A really GOOD Experience, - Ron Morissey
I had previously gone on line to seek info for either a new Ford or Nissan SUV. Mark Filleman spoke on the phone with my wife and impressed her to the degree that we decided to visit Wendle Motors the following Thursday. I really dreaded the experience due to some previous dealings with auto salesmen. Mark set us at ease, explaining in complete detail all and I mean "all" of what we would experience in the next hour or so., Prior to driving any auto, he showed us all the alternatives to our selection. when finished, we were completely happy with the experience and selection. I would like to say in all sincerity that Mark was the reason we purchased the car or even visited Wendle Motors. His professionalism, candor and honesty made my wife and I completely at ease and comfortable with the purchase. His follow-up and interest in our selection further made us feel very confident. This is a really supper sales person---- Robin and Ron Morissey
My New Hyundai Accent - knoxml
I appreciated my time at Hyundai of Kirkland. The interactions I had with Keith Jeffries and other employees was most satisfactory. This will certainly will be my last car as I am 84 years old, but I will recommend the agency to any friends who are looking for a new car.
Sales person - Tom Keefe - PDGDON
Tom has been an Excellent resource for any and all my questions throughout the sales process. Service dept. NEEDS more efficient computers. Sales and Service people were excellent but hampered by either out of date computers or programs that would "lockup or freeze" thus creating delays when processing "Owner Loaner" vehicles. The staff was EXCELLENT. but the delays caused by computer slow downs are thwarting efficiency efforts in the sales department. Again the Sales and Service staffs were Knowledgeable, Caring, patient, very helpful, and professional. but the computer issues created some tension with some of the 4 or 5 customers awaiting their loaner.
Great Customer Service for First SUV - EscapeGal
After years of using my family’s cars, I finally purchased my first Ford Escape. I spoke to Ramiro Baldovinos, Sales Consultant, over the phone to make sure that the used Ford Escape was still in stock before driving 1 hour and 20 minutes to Bellingham. Ramiro confirmed and mentioned that he would add gas just in case the Escape was purchased.
Ramiro was patient while we asked our questions and took the Escape for a test drive. Randy Larsen, Sales Manager, provided helpful information concerning the previous owner of the Escape. Mitch Valich, Service Consultant, was also patient with answering all of our questions.
While waiting for the Escape paperwork, Duane Elsbee, Parts Supply Consultant, was helpful in researching the cargo cover. Since it wasn’t in stock, we were able to have the part number to order for pickup at our local Ford Dealer.
Mike Diehl, Owner, sealed the deal and made the SUV buying process very pleasant. He came across sincere and caring about my Escape purchase.
After owning my SUV for almost a month, I am happy with my Escape.
Ford Escape Hybrid - Mike
It's easy to make and appointment on-line. Service Advisor was professional and friendly. Was able to wait in a nice waiting room. Services were provided for a fair price. They do what you ask them to do and don't try to upsell. Look for discount coupons on their website. Friendly cashier and parts person.
West Hills Excells in Customer Service - Louweezy
I went shopping today for a new Ford Edge or Escape. I was greeted promptly by a spunky but very professional named Ian. He asked about my preferences and proceeded to show me cars with those options. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and pointed out the differences in several models. I picked out a 2016 Ford Escape, we took it for a test drive and then we discussed trade in and financing. The Allstate man was very informative and helpful but he didn't pressure me into changing insurance companies. Clay, the Finance Manager was very helpful and informative about options for making my vehicle choice even better. I drove home with my new vehicle today and will certainly recommend West Hills to friends who want to purchase a new vehicle. I have been a West Hills (Parr Ford) customer for years and have purchased many vehicles from them my team leader Cheryl ensures my vehicles are serviced in a timely manner, thank you West Hills for great service, PS I am a lady and shopped on my own and was treated with upmost respect.
New Escape - Ronda
Car shopping is not my favorite thing to do. But at Bickford Ford it was a no hassle experience. I had went to another dealership before and ended up walking out because of the staff. I love my new escape and will recommend Bickford Ford to all my friends.
Just AWESOME - justcheryl
I have a three part review.
1. When I bought my car in May, I sent many emails back and forth with Ryan and Brian. I live up in Auburn, so I wasn’t able to just stop by after work. We talked about the kind of car I was looking for, and I pretty much told them not to even bother showing me a car that I was going to have to settle for. They both handled this message and my many questions very well, and were very prompt in getting back to me.
2. The day I actually went to Olympia to test drive cars was a good day. I met Beau there (he has moved on now) and worked with Brian. Beau drove me around to test drive different cars, and I chose the very nice Ford Fusion that I’m driving now. Beau is the only car salesman I have ever hugged. He told me the story about his brother, and how he gave his life for our country. Long story short, lots of tears I cried this day. But good tears! Brian was really amazing with the financing. He helped me get with Avid Acceptance, who are so easy to work with, and get the car financed. Also helped me with getting insurance set up.
BEST Car Buying experience I’ve had.
3. Recently, my car started acting sluggish going up Tiger Mountain (Hwy 18) and when merging into traffic on the freeways. I’ve been pretty good about changing the oil, and taking care of the other routine maintenance on the car. So, I was a concerned that it might be something major. I took it to Sound Ford in Renton (don’t go there!), and was told after 3 days that my car needed a new transmission and it would cost $6,000 + tax. After the hysteria calmed down a bit, I reached out to Ryan. Ryan immediately offered assistance. He called Sound Ford to get their take on their diagnostic. After speaking to Sound Ford, Ryan told me he didn’t think they were right on their assessment. We arranged to have my car taken down to the service department at Awesome Ford (highly recommend them!) to get a diagnostic there.
Ryan contacted me two days after I dropped it off with Awesome Ford letting me know I didn’t need a new transmission (thank you Baby Jesus!). What the car needed was transmission fluid, and a good tune up. Also an alignment and some new tires. So, I got all of that done at a little over $1,500.
What I’m trying to say is THANK YOU Ryan. Your compassion for helping others is truly astounding. You went above and beyond customer service after the sale. You’ve earned all of my future car buying business. And anyone else I can convince to drive the extra distance to go see you.
Best car buying experience EVER! - Terri M Schroeppel
These guys are awesome! No pressure, hassling, or dickering. Don't have to spend hours in a showroom with a sales rep running back & forth, these cars are priced to move. Dave & Yusuf are great!
In & out, even with a problem with the car, they took care of it right away.
Fugate sales and servise - Dave w
I have purchased 2 cars from them now, one used, one new, and have a new F150 I had purchased from another dealer close by. Both the new and used car were given two years of free servise (oil changes), which I can drop off for at a moments notice. Their quality of work is outstanding, and is always ready when they hace said it was going to be, and detailed as well!
I have never dealt with a dealership as easy and pleasant to work with as Fugate, and will be back to them for any other vehicle purchase I make in the future.
Thank you all very much!
Used truck purchase - DrewTacoma
I purchased a used truck from this dealership. They pick me up at the airport we went through the truck thoroughly. We finish the paperwork in their offices. Absolutely no issues great experience, I would highly recommend them
Awesome Dave - bassmomma
Stopped in to check out F 150's. Salesman Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful! Anyone looking for a vehicle, go see salesman Dave.
3rd Generation Ford Guy - Farmboy417
Vancouver has a great selection of cars, and great people to work with. On my first visit I was shown a few cars by Justus. He was very helpful. Then I did email exchanges with Misti and worked out a price on a car that I was interested in. Then I talked to Tony. Again, very helpful. But saving the best for last, we get to Aubrey Short. She was extremely helpful, either had or found answers to all of my questions, and was just wonderful to work with. A great young lady, and a good representative of Vancouver Ford. She's the reason I bought the car.
Repeat customer - juliemaloney21
Overall my review of Columbia is that it was a good experience that took longer than it should have but got the deal completed. Our salesperson Matt was a nice guy and seem to know what he was talking about without trying to be too salesy. I would recommend Columbia Hyundai.
Customer comes first - Ken & Kathi
It was hard negotiations--we only had so much money and had picked out a great used vehicle (Ford of course) that was a bit out of our price range, Rick and Damon determined they were going to make us happy customers, and after lots of discussion, tire kicking and compromise a deal was made.that made everyone but Rich happy....grin
Seriously Customers do come first and they really work hard to have one leave the lot satisfied they got a "GREAT DEAL".
Quick and headache free car buying! - Flottb
My experience at Mullinax Ford was great!! Everyone was very friendly, they worked hard at getting me a good deal and finding all the rebates I qualify for, and I didn't have to spend all day waiting to get through the paperwork! I am very happy with my car and would definitely recommend them!
If you are considering a Ford, visit this dealership! - fordbuyer
I went into the Ford dealership knowing exactly what kind of car I wanted. I met with Dave Smith, one of the salesman at Mullinax, and he couldn't have been more friendly and easy to deal with. No upsells, no gimmicks...he is the first honest car salesman I have met! He arranged to pick up the car I selected from another dealer and drove it down to Olympia for me to pick up. With all the options I was hoping for, I expected to have to wait weeks, and in actuality it only took a couple of days. The car itself is a dream!! It is all I hoped for and more. Dave even called a few days after my purchase to make sure things were going smoothly.
The financial paperwork was mostly painless, and very well organized. It took about half an hour to get everything finalized. This is the only negative part of my review--while she was excellent otherwise, the woman I was signing the papers with told me that I "needed to ask my fiance about that" after I declined an extended warranty. I know it was a last ditch effort at a sale, but I will be paying for this car (and the warranty if I had selected one), and I was the one signing the paperwork. I didn't like the implication that I would need "permission" from the man in my life to decline a warranty.
That being said, I am floored at how wonderful my experience with this dealership was. I highly recommend them for your next car purchase.
Excellent experience except on bad apple! - SemperFi
-Service Department is five stars, Josh (Service Manager) and Kyle H., are awesome to work with. I have a 2000 Ford F350 7.3L and Kyle is the ONLY mechanic I will let work on my truck.
-Sales: I would rate as four stars. Yiwen "George" Li was a wonderful salesman, he and David made the transaction as smooth as a sales experience could go. The General Manager was professional and stepped in to help complete the transaction on a Certified Pre-Owned F150.
-Finance: The rating scale does not go low enough to rate Jim in finance. A zero would be providing a complete disservice to the number zero. First he was the most pushy person I have ever met. He does not understand when a customer says, "no thank you", that it should be his cue to MOVE ON. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After telling him no thank you and no several times when he was offering the extended maintenance plan, I was forced to walk out of his office and get the GM. We have secured 1.9% financing vice the 3.9% that he offered as his "best deal". If you are purchasing a vehicle from Bellevue AutoNation, you are highly encouraged to find your own financing. Do not fall prey to his attempted strong arm tactics!!!!!!
Excellent help with purchase - Pete T
Our rep Angel Ruiz was the perfect representative in that he presented a choice of vehicles and helped us zero in on the best choice. Respectful, honest, decent, knowledgeable and a quiet help for my wife and I to get the car we desired. He also aided in the trade of our vehicle and got us an excellent price for the transaction. The rest of the staff also followed up in the same way, no pressure and good answers. Just what we have experienced for the last 18 years doing all our automobile purchases and servicing.
OLD SCHOOL used car salesman - keith B
Holy crud talk about OLD SCHOOL used car salesman, the 80's & 90's called gentlemen and would like their sales tactics back!!! The short & sweet of this is that the management (Steve....) likes to use that old school control & badger the customer to death technique!!! We had deal agreed upon & after we sent them our banks fax # to send over the purchase order. They then decide that they would like to make more profit in the deal by reevaluating my trades and having us do our paperwork through them for our bank, instead of coming up there with a check in hand. Okay so another words, we would like to bring you into the dealership sir & verbally accost you some more until you take less money for your trade in vehicles. Then we want to try & persuade you away from your trusted credit union into one of our financing options. All in the hopes that we can make even more money off of you if possible sir. However the worst case scenario is that we can always back pedal (which we obviously have NO problem doing) & go ahead & send it through your credit union. But at least then we'll have a chance to try & sell all the extended warranties and add on crap that we can. Oh yeah & let's not also forget to mention the charge to your credit union. It's just for a few hundred bucks that we'll get for doing all the paperwork for um, that you could have done at the branch for FREE with um !!!!! Now we will say this, we do feel bad for the salesperson though. Because she was
great the whole way through, professional until the end. We truly did feel that she had earned our business over the other dealerships that we had been shopping ! It's just unfortunate for her that the managers aren't as professional as she was !!! All & all the year is 2016 gentlemen get with the times, because the majority of us consumers do NOT buy car's this way anymore !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No pressure! - Happy Girl!
Tom Smith and Peter were amazingly helpful, patient, thoughtful, respectful, and kind. I will recommend all my family and friends to Pierre Money Mart for their next vehicle. They pulled out the red carpet for my family and I.
Avoid! - Natalie S.
Gus Johnson Ford is not a dealership from which you want to be purchasing your vehicle – the owner and employees of this dealership are dishonest and do not care in the least about their customers. My daughter is asthmatic and cannot tolerate cigarette smoke, so when looking for a vehicle I make sure that it is non – smoking. After test driving a 2013 Ford Edge I noticed that it had a strong odor in the vehicle, but the salesman assured me that this was just the scent of cleaning solution (that would air out) and that the vehicle had never been smoked in. Since my current car keeps breaking down I decided to purchase this vehicle, against by better judgment. After a couple days, the car sure did air out, leaving only the smell of tobacco behind. Furthermore, my daughter had an asthma attack after spending about 20 minutes in the car, making this vehicle useless to me.
After contacting Gus Johnson Ford about this issue they offered me to detail and clean the car interior, which did absolutely nothing about the smell. Then they offered to exchange the Edge for a similar “non-smoking” vehicle, however all except one that they showed me also stank of tobacco. Finally they showed me one Edge (a former Enterprise rental) that was odor free, but then demanded that I pay an additional $6000 since this Edge had 4000 less miles on it, which is laughable since you could drive a rental car that many miles in only a few days (for the cost of $500 or less). Furthermore, I noticed that another Edge that was parked next to one that they showed me had a damaged exterior and when I asked the why Gus Johnson Ford had damaged cars on their lot, the salesman replied that this car was from an insurance auto auction and that they still needed to fix it. So chances are that you will receive a formerly wrecked vehicle if you purchase a used car from Gus Johnson Ford. Given the blatant dishonesty and the utterly reprehensible behavior of the sales staff, it would not be surprising at all if Gus Johnson Ford would sell you a vehicle with other defects that will end up costing you thousands of dollars extra to fix in the long run or could even endanger the life of you family.
One final thing that I would like to add is that when I told one of the salesmen that I would post a negative review online about my experience at Gus Johnson Ford, he just laughed and replied that for every bad review that they receive, Gus Johnson Ford will have ten friends or family post fake five star reviews. In hindsight, it is quite obvious that the positive reviews of Gus Johnson Ford have been written by paid shills since most of them are very brief and lack detail or mention specific employees by name, who were probably the ones that actually wrote those reviews. As another reviewer stated, there should be negative five star rating option available specifically for Gus Johnson Ford.
Quality Dealership - Eric Reiber
We have had a long and positive relationship with Jess Ford of Pullman buying new, used, and with their service department. They have earned our trust and business long term. When we buy, that is where we shop.
Tom K is a rock star! - TIM R
I came in to look at a car for my dear wife and ended up back the next day to buy a truck for me. Why? Well the numbers made sense, but it was more than that. After meeting the team at Frontier, I felt I was building a relationship with a group that would support me for all the right reasons. I asked tough questions on things like service records and financing, and got straight forward logical responses. Tom K blew me away with the up front and straight forward approach. He even advised me on topics that I needed to be concerned about but had missed. A ton of experience, and the ability to listen stood out about Tom.
buy your car here - Brian
I bought a truck here and I noticed the tires rubbed after I got it home I called the dealer to find out where the tires got installed they sent me to the shop and took care of the bill. I have bought 4 cars here and will continue coming back.
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! - Cindy of Arlington
My name is Cindy and I just purchased a new Ford Escape from Jake and Deder! Both these guys are professional and hard working. Without this team the deal may not have happened. I recommend buying a car from Jake and Deder!!! Great guys!!!
Excellent - Martin
The helpfulness & friendliness. Brenda went out of her way to get a loaner since I had no appointment. I would recommend evergreens service center.thanks Brenda.
Very poor experience - Donewithdenchel
Just before Thanksgiving we bought our 3rd vehicle from Tom Denchel this year..this will be the last. Over the years we have bought a new car or truck about every 2 years..approx 12 total.
I'm done promised items not recieved. Calls not returned after all the years we thought we had established a relationship..wrong. we're just another smuck.
Get it in writing!! Or don't get it.
He'll take care of you - maryann
Larry Nuzum was a wonderful help, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy to the fullest extent with my car. I recommend him a thousand times over.
Good and not so good - ajgalefs1
I live in Oregon and I went to Sound Ford because they had the best deal on the car I wanted. Staff was friendly but felt dissorganised. I had multiple people ask me for the same thing and the financing deal that was supposed to be worked out ahead of time had to be changed because someone left some information out.
I'm happy with the purchase and for buying a car it went about what I normally expect out of a dealership.
Just was hoping for a little smoother transaction.
In the end I had to work with upper management to get all the kinks ironed out, but was taken care of in the end.
