I visited Videon to browse their selection of Jeeps but hadn't intended on making any decisions that day. Phil Snyder greeted me with a warm smile as he held the door for me. I told him I was just looking into my options and outlined my "must have" features as well as the price range I was comfortable with. He didn't miss a beat. Phil immediately went to the exact right Jeep for me. It had the features I wanted and many, many more. And the total cost was lower than the price range I gave him! I was blown away. The product (and price!) aside, I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Videon. It can be intimidating to walk into a dealership but I felt like every member of the team there sincerely wanted me to feel comfortable. They're so friendly and professional. I decided to lease the Jeep Phil showed me (2016 Jeep Compass High Altitude) and I'm so glad I did. As I was going through the paperwork, I was already messaging my friends to recommend Videon. This is my 5th vehicle lease/purchase and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had. They are customer-focused, honest, friendly, and showed a high level of professionalism and integrity. Knowing I had to turn in my old lease and start the process over again made me nervous but the team at Videon far exceeded my expectations.

When we started shopping for a Jeep five dealerships came up online. Every one of them contacted us by email but the Kelly Dealership internet sales called and set up an appointment. When we visited the dealership we met Tony Bittenbender, he was the best from the very first handshake. He took us for his famous "Tony Test Drive" that test ride took the Cherokee through it's paces. Even though this is our 4th Jeep he demonstrated all of the great features of this car and we were really impressed both by the car and the test ride it's self. Of all the cars we've bought over the years no one ever showed us all of the features of a car like this, usually you have to watch the video or read the owners manual. We actually walked away feeling we knew all about the Cherokee.

..but PLEASE don't tell my Wrangler!!! That's right, as of yesterday, I am the proud owner of TWO jeeps, both purchased from Tunkhannock Auto Mart with the help of Eddie Schwartztrauber. This more recent experience really spoke to his "when you're ready, call Eddie" catch phrase. I saw this Jeep on TAM's website Sunday and just KNEW it was one I'd been patiently looking for for months. A Monday morning test drive confirmed that and I drove it home later that day. I was READY, called Eddie and he got it done!
That said, rewind 12 years to my Wrangler purchase and I most certainly was NOT ready...I wandered onto the lot out of disgust for the rental I was stuck in after a car accident. I was bound up in insurance company red tape and about to run out of my rental allowance. I was both naive and unnerved for fear that I'd soon have no way to get to work and naturally took it out on the car salesman lol. After a quick greeting, I confidently rattled off what I thought was a completely unreasonable list of required specs...Eddie pointed across the lot with a grin to my "dream" TJ and she's still parked in my driveway today! It was NOT easy (or at all fun) trading a wrecked vehicle and he went above and beyond making it as smooth for me as possible. Point is, ready or not ready, call Eddie. He is a true professional, both knowledgeable and available to help irrespective of where you are in the buying process.

your dealership has always been good to me. With that said my only displeasure has to deal with the closing of the express lane. that was very convenient. Now you have to wait and or leave your car for hours at times for an oil change and tire rotation. This is an inconvenience.

I was in the market to lease a jeep renegade and I had been to a couple dealerships and none were willing to work with me and get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted and give me a fair deal on my trade. After a frustrating day I decided to stop here last since it was near home and Josh went above and beyond. Sat right down with me to discuss what I wanted and features I wanted in the vehicle and what color I would like and then we talked numbers. He went back and forth between me and his boss a couple times but at the end of the day they gave me almost four thousand dollars over book value for my car to give me enough equity in my trade to put my payments where I wanted them. After that Josh bought dinner for my wife and I because it had gotten late. . He also paid for me to get my jeep detailed at the location of my choosing and checked back with me to make sure I was happy.
