No hassle buying experience - Russ B
We were very pleased with our buying experience. Mitch Tracy was knowledgeable, courteous and put no pressure on us at any time. The process went very smooth and Mitch followed up his customer service by calling us after our purchase to make sure we were still loving our new Frontier and had no issues. We would recommend Mitch and Nissan to anyone looking for a new vehicle !
My 2017 Hyundai Sonata - cpaalan
This is our family's fourth vehicle leased from Hyundai of Kirkland. We used to be loyal Toyota customers but your dealership, the selection and the helpful people have changed us to loyal Hyundai customers. We definitely will tell anyone who is looking for a vehicle to check out Hyundai of Kirkland.

Went to see what a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid drove like - Daryl34
We received such a great welcome, we ended up buying one on the spot. Tom Keefe took good care of us. He took us for a test drive and showed us some important information about the vehicle and then he took our money.......Thank you.

Bought our 2nd new Mazda at West Hills - Greenchili
We just bought our 2nd new Mazda from West Hills Mazda in 2 years. We liked the CX-3 so much we bought a new CX-5.
We had outstanding treatment from all of the staff, from the receptionist , the sales persons and the finance manager. All were courteous and knowledgeable and we were treated with respect and made comfortable.
We have owned BMWs and found their dealers to be outstanding and it is great to find a Mazda dealer as good as or better than the BMW folks.
Professional and No pressure buying - Jerri
Jeff and all the Staff at Bickford were friendly, professional and very pleasant to work with. We should have been purchasing our Ford's there before. I wouldn't go anywhere else to by my next Ford.
Just AWESOME - justcheryl
I have a three part review.
1. When I bought my car in May, I sent many emails back and forth with Ryan and Brian. I live up in Auburn, so I wasn’t able to just stop by after work. We talked about the kind of car I was looking for, and I pretty much told them not to even bother showing me a car that I was going to have to settle for. They both handled this message and my many questions very well, and were very prompt in getting back to me.
2. The day I actually went to Olympia to test drive cars was a good day. I met Beau there (he has moved on now) and worked with Brian. Beau drove me around to test drive different cars, and I chose the very nice Ford Fusion that I’m driving now. Beau is the only car salesman I have ever hugged. He told me the story about his brother, and how he gave his life for our country. Long story short, lots of tears I cried this day. But good tears! Brian was really amazing with the financing. He helped me get with Avid Acceptance, who are so easy to work with, and get the car financed. Also helped me with getting insurance set up.
BEST Car Buying experience I’ve had.
3. Recently, my car started acting sluggish going up Tiger Mountain (Hwy 18) and when merging into traffic on the freeways. I’ve been pretty good about changing the oil, and taking care of the other routine maintenance on the car. So, I was a concerned that it might be something major. I took it to Sound Ford in Renton (don’t go there!), and was told after 3 days that my car needed a new transmission and it would cost $6,000 + tax. After the hysteria calmed down a bit, I reached out to Ryan. Ryan immediately offered assistance. He called Sound Ford to get their take on their diagnostic. After speaking to Sound Ford, Ryan told me he didn’t think they were right on their assessment. We arranged to have my car taken down to the service department at Awesome Ford (highly recommend them!) to get a diagnostic there.
Ryan contacted me two days after I dropped it off with Awesome Ford letting me know I didn’t need a new transmission (thank you Baby Jesus!). What the car needed was transmission fluid, and a good tune up. Also an alignment and some new tires. So, I got all of that done at a little over $1,500.
What I’m trying to say is THANK YOU Ryan. Your compassion for helping others is truly astounding. You went above and beyond customer service after the sale. You’ve earned all of my future car buying business. And anyone else I can convince to drive the extra distance to go see you.
Best Service Experience EVER! - Carrie Cofer
My husband and I were on our way to a vacation in the San Juan's when an error light illuminated on our 2012 Ford F350 Diesel telling us to 'pull over safely now'. We barely made it off of the freeway before our truck died. What resulted was a two-hour wait alongside of 1-5 in rush hour traffic on a Friday night. Believing it was an exhaust sensor failure, and looking to have the defunct sensor replaced, we contacted every Ford dealer in the surrounding area while waiting for a tow. Every dealer with the exception of one, was quick to shut us down telling us that all of their technicians would be going home at 3:30, (some even laughed) and the best they could do was try to get us in on Monday. We were three hours from home and had four kayaks, four bikes and a truck full of gear - not to mention ferry reservations first thing the next morning. Waiting until Monday wasn't going to be an option. And then there was Horizon Ford. When I called I spoke to their Service Manager, Charlie Flanagan who was very polite and courteous offering suggestions that might help our situation. The fact that their shop is open until 6:00 pm is a real plus when most shops close by 3:30. He wasn't sure we could make it in time, but if we did, he was going to do everything he could to help us. Out of 8 service departments that I called, he was the only one who treated me with compassion and respect. He told me that unfortunately, their diesel tech, Marlon Barrios had plans to be at a family event that evening and wouldn’t be staying late that night and if it wasn’t family, he would stay to help. Being a parent myself, I totally understood but I was still going to try to make it there before they closed. It took a few hours to get there, and we knew we couldn't get the truck fixed without the diesel tech so we had planned to buy the parts we needed and try to fix our rig ourselves instead. Hearing of our plight, the Parts Department Manager, Wyatt Geary sold us the parts and offered some other items he knew we would need. He was very helpful and kind! After unsuccessfully attempting to repair the vehicle ourselves we planned to wait it out and stay in town until we could get the truck repaired. I walked into the service department and Charlie asked if he could help me. I was going to schedule an appointment for Saturday or Monday, (not knowing if they were open on Saturday) and I jokingly said, yes, that is if you have a diesel tech available. Recognizing my voice, he quickly recalled that I was the lady in the stranded truck that had called earlier and ran out to see if Marlon might still be available. Imagine my surprise and delight that Marlon was still there and was able to assist us! He quickly identified the problem and even stayed over in order to make the necessary repairs and help us get on our way that night. Charlie even identified that it was a recall issue and saved us some money. I simply cannot say enough positive comments about this team! Customer service like we received that evening is so rare these days that I couldn't believe what was happening. One thing that really stood out was that they cared - they listened and they really cared! Most people we talked to earlier that day could have cared less that we were stranded, but not Charlie and the team at Horizon Ford. For that reason alone they made a customer for life! We own an excavation company in Southwest Washington and I wish we lived closer so we could purchase and service all of our Ford trucks at Horizon Ford. No matter how well-built, trucks these days require service and maintenance and it’s nice to know that there are shops out there that go the extra mile and do what it takes to get the job done and make their customers happy. Because of our incredible experience at Horizon, we will tell everyone we know in the greater Seattle area to make sure they buy from and have their trucks serviced at Horizon Ford! Sincerely, Andy & Carrie Cofer
Fugate sales and servise - Dave w
I have purchased 2 cars from them now, one used, one new, and have a new F150 I had purchased from another dealer close by. Both the new and used car were given two years of free servise (oil changes), which I can drop off for at a moments notice. Their quality of work is outstanding, and is always ready when they hace said it was going to be, and detailed as well!
I have never dealt with a dealership as easy and pleasant to work with as Fugate, and will be back to them for any other vehicle purchase I make in the future.
Thank you all very much!
Used truck purchase - DrewTacoma
I purchased a used truck from this dealership. They pick me up at the airport we went through the truck thoroughly. We finish the paperwork in their offices. Absolutely no issues great experience, I would highly recommend them
Awesome Dave - bassmomma
Stopped in to check out F 150's. Salesman Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful! Anyone looking for a vehicle, go see salesman Dave.
Great service and kind staff! - tyhuseman13
This was my first experience with this dealership and I have found my lifelong Ford dealer & service team! I took my Ford Explorer in to be serviced and everyone here from sales, parts & service were outstanding! I didn't see one person in the store, customer or staff, that wasn't happy and kind. Nate from the service team checked me in, offered me a shuttle ride to work, told me about the service being performed as well as the time line for getting my vehicle back and sent me on my way. Upon getting my vehicle back I was given a top to bottom explanation of my vehicles health and once again how the "surgery" on my car went. They washed my Explorer, treated it well and treated me even better. Unlike most dealerships who love you when they're ringing your wallet dry, these guys treated me like a VIP and all my work was under warranty! I would absolutely recommend Skagit Ford for all things Ford!
Awesome Experience - gc1959
This was absolute the best car buying experience I have ever had. Matt, the Internet Sales manager worked with me over 8 weeks not only to find the right Ford F150 but the right priceand the right financing.
Everyone worked hard and no pressure.
I will definitely continue to do business with Westlie Ford
My Tucson experience - mmagnuson
We had a great time they treated us like family. They made buying our Tucson a wonderful experience. Andy was very good and explain questions we had. We had another salesman also and he really took the time to answer all my questions . I would recommend them. We love our Tucson and the fact we could lease it. Thsnk you Columbia Ford
Quality Dealership - Eric Reiber
We have had a long and positive relationship with Jess Ford of Pullman buying new, used, and with their service department. They have earned our trust and business long term. When we buy, that is where we shop.
Good buying experience - Recent Retiree
I recently retired and I was out looking at pickups to tow a travel trailer and the F150 was one I wanted to test drive based on the positive reviews and ratings. I went to Vancouver Ford and Chris Jenkins was the sales person I met. I was on a "look and learn" mission but Chris was able to quickly ascertain my needs and I drove a terrific truck that was just the right fit. Chris is laid back but really knows the product well and showed all the features and options that made this the right choice.
Customer comes first - Ken & Kathi
It was hard negotiations--we only had so much money and had picked out a great used vehicle (Ford of course) that was a bit out of our price range, Rick and Damon determined they were going to make us happy customers, and after lots of discussion, tire kicking and compromise a deal was made.that made everyone but Rich happy....grin
Seriously Customers do come first and they really work hard to have one leave the lot satisfied they got a "GREAT DEAL".
Easy to deal with. - Mcaley
Both Michael and Juan were very friendly and helpful. We really like their up-front pricing at Mullinax Ford. I feel that we paid a reasonable price for our new truck, and that they gave us a reasonable trade-in price for our trade-in.
Great experience - XLT Happy
No pressure and I really felt like they wanted to provide me the truck I was looking for. I had already been to a couple of dealerships - I left them feeling disappointed and that it was going to be a long slog finding the right truck. I was not even going to go to Ford, but out of desperation..... and WOW!
A totally great experience from the sales staff, finance, and service departments.
Great service! - Doxylovr
I lov the fact that I went in for oil change & squeaky brakes. Thought I'd have to get brakes but it was just dust. They don't try to sell you what you don't need! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
mind blowing service - Amanda Chea
Korum Ford dealership has a great selection. Christian Gilbert was our salesman. We had previous car problems and Christian provided us a helping hand. I was considering to buy a new car and with Christians professional and humorous presence i decided to look at Korum. Christian walked me through with what i can afford and not braking the bank and got the finance team to help set me up with a amazing deal. We landed ourselves with a new 2016 Ford Focus.
OLD SCHOOL used car salesman - keith B
Holy crud talk about OLD SCHOOL used car salesman, the 80's & 90's called gentlemen and would like their sales tactics back!!! The short & sweet of this is that the management (Steve....) likes to use that old school control & badger the customer to death technique!!! We had deal agreed upon & after we sent them our banks fax # to send over the purchase order. They then decide that they would like to make more profit in the deal by reevaluating my trades and having us do our paperwork through them for our bank, instead of coming up there with a check in hand. Okay so another words, we would like to bring you into the dealership sir & verbally accost you some more until you take less money for your trade in vehicles. Then we want to try & persuade you away from your trusted credit union into one of our financing options. All in the hopes that we can make even more money off of you if possible sir. However the worst case scenario is that we can always back pedal (which we obviously have NO problem doing) & go ahead & send it through your credit union. But at least then we'll have a chance to try & sell all the extended warranties and add on crap that we can. Oh yeah & let's not also forget to mention the charge to your credit union. It's just for a few hundred bucks that we'll get for doing all the paperwork for um, that you could have done at the branch for FREE with um !!!!! Now we will say this, we do feel bad for the salesperson though. Because she was
great the whole way through, professional until the end. We truly did feel that she had earned our business over the other dealerships that we had been shopping ! It's just unfortunate for her that the managers aren't as professional as she was !!! All & all the year is 2016 gentlemen get with the times, because the majority of us consumers do NOT buy car's this way anymore !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent experience except on bad apple! - SemperFi
-Service Department is five stars, Josh (Service Manager) and Kyle H., are awesome to work with. I have a 2000 Ford F350 7.3L and Kyle is the ONLY mechanic I will let work on my truck.
-Sales: I would rate as four stars. Yiwen "George" Li was a wonderful salesman, he and David made the transaction as smooth as a sales experience could go. The General Manager was professional and stepped in to help complete the transaction on a Certified Pre-Owned F150.
-Finance: The rating scale does not go low enough to rate Jim in finance. A zero would be providing a complete disservice to the number zero. First he was the most pushy person I have ever met. He does not understand when a customer says, "no thank you", that it should be his cue to MOVE ON. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After telling him no thank you and no several times when he was offering the extended maintenance plan, I was forced to walk out of his office and get the GM. We have secured 1.9% financing vice the 3.9% that he offered as his "best deal". If you are purchasing a vehicle from Bellevue AutoNation, you are highly encouraged to find your own financing. Do not fall prey to his attempted strong arm tactics!!!!!!
Success - Gmom5
I get to keep the car. The service and support was awesome! I have recommended your place multiple times. Totally unexpected quality and service at each of my visits.
Waste of time - Googinsg
Called to see if a specific vehicle was still available. The sales guy said yes it is here and I'll hold it for you. Drove 20 miles to get there and the vehicle was still in transit. The sales guy totally lied! Would never buy a car here.
We went back to Frontier Ford - Al
My wife and I are enjoying our Ford Escape Titanium purchased at Frontier Ford on September 5. Our sales rep Sean McInnis was down-to-earth knowledgeable and got us into the right vehicle based on our discussions over 3 days. The financial folks were looking out for the dealership, as you would expect, but we feel we got an excellent deal in our negotiations. We showed Frontier several VINs and pricing from other dealers we obtained beforehand through TrueCar and this information allowed us to verify the final offer presented to us was a good one. We also own a Ford Ranger purchased from Frontier Ford a few years ago.
Wow, they just refuse to sell cars... Weird. - raptor
I called this dealership over a week ago to order a new Ford Raptor. .. I received a call back that evening from a manager who assured me that they would have no problem selling me the truck at MSRP and that their dealership doesn't play games with customers, etc. Seemed really nice. He said he would call me back last Wednesday after he gets back to the office.
He didn't call, instead a lady called who wanted to tell me the trick wouldn't arrive until April, I said that's fine can you take my order? She put me on hold and then came back to say she would check and call me back. She called me and said the new car manager needs to sell me the car because he's the only one who handles raptor sales..
This guy was on vacation and was supposed to call me last week. I finally called them and the receptionist assured me he would call on Thursday. She even emailed me to confirm.
It's the following Tuesday and no call. Garbage dealer service, no chance am I spending 70k here let alone $7. I honestly can't believe it. No wonder people hate buying cars from dealerships. No wonder Tesla is winning.
Great people and great deal F150 XLT Sport/FX4 - Bill Gordon
After deciding to pull the trigger on a new F150 truck I shopped did some internet pricing seeing where people were buying. The hard part was finding a highly optioned F150 Sport/FX4 SCREW. As it turns out Evergreen had the truck. My salesman was incredible and so was the general sales manager who ended up doing the last round of negotiations. We quickly were able to come to a win-win deal.
If you are tired of the typical car game do your research give Eric a call and he will get the job done. I shopped two other dealerships the NO Dicker guys in Kent that was a joke. Then I saw some great deals and took a drive only to feel like I was back in the early 70s and 80s buying a car. I was so happy they didn't have the truck I wanted even though they advertised and said it was their. In the end do a little internet browsing and call Evergreen ask for Eric. You will be very happy you did!!
Incompetent and Horrible Customer Service - Parrish L
I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer in August. My mistake was buying a brand new car when it had an issue with the 3rd row seats not operating correctly. I was assured that it would be a minor fix so I went ahead and did the deal, had them order the part and waited for a call from service to install the part. Service never called so after more than a week waiting I called and no one in service had a clue to ever call me. They did find that the part was in so scheduled me to come in. I brought the car in to get the seats fixed and day after day after day of Sound not being able to fix the seats and a bunch of fumbling of responsibility my car ended up not even being able to start. Apparently this was due to some software updates they thought needed to be done. Service called sales and sales called me and offered to put me in the exact same car for zero out of pocket. I agreed and when I showed up to do the paperwork I discovered I was actually being asked to pay an additional 2,900 to buy the exact same care. I blew a gasket and asked why should I pay more money for the exact same car when it was not my fault for the faulty seats. The response was it was not their fault that the seats were broken either. I blew a second gasket and asked for my money back. They agreed and then it only took 2 more weeks to get my deal unwound. There is a whole lot more to this story than I am sharing but the bottom line is that I will never purchase or refer anyone to this dealer. I was lied to countless times, the service and sales departments are on two different planets in terms of communication. Even internally the service department lost track of who was doing what between days. I will say that most of the underlings seemed very nice. The managers and up are clueless as to what customer service is. This was my first Ford purchase and Sound Ford left me with a horrible impression. I guess I should have bought the Kia in the first place.
