Wonderful experience - Brian Buckner
I worked with Raheem and a newer sales person. I was made comfortable in a decision of a life time. I purchased a F350 lariat superduty FX4 dulley. Process was a little long, but ended up with what I wanted. I was even contacted twice more after purchase. Thanks Wendel ford.
Awesome Dealersh - dfried9608
The staff including my sales person, Catherine are very professional, friendly, and extremely They worked with me so that I was able to afford a new car(
Friendly and fast service - mpat69
I was able to get my car in for repair on the windshield wipers. It was easy, quick and the service section was very friendly (as always). The service was done faster than expected. I did pay more than I thought I should have been charged, but to get it done right the first time, it was well worth it.
Just what I wanted! - pjnscar
Salesman was helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating of my schedule; not pushy. Lot had the vehicles I was looking for. Great value. Purchased a slightly used (7,500 miles) vehicle. Still had the new car smell (and look!). Processing of paperwork was efficient and professional.
Honest, Fair Pricing and Dependable! - AileenW
Husband and I have been buying our vehicles from Bowen Scarff Ford for over 10 years now. We have never been disappointed with sales, financing or services. They are honest and up front and they do everything they can to make u happy. The employees there go above and beyond for their customers. I only work personally with two of them Rick Cuddie (Sales) and Sharon Adams (Service) these two not only go above and beyond for me but everyone that I have referred to them. If u stop by use my name and tell them I referred you! ????
Thank you for reading my review!
A Good Salesman - J Daily
We want to thank James Fender for his assistance in helping us by a new vehicle. It was my son's first car buying experience and James made it a positive and satisfying experience. Thanks again to James for all his help and work.
Awsomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee - Norman2015
Had a great time, got the deal that I wanted. Great to work with, love my new truck, will go there again, I glad I took the trip to go there.
Explained options clearly - HappyCamper
Between the sales, finance and tech associates all pertinent questions were answered clearly. No one told me what I wanted, rather they asked what I wanted.
Night and day difference from other dealerships.
My only regret is that I did not do business with this Ford dealership many, many years ago.
My sales associate found me the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted with the options I needed and that, as we say, is that.
Just AWESOME - justcheryl
I have a three part review.
1. When I bought my car in May, I sent many emails back and forth with Ryan and Brian. I live up in Auburn, so I wasn’t able to just stop by after work. We talked about the kind of car I was looking for, and I pretty much told them not to even bother showing me a car that I was going to have to settle for. They both handled this message and my many questions very well, and were very prompt in getting back to me.
2. The day I actually went to Olympia to test drive cars was a good day. I met Beau there (he has moved on now) and worked with Brian. Beau drove me around to test drive different cars, and I chose the very nice Ford Fusion that I’m driving now. Beau is the only car salesman I have ever hugged. He told me the story about his brother, and how he gave his life for our country. Long story short, lots of tears I cried this day. But good tears! Brian was really amazing with the financing. He helped me get with Avid Acceptance, who are so easy to work with, and get the car financed. Also helped me with getting insurance set up.
BEST Car Buying experience I’ve had.
3. Recently, my car started acting sluggish going up Tiger Mountain (Hwy 18) and when merging into traffic on the freeways. I’ve been pretty good about changing the oil, and taking care of the other routine maintenance on the car. So, I was a concerned that it might be something major. I took it to Sound Ford in Renton (don’t go there!), and was told after 3 days that my car needed a new transmission and it would cost $6,000 + tax. After the hysteria calmed down a bit, I reached out to Ryan. Ryan immediately offered assistance. He called Sound Ford to get their take on their diagnostic. After speaking to Sound Ford, Ryan told me he didn’t think they were right on their assessment. We arranged to have my car taken down to the service department at Awesome Ford (highly recommend them!) to get a diagnostic there.
Ryan contacted me two days after I dropped it off with Awesome Ford letting me know I didn’t need a new transmission (thank you Baby Jesus!). What the car needed was transmission fluid, and a good tune up. Also an alignment and some new tires. So, I got all of that done at a little over $1,500.
What I’m trying to say is THANK YOU Ryan. Your compassion for helping others is truly astounding. You went above and beyond customer service after the sale. You’ve earned all of my future car buying business. And anyone else I can convince to drive the extra distance to go see you.
Best car buying experience EVER! - Terri M Schroeppel
These guys are awesome! No pressure, hassling, or dickering. Don't have to spend hours in a showroom with a sales rep running back & forth, these cars are priced to move. Dave & Yusuf are great!
In & out, even with a problem with the car, they took care of it right away.
Fugate sales and servise - Dave w
I have purchased 2 cars from them now, one used, one new, and have a new F150 I had purchased from another dealer close by. Both the new and used car were given two years of free servise (oil changes), which I can drop off for at a moments notice. Their quality of work is outstanding, and is always ready when they hace said it was going to be, and detailed as well!
I have never dealt with a dealership as easy and pleasant to work with as Fugate, and will be back to them for any other vehicle purchase I make in the future.
Thank you all very much!
Used truck purchase - DrewTacoma
I purchased a used truck from this dealership. They pick me up at the airport we went through the truck thoroughly. We finish the paperwork in their offices. Absolutely no issues great experience, I would highly recommend them
Awesome Dave - bassmomma
Stopped in to check out F 150's. Salesman Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful! Anyone looking for a vehicle, go see salesman Dave.
Amazing - akgreig
Everyone was friendly and straightforward with me and even worked with the budget that I set. I didn't feel like I was pushed into anything at all. I even found the perfect car for me that was over my budget and they found what they could do for me so I could leave with the car I wanted.
Customer comes first - Ken & Kathi
It was hard negotiations--we only had so much money and had picked out a great used vehicle (Ford of course) that was a bit out of our price range, Rick and Damon determined they were going to make us happy customers, and after lots of discussion, tire kicking and compromise a deal was made.that made everyone but Rich happy....grin
Seriously Customers do come first and they really work hard to have one leave the lot satisfied they got a "GREAT DEAL".
Knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and friendly! - olymoon09
One of my best dealership experiences. No pressure at any point and plenty of time to look at lots of different options, ask many questions and mull over the choices best suited to my needs.
I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership and will certainly return when the time comes to consider a new model.
My new ride - Marci D
Thank you Vancouver Ford!!! Thank you Chris Jenkins for all off attention during my visit. I will be spreading the word on how easy it was to buy from Vancouver ford.
Pre-owned - stewart 2011
My Husband and I just purchased a 2010 Ford 150 4x4 yesterday. Paul Helling was my salesman. What a great gentleman, Awesome personality. I talked to Paul the day before and explained what my budget was, Paul contacted me about this truck and the awesome deal. Paul kept to his word and gave me an AWESOME deal on this truck and stuck to my budget. Thank you Paul for being the great person you are and making our experience a great one.
Quick and headache free car buying! - Flottb
My experience at Mullinax Ford was great!! Everyone was very friendly, they worked hard at getting me a good deal and finding all the rebates I qualify for, and I didn't have to spend all day waiting to get through the paperwork! I am very happy with my car and would definitely recommend them!
Excellent experience except on bad apple! - SemperFi
-Service Department is five stars, Josh (Service Manager) and Kyle H., are awesome to work with. I have a 2000 Ford F350 7.3L and Kyle is the ONLY mechanic I will let work on my truck.
-Sales: I would rate as four stars. Yiwen "George" Li was a wonderful salesman, he and David made the transaction as smooth as a sales experience could go. The General Manager was professional and stepped in to help complete the transaction on a Certified Pre-Owned F150.
-Finance: The rating scale does not go low enough to rate Jim in finance. A zero would be providing a complete disservice to the number zero. First he was the most pushy person I have ever met. He does not understand when a customer says, "no thank you", that it should be his cue to MOVE ON. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After telling him no thank you and no several times when he was offering the extended maintenance plan, I was forced to walk out of his office and get the GM. We have secured 1.9% financing vice the 3.9% that he offered as his "best deal". If you are purchasing a vehicle from Bellevue AutoNation, you are highly encouraged to find your own financing. Do not fall prey to his attempted strong arm tactics!!!!!!
Fantastic - M. Hulet
Michael Titus, our salesman Gary and the entire staff at Bruce Titus Port Orchard Ford made the purchase of our new truck a great experience. If you are considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle I would highly recommend Bruce Titus Port Orchard Ford.
Pushy sales manager made us walk - Carnation Costco Member
We got the name from CostCo, and made a very nice informative appointment with Taylor. Very nice and knowledgeable. But when it came to numbers, he kept pushing his sheet of profit toward us. The manager, Ken, tried to get me to sign on a line with numbers as varied as $20K -$29K citing that we were not giving him proper profits. When my friend (who is a negotiator by trade) tried to make a few points about the price structure, he tried to get her to be quiet and didn't want us to talk alone for any time. He was pushy and not polite to my friend. He kept rounding on me to see what MY opinion was of the car, and didn't bring out the Costco price sheet until after he tried to get us to sign another higher number. We told Taylor that he had done a great job, but his manager just blew the sale. After we went home, we found newer model cars online for close to $10K below his very lowest "invoice" pricing. There was no proof that the invoice he brought out was even to the car we wanted to buy. No vin number, no description even. The sales guy marveled at it too, saying the car make and model should have been at the top of the page.
CostCo is going to hear from us tomorrow. If Bill Pierre is the only choice, then we will change brands and forget Chevy or Ford.
I only wish I had run my video recorder.
Avoid! - Natalie S.
Gus Johnson Ford is not a dealership from which you want to be purchasing your vehicle – the owner and employees of this dealership are dishonest and do not care in the least about their customers. My daughter is asthmatic and cannot tolerate cigarette smoke, so when looking for a vehicle I make sure that it is non – smoking. After test driving a 2013 Ford Edge I noticed that it had a strong odor in the vehicle, but the salesman assured me that this was just the scent of cleaning solution (that would air out) and that the vehicle had never been smoked in. Since my current car keeps breaking down I decided to purchase this vehicle, against by better judgment. After a couple days, the car sure did air out, leaving only the smell of tobacco behind. Furthermore, my daughter had an asthma attack after spending about 20 minutes in the car, making this vehicle useless to me.
After contacting Gus Johnson Ford about this issue they offered me to detail and clean the car interior, which did absolutely nothing about the smell. Then they offered to exchange the Edge for a similar “non-smoking” vehicle, however all except one that they showed me also stank of tobacco. Finally they showed me one Edge (a former Enterprise rental) that was odor free, but then demanded that I pay an additional $6000 since this Edge had 4000 less miles on it, which is laughable since you could drive a rental car that many miles in only a few days (for the cost of $500 or less). Furthermore, I noticed that another Edge that was parked next to one that they showed me had a damaged exterior and when I asked the why Gus Johnson Ford had damaged cars on their lot, the salesman replied that this car was from an insurance auto auction and that they still needed to fix it. So chances are that you will receive a formerly wrecked vehicle if you purchase a used car from Gus Johnson Ford. Given the blatant dishonesty and the utterly reprehensible behavior of the sales staff, it would not be surprising at all if Gus Johnson Ford would sell you a vehicle with other defects that will end up costing you thousands of dollars extra to fix in the long run or could even endanger the life of you family.
One final thing that I would like to add is that when I told one of the salesmen that I would post a negative review online about my experience at Gus Johnson Ford, he just laughed and replied that for every bad review that they receive, Gus Johnson Ford will have ten friends or family post fake five star reviews. In hindsight, it is quite obvious that the positive reviews of Gus Johnson Ford have been written by paid shills since most of them are very brief and lack detail or mention specific employees by name, who were probably the ones that actually wrote those reviews. As another reviewer stated, there should be negative five star rating option available specifically for Gus Johnson Ford.
buy your car here - Brian
I bought a truck here and I noticed the tires rubbed after I got it home I called the dealer to find out where the tires got installed they sent me to the shop and took care of the bill. I have bought 4 cars here and will continue coming back.
Enjoyable - TnT
My wife and I have purchased 3 cars in the past and each experience was a pleasant one. We decided to lease a 2016 F150 this time and received the same excellent customer service as we have in the past. John Watson and thebrest of the team are what keep us coming back.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! - Cindy of Arlington

Quality Dealership - Eric Reiber
We have had a long and positive relationship with Jess Ford of Pullman buying new, used, and with their service department. They have earned our trust and business long term. When we buy, that is where we shop.
He'll take care of you - maryann
Larry Nuzum was a wonderful help, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy to the fullest extent with my car. I recommend him a thousand times over.
A Very Bad Dealership in the Beautiful Town of Issaquah - Malley0214
Absolutely horrible dealership with unprofessional staff, overcrowded area that gives no privacy when discussing purchase, and untruthful business practices. This place is underhanded and I got up and left because I didn't trust them. Bunch of scam artists if you ask me. I feel like they are misrepresenting Ford and especially Lincoln. Who would buy a $60k Lincoln in a disgusting place like this. I am taking my business elsewhere...but now I have to go out of my way to find a reputable dealer. Evergreen should be discredited by the Issaquah Chamber of Commerce
Very poor experience - Donewithdenchel
Just before Thanksgiving we bought our 3rd vehicle from Tom Denchel this year..this will be the last. Over the years we have bought a new car or truck about every 2 years..approx 12 total.
I'm done promised items not recieved. Calls not returned after all the years we thought we had established a relationship..wrong. we're just another smuck.
Get it in writing!! Or don't get it.
