Loren did an great job working with my girlfriend for her first used car purchase. He was very upfront with the details of the vehicle we were looking at and went out of his way to get each little detail that we asked for. He listened to what her needs / wants were and offered alternative options. When we said she wasn't really looking for anything else, he wasn't pushy or rude, just explained his reasoning at left it at that. I called to set up seeing the vehicle. I sent my wife to look at it. When she arrived the salesman was at lunch and she was told that she had to work with him so they pulled the vehicle up and she took a look at it. She waited across the street for the salesman to come back and when he came back he tells us that someone else is buying the vehicle. AS WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING AT IT SOMEONE ELSE BUYS IT. My husband and I were on our way to a vacation in the San Juan's when an error light illuminated on our 2012 Ford F350 Diesel telling us to 'pull over safely now'. We barely made it off of the freeway before our truck died. What resulted was a two-hour wait alongside of 1-5 in rush hour traffic on a Friday night. Believing it was an exhaust sensor failure, and looking to have the defunct sensor replaced, we contacted every Ford dealer in the surrounding area while waiting for a tow. Every dealer with the exception of one, was quick to shut us down telling us that all of their technicians would be going home at 3:30, (some even laughed) and the best they could do was try to get us in on Monday. We were three hours from home and had four kayaks, four bikes and a truck full of gear - not to mention ferry reservations first thing the next morning. Waiting until Monday wasn't going to be an option. And then there was Horizon Ford. When I called I spoke to their Service Manager, Charlie Flanagan who was very polite and courteous offering suggestions that might help our situation. The fact that their shop is open until 6:00 pm is a real plus when most shops close by 3:30. He wasn't sure we could make it in time, but if we did, he was going to do everything he could to help us. Out of 8 service departments that I called, he was the only one who treated me with compassion and respect. He told me that unfortunately, their diesel tech, Marlon Barrios had plans to be at a family event that evening and wouldn’t be staying late that night and if it wasn’t family, he would stay to help. Being a parent myself, I totally understood but I was still going to try to make it there before they closed. It took a few hours to get there, and we knew we couldn't get the truck fixed without the diesel tech so we had planned to buy the parts we needed and try to fix our rig ourselves instead. Hearing of our plight, the Parts Department Manager, Wyatt Geary sold us the parts and offered some other items he knew we would need. He was very helpful and kind! After unsuccessfully attempting to repair the vehicle ourselves we planned to wait it out and stay in town until we could get the truck repaired. I walked into the service department and Charlie asked if he could help me. I was going to schedule an appointment for Saturday or Monday, (not knowing if they were open on Saturday) and I jokingly said, yes, that is if you have a diesel tech available. Recognizing my voice, he quickly recalled that I was the lady in the stranded truck that had called earlier and ran out to see if Marlon might still be available. Imagine my surprise and delight that Marlon was still there and was able to assist us! He quickly identified the problem and even stayed over in order to make the necessary repairs and help us get on our way that night. Charlie even identified that it was a recall issue and saved us some money. I simply cannot say enough positive comments about this team! Customer service like we received that evening is so rare these days that I couldn't believe what was happening. One thing that really stood out was that they cared - they listened and they really cared! Most people we talked to earlier that day could have cared less that we were stranded, but not Charlie and the team at Horizon Ford. For that reason alone they made a customer for life! We own an excavation company in Southwest Washington and I wish we lived closer so we could purchase and service all of our Ford trucks at Horizon Ford. No matter how well-built, trucks these days require service and maintenance and it’s nice to know that there are shops out there that go the extra mile and do what it takes to get the job done and make their customers happy. Because of our incredible experience at Horizon, we will tell everyone we know in the greater Seattle area to make sure they buy from and have their trucks serviced at Horizon Ford! This was my first experience with this dealership and I have found my lifelong Ford dealer & service team! I took my Ford Explorer in to be serviced and everyone here from sales, parts & service were outstanding! I didn't see one person in the store, customer or staff, that wasn't happy and kind. Nate from the service team checked me in, offered me a shuttle ride to work, told me about the service being performed as well as the time line for getting my vehicle back and sent me on my way. Upon getting my vehicle back I was given a top to bottom explanation of my vehicles health and once again how the "surgery" on my car went. They washed my Explorer, treated it well and treated me even better. Unlike most dealerships who love you when they're ringing your wallet dry, these guys treated me like a VIP and all my work was under warranty! I would absolutely recommend Skagit Ford for all things Ford!

-Service Department is five stars, Josh (Service Manager) and Kyle H., are awesome to work with. I have a 2000 Ford F350 7.3L and Kyle is the ONLY mechanic I will let work on my truck.
-Sales: I would rate as four stars. Yiwen "George" Li was a wonderful salesman, he and David made the transaction as smooth as a sales experience could go. The General Manager was professional and stepped in to help complete the transaction on a Certified Pre-Owned F150.
-Finance: The rating scale does not go low enough to rate Jim in finance. A zero would be providing a complete disservice to the number zero. First he was the most pushy person I have ever met. He does not understand when a customer says, "no thank you", that it should be his cue to MOVE ON. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After telling him no thank you and no several times when he was offering the extended maintenance plan, I was forced to walk out of his office and get the GM. We have secured 1.9% financing vice the 3.9% that he offered as his "best deal". If you are purchasing a vehicle from Bellevue AutoNation, you are highly encouraged to find your own financing. Do not fall prey to his attempted strong arm tactics!!!!!!

Stopped in on Saturday morning intending to purchase a vehicle. I was driving my old piece of junk, but prequalified to spend three times what I wanted to spend. When I walked in, Reuben tried to pass me off to another salesman who said he was too busy to help me. Reuben then said he would help me, but didn't seem happy about it. But, guess what! I still bought a vehicle on Saturday - from Haselwood Auto Group! Spent $16,000 and was happy with every minute of the service they provided! Bruce Titus can take a lesson from Haselwood.

Upon exiting the car we arrived in, we were greeeted by a very welcoming employee who asked various questions and tried to pinpoint a vehicle that would best suit me. He didn't try to recommend anything or sell me on anything that would be over my price range. One vehicle, said to be there online, had been moved to another dealership within the company. He drove us there, only to discover that it had been moved to even another one just in the time we were traveling there. Very kind and patient service, I did buy that vehicle and am very happy with it.

After 1000.00 spent found a problem. Called and was asked if it was something I could fix. I was shocked that they asked me the question and ultimately got the problem taken care of. 1mth later, we find that the front end wasn't torqued when we were 18mi deep in eastern Oregon mountains. An area called Desolation. You can only imagine!! Not cool and extremely unhappy about the situation. Called and notified the dealership and they sataed that they would certainly pass on the message. PERFECT! That will certainly help all of the future negligence

After deciding to pull the trigger on a new F150 truck I shopped did some internet pricing seeing where people were buying. The hard part was finding a highly optioned F150 Sport/FX4 SCREW. As it turns out Evergreen had the truck. My salesman was incredible and so was the general sales manager who ended up doing the last round of negotiations. We quickly were able to come to a win-win deal.
If you are tired of the typical car game do your research give Eric a call and he will get the job done. I shopped two other dealerships the NO Dicker guys in Kent that was a joke. Then I saw some great deals and took a drive only to feel like I was back in the early 70s and 80s buying a car. I was so happy they didn't have the truck I wanted even though they advertised and said it was their. In the end do a little internet browsing and call Evergreen ask for Eric. You will be very happy you did!!
