brown (Finance Manager) was very personable and pleasant to work with as well. Instead of pushing many costly additions, we shared stories while completing the final documents.
What a dealership! If you want honest salesman (Jeremy Wright), superior customer service (before and after you close the deal), and competitive pricing then shop at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Cadillac Kia Nissan and you won't be disappointed. We Weren't!
