I am almost 50 years old, so I have had my share of car dealership experiences. Truly, nothing compares to MM Subaru, every staff member is courteous, show genuine empathy and go out of their way for the customer. They treat you like a friend for lack of better ways of putting it. I had a bad experience at a collision / body shop and a mechanical shop next door to the body shop. My gut told me something was wrong, felt like I was being taken advantage of. I removed our Subaru from their care and drove it down to MM Subaru. Greeted by Carlos (such a kind nice guy, went out of his way to give me confidence that whatever it was, they could and would handle it properly). In speaking with the Service Manager Josh - he continued to follow up with me letting me know each stage of the inspection diagnosis. Kept me so well informed and was beyond on top of things. Found out the other shop said an expensive part needed Elton be replaced (was not needing to be replaced / that all 4 bearings were just fine) and the other shop saying they found nothing wrong with my vehicle making horrible clanking noises from the right rear, MM Subaru found that item 6,7,10 on the diagram sheet were no longer attached to each other (the accident broke the sealant and a large gap existed so when the body flexed the pieces impacted each other. Also found that my alignment was “severely” out of what it should be, the body shop and mechanic shop never performed an alignment. Matt in the collision center followed up with me consistently and made sure I felt confident that it would come back to me in safe and great working order. Hands down the most reputable and moral service and collision team I have had the privilege and pleasure to work with. Our Subaru Outback feels better now than any time ever in the past 4 years of ownership. So happy to have had that team working to help us. Carlos, Josh and Matt deserve recognition for their honest efforts and genuine care. I have told everyone so far I know and will continue to do so to use MM Subaru for all their repairs, collision needs and when tires are due to be replaced. These guys rock!

Very helpful. They had the vehicle ready to trade and test drive. Jasmine was ready to answer all my questions. Financial department explained everything very well. It took a few hours to make everything possible. They went out of there way and also had a bag of goodies after the papers were signed. The vehicle is great. It wasn't detail cleaned until after I test drove it. Thank you!

Service was excellent. Lucas took good care of me. Lucas was knowledgeable and efficient. It only took 15 minutes for them to take my car, put it on the lift and Kirk the mechanic sent a video of the problem. I was impressed!

Surprised that Brian Johnson is still employeed as general manager given his unethical sales practices. Disappointed that both Larry H. Miller corporate and Asbury Automotive Group seem unconcerned with his shady tactics. It says a lot about the company when they allow behavior like this to continue unchecked. Brian Johnson is a real piece of work — and unfortunately, so is the LHMiller group. I'll be taking my business to Ken Garff from now on, and I’ll continue sharing my experience to make sure others are aware too.

We filled out an application and literally waited 2 days for them to tell us it didn’t go through Fred the car salesman should have told us from the beginning that they couldn’t help us instead of wasting 2 of our days Pretty sure it’s his first week he didn’t seem like he even knew what was going on Even the sales manager could have cared less Bad business! I had a great experience with many of the staff at National Auto Plaza. I'm from Florida and have purchased many cars, and as a female, I expect to be taken advantage of but that was certainly not the case. A few issues needed to be worked out, and JJ, Eric, Ryan, Dave, Alex, Kemo, Sean and Brandon all treated me respectfully. Among other things, without any hesitation, they stood by their word and agreed to pay for a damaged radio on an "as is" vehicle which may or may not have been their responsibility. I will be returning to my home state with a rather expensive "souvenir," but more than that, I will have a very positive impression of the people of Utah because of the way these fine men took care of me throughout this transaction. Well played, gentlemen, well played.

Paid $19,000 for a 2013 Nissan rogue FWD the residual amount to keep the car is $3,280 after realizing they were screwing me on interest I ended up paying the car almost all the way off I am waiting to make the final payment on the lease they called me and told me I had to pay them around $3,200-$3,300 to repair the calipers and transfer case before I could make the final payment now if you don’t know a FWD car doesn’t have a transfer case which tells me they just want that residual amount wether I keep the car or they keep the car I previously requested a copy of my contract agreement and they refused which from what I understand is something that they are required to do horrible experience another thing to note is their cars come with a drive train warranty so if there was a transfer case in the car the warranty would cover it

car buying can be a stressful experience. we DID NOT have that at tim dahle in murray ut. . ramon the salesman and tyler the finance manager explained financing , warranties etc.,. different frontier models to my wife and i. we are in our 70's, and pretty challenged when it comes to technology. . they answered questions that we had. , and they offered info. to help us out. i wouldnt hesitate to deal with these . two people again, we were treated with dignity and respect when we asked questions , i will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to contact them. thanks for a wonderful experience. i will definetly buy from them again. p.s. we drove three hrs. from wyoming. to buy a vehicle. a huge shoutout to RAMON and TYLER

All our correspondence was by text and email and upon arrival at the dealership they took my car out for a test drive and inspection. They came back with an additional $1000 for my trade over what they quoted. I would definitely take my business there again.

No stress car buying?- ask for John! He listened to what I wanted, answered ALL my questions, explained everything about the truck, was flexible on how I wanted the deal and gave me a good price for my trade. Very few car sales people have the knowledge that John obviously has from his years of experience. He understood it was a big investment for me and wanted to be sure I was getting the truck that met my needs - it never felt like he was just trying to close the deal. So if you go to LHM in Provo - be sure to ask for John.
