Obviously this company runs on a culture of lies that no doubt starts at the top and filters down to all the employees and has continued for decades. Lesson learned. Too bad they own so many dealerships in Puyallup, I will have to go further away to purchase and service my vehicles. Certainly my experience will be shared with my friends and family.
