This is my 5th Cadillac bought, 3 of which was purchased at Camargo Cadillac, the experience there was fair to poor, nothing like my Purchase at Jeff Wyler. The staff was very friendly and curious and very efficient. Tyler and Harold made the purchase very easy and actually fun. Harold even spent 2 1/2 hours today in 95 degree heat explaining all the options and gadgets, before arriving to pick it up this morning he even preset a lot of the option for us. This SUV has every bell and whistle you could imagine and now that I know how to operate it is not so intimidating. The others dealer didn't spend but maybe 15 minutes tops, the staff and owner of Camargo made us feel like we were beneath them, nothing at all like Harold and Tlyer. I will buy other cars there with no apprehension. A fair price and great service, the total package.

After shopping with Lee in near 90 degree weather, we met Lee in his office. He put the numbers together and since I owe to much over the true value of my present car, we could not make the purchase. Had a narrow selection of trucks to fit my needs. Only 4-6 in the county. Three were in Alliance so had a day I could drive the 40 some miles to look at them. I found the one that fit the best at Lavery.
I was not approached on the lot, which sometimes I appreciate. So I went inside and first impression was good. I was greeted immediately at the front desk and soon after presented with a rep. Todd Bollman also made a good first impression, calming, firm handshake, and constant eye contact. He took me to the truck, I liked it, he got someone to assess my truck and we looked at the history of the truck I was interested in. He showed me all the data available to him on the same screen for me to see, loved the carfax. I was OK with the value offered for my trade in, so all that was left was the numbers. It took two trips to "the man behind the curtain" but there was enough room to feel better about the deal. Todd was very good to work with. Being skeptical by nature I was OK with this guy. He was observant and had good interpersonal skills. He thanked me twice for my military service triggered only by the plate on my truck. The dealership in total was comfortable and professional. Tip of the hat also to Beth and Becky!

I experienced the misfortune of losing my car to a total in an accident. In an effort to replace my loss, I used the internet in my search for a replacement within 50 miles. After two weeks, I could not find a better deal on a 2012 Volvo than Germain Cadillac-Easton.
I even worked with two other local dealerships, but they could not beat the price of Germain. I always deal with one of the local Volvo dealers but this was a great deal. An easy online contact with Brad Martinkovich and a few days later, I was behind the wheel of a very clean Volvo S80. (this is my 4th S80).
I was pre-approved for a loan through my bank with a good interest rate, and Brad agreed, but suggested we try to find a better rate. After signing papers in Ryan Layman's office, with a BETTER rate, shaking hands with Brad in the parking lot, the deal was done in less than an hour and a half.

I'm not too impressed with this dealership. The car selection is small, the prices are big, and the service is mediocre. I did not buy a vehicle from this dealership, and my time was definitely wasted. The vibe in general was dismal and sub par in my humble opinion.

I was coming home from a conference in Columbus when my tire pressure indicator started letting me know that my tire pressure was dangerously low. I stopped at a gas station to check the tire pressure but it read what it was supposed to so I continued home. The indicator continued to show my tire pressure was dropping so I decided to stop in at the Service Department at Coughlin. They got me in without an appointment. They discovered that my sensors weren't reading the right tire and it was actually a different tire that was losing pressure. They corrected that issue and then looked at the tire itself to see what was wrong. They discovered a large piece of metal in the middle of my tire that I had picked up on the Columbus highways. They removed it and patched the hole. I am very grateful that they were able to help me on such short notice.

It was great as always. Was in bind. Battery died. Live in Columbus but do everything at Marysville where I bought the car. Was just going to have local Chrysler dealership do the battery, but would be 2 days to get the battery. Called Coughlin and got in same day. Was so thankful only charged $50 for labor ones in Columbus was around $100. Thanks as always.

Just bought my second truck from Morris. Both of my experiences were very pleasant and never any pressue or pushy selling tactics to get me to buy. Both times I dealt with the same salesman. Mark Nugent is a real pleasure to deal with and looks out for his customers and treats them with great respect and excellent customer service. Mark makes the whole sales experience run smooth from beginning to end. I will definitely be going back to Mark in the future.

So I bought a new truck at Grahams Automall in Mansfield Ohio 3 years ago. I bought the extended warranty because figuring it is a truck something will go wrong. When I bought it, the guy who sold me the warranty said everything is covered. Well that being said, this is how they get you. My bluetooth is acting up on my radio, so they said well we can't call the warranty place to see if it is under warranty until we do a $100 diagnostic to see what the problem is. So they charge me a $100 to see if the problem is under warranty? Now if the problem is under warranty my $100 is not charged, but if the part is not then I have to pay the $100. After arguing with these people, this will be the last car I buy from Grahams Automall and the last time I have service done at Grahams Automall.

ANYONE INTERESTED IN SELLING A USED CAR TO JEFF SCHMITT NEEDS TO READS THIS FIRST!!
I received a letter in the mail claiming that increased demand for used cars led Jeff Schmitt to be interested in purchasing my car. After calling the number in the letter, I was directed to the Jeff Schmitt website to fill out a form with information on my car and receive an "instant offer" for my car which could be redeemed at the "participating dealer" (Jeff Schmitt). I filled in the information, including my VIN number, and received an instant offer. I was called to see what I thought about the offer. I said the offer was marginally interesting (somewhat lower than I hoped). I was told that very often the actual offer is higher so I made an appointment to take the car in to the dealership for their review. After their review, they offered me $3,000 less than the "instant offer"! I was told that my offer was from KBB (even though the KBB service was offered as part of the used car purchase program on Jeff Scmitt's website) and that Jeff Schmitt did not have to honor it. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and left. My skepticism about the value of this program was confirmed. I definitely would not recommend this program and perhaps this dealership to friends or family.

After negotiating the deal with the sales consultant, I began my journey into the customer service downward spiral. The finance manager was very deceptive about the extended service contract so buyer beware. Check your paper work for the cost and the length of the contract. I had to escalate my issue to get it resolved. After it was all said and done, the sales manager came to the rescue and got it right. Very bad customer experience and no concessions were made to me after the dealership's mistakes. If it was an honest mistake, I wouldn't be as critical but this was flat out deception. They push the service contract, offer you a great deal on it, and then change the numbers in the final deal. Very shady.

Getting a car services is a frightening thing. I have a Saturn and needed to find someone to service that type of vehicle. I was to various GM service facilities and was never, NEVER treated with the respect that I received at Cole Valley. All work performed on my car has been top quality. It almost seemed I went in for one problem (which was corrected accurately) and mysteriously other problems that I noticed all of a sudden weren't there anymore. Now I would recommend service here not because of a break on pricing (all service is expensive) but because of the quality and treatment received at Cole.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!Wouldn't even give the 1 star but I had to to write this rating. I went in as a single lady with out my significant other. I was hoping to trade in my vehicle but quickly realized I wouldn't buy a cracker from this place even if I was starving!!! The sales manager there is a worthless piece of crap that apparently has zero respect for women what so ever, he actually had the nerve to yell at me throughout the whole sales process! He apparently thought I born yesterday and should take nothing on my vehicle. If this is how this company runs its operation you need to run while you can!!
P.S. I hope they go out of business!
