I enjoyed working with Bryson. He had a great demeanor. Not too pushy or overbearing. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I called ahead about the Ford Escape. He had the Escape pulled up front waiting for a test drive when l arrived. I loved the smooth ride and knew that was the car for me. He answered all my questions about the car in a clear, concise and patient manner. After completing the necessary paperwork, l drove off the lot. Love my Escape!
