My situation was somewhat complicated due to the fact I had recently moved and alot of my documentations were missing or had incorrect addresses. Bob Whelan took care of my change of address, registration cards and simplified the entire process!! Chris Danzi took the time to explain every signature that was required of me. I felt very comfortable and knowledgeable about my entire experience. This is my 5th vehicle purchase from Jeff D'Ambrosio. I bought a new 2016 jeep Cherokee and after 2 weeks of driving it; a piston went and destroyed the engine. Although Chrysler put a new engine in the vehicle, I was uncomfortable with this vehicle and told Chrysler about my concerns. Even though Chrysler was not willing to help me out, the sales staff at D'Ambrosio Dodge worked very hard to rectify the situation. Our salesman Ken, and the rest of the staff went to great lengths to resolve the situation and let us know that they valued our business and the relationship that we have had with them for the past 15 years. We appreciate their efforts in this situation and we will continue to bring our business to their dealership.

your dealership has always been good to me. With that said my only displeasure has to deal with the closing of the express lane. that was very convenient. Now you have to wait and or leave your car for hours at times for an oil change and tire rotation. This is an inconvenience.

I was looking to purchase a Pacifica with certain options, and colors. I had checked other dealers and decided to check Reedman to look at specific colors before ordering from factory. We looked at one with the colors we wanted and was told it was ordered by a customer. It did have options that were more than we were going to order. The salesman, Gary Lazur was trying to find one and found out this was not going to be purchased by the orderer. He then worked with Sales Mgr to get us the lowest possible price, was exceptional. I have purchased from him before and found him to be very thorough in his research and getting the customer the best possible price.

I was in the market to lease a jeep renegade and I had been to a couple dealerships and none were willing to work with me and get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted and give me a fair deal on my trade. After a frustrating day I decided to stop here last since it was near home and Josh went above and beyond. Sat right down with me to discuss what I wanted and features I wanted in the vehicle and what color I would like and then we talked numbers. He went back and forth between me and his boss a couple times but at the end of the day they gave me almost four thousand dollars over book value for my car to give me enough equity in my trade to put my payments where I wanted them. After that Josh bought dinner for my wife and I because it had gotten late. . He also paid for me to get my jeep detailed at the location of my choosing and checked back with me to make sure I was happy. I can't say enough good things about the team at Bradford Dodge, Jeep and Ram.... Exemplary service all around. Thank you so much.
