Suzie has been my Service Writer ever since this facility opened. She knows my Explorer better than i do. Last week I walked in and she said, You need an Oil change right? I said how did you know and she replied, because I have seen you in awhile. Now this is personal service!!!. I have come in with a tail light out and the technician fixes it on the spot and I only pay for the bulb. When the car has need more lengthy service, Suzi always manages to find me a loner car. When I do come in for minor service and wait, they have an incredible waiting room with free WiFi and a big screen TV. Please a large window that looks out onto the service floor where you can watch you car being taken care of. They have nice easy chairs, table and even a computer work bench. Free coffee and Popcorn. This is The Best car Service Department I have ever dealt with.

My husband and I were on our way to a vacation in the San Juan's when an error light illuminated on our 2012 Ford F350 Diesel telling us to 'pull over safely now'. We barely made it off of the freeway before our truck died. What resulted was a two-hour wait alongside of 1-5 in rush hour traffic on a Friday night. Believing it was an exhaust sensor failure, and looking to have the defunct sensor replaced, we contacted every Ford dealer in the surrounding area while waiting for a tow. Every dealer with the exception of one, was quick to shut us down telling us that all of their technicians would be going home at 3:30, (some even laughed) and the best they could do was try to get us in on Monday. We were three hours from home and had four kayaks, four bikes and a truck full of gear - not to mention ferry reservations first thing the next morning. Waiting until Monday wasn't going to be an option. And then there was Horizon Ford. When I called I spoke to their Service Manager, Charlie Flanagan who was very polite and courteous offering suggestions that might help our situation. The fact that their shop is open until 6:00 pm is a real plus when most shops close by 3:30. He wasn't sure we could make it in time, but if we did, he was going to do everything he could to help us. Out of 8 service departments that I called, he was the only one who treated me with compassion and respect. He told me that unfortunately, their diesel tech, Marlon Barrios had plans to be at a family event that evening and wouldn’t be staying late that night and if it wasn’t family, he would stay to help. Being a parent myself, I totally understood but I was still going to try to make it there before they closed. It took a few hours to get there, and we knew we couldn't get the truck fixed without the diesel tech so we had planned to buy the parts we needed and try to fix our rig ourselves instead. Hearing of our plight, the Parts Department Manager, Wyatt Geary sold us the parts and offered some other items he knew we would need. He was very helpful and kind! After unsuccessfully attempting to repair the vehicle ourselves we planned to wait it out and stay in town until we could get the truck repaired. I walked into the service department and Charlie asked if he could help me. I was going to schedule an appointment for Saturday or Monday, (not knowing if they were open on Saturday) and I jokingly said, yes, that is if you have a diesel tech available. Recognizing my voice, he quickly recalled that I was the lady in the stranded truck that had called earlier and ran out to see if Marlon might still be available. Imagine my surprise and delight that Marlon was still there and was able to assist us! He quickly identified the problem and even stayed over in order to make the necessary repairs and help us get on our way that night. Charlie even identified that it was a recall issue and saved us some money. I simply cannot say enough positive comments about this team! Customer service like we received that evening is so rare these days that I couldn't believe what was happening. One thing that really stood out was that they cared - they listened and they really cared! Most people we talked to earlier that day could have cared less that we were stranded, but not Charlie and the team at Horizon Ford. For that reason alone they made a customer for life! We own an excavation company in Southwest Washington and I wish we lived closer so we could purchase and service all of our Ford trucks at Horizon Ford. No matter how well-built, trucks these days require service and maintenance and it’s nice to know that there are shops out there that go the extra mile and do what it takes to get the job done and make their customers happy. Because of our incredible experience at Horizon, we will tell everyone we know in the greater Seattle area to make sure they buy from and have their trucks serviced at Horizon Ford! This was my first experience with this dealership and I have found my lifelong Ford dealer & service team! I took my Ford Explorer in to be serviced and everyone here from sales, parts & service were outstanding! I didn't see one person in the store, customer or staff, that wasn't happy and kind. Nate from the service team checked me in, offered me a shuttle ride to work, told me about the service being performed as well as the time line for getting my vehicle back and sent me on my way. Upon getting my vehicle back I was given a top to bottom explanation of my vehicles health and once again how the "surgery" on my car went. They washed my Explorer, treated it well and treated me even better. Unlike most dealerships who love you when they're ringing your wallet dry, these guys treated me like a VIP and all my work was under warranty! I would absolutely recommend Skagit Ford for all things Ford!

Warning! Do not go to Bowen-Scarf Ford. We've been looking at getting a new truck and really liked the features of the Ford Rapture. They are a hot commodity and there a very few around this area. After making an appointment to test drive it and drive over an hour out of our way, they told us unless we are planning on buying that particular one, they wouldn't let us drive it. We were very upset because there was a good possibility we would buy it. We just wanted to see and feel how it drove. Again we called and even made an appointment to see it. They should have told us that on the phone. Needless to say we walked away. They made us feel low class even though we are not.. #neverbuyafordfromthere

Had a great time with my salesmen Jim Hart he really knows how to make you feel welcomed he even knew what I wanted and needed before I did and that's why I drive a Hyundai and not a ford. honestly I expected sharks going into buying my first car but he greeted me with a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh everyone I met was really nice and welcoming I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Also I didn't buy a ford or Lincoln, like I said I bought a Hyundai from Kourm. I went into kourm ford and after speaking with Jim Hart we decided a Hyundai was the best choice for me and he went through the whole sales process with me over at Hyundai including a really long but very nesessary test drive but it's ditching me to select a make so yeah there's your explanation.

Horrible experience! Bought a used car and with 1 week started getting sick. Car is covered in mold, under carpets, seats and mold growing in the truck. Truck fills with water and flood inside car. Sunroof harness broke and filling overhead with water when it rains. Called salesman several times and he said "let me see what I can do" No return calls from him or manager. Finally, get Gus on the phone and he said well we have a new used car manager and we can't do anything. Will not recommend to anyone. Everyone stay away! Buyers beware. 20k is a hard lesson to learn.

I flew in from out of town to buy a used truck. I was picked up at the airport which was nice and brought to the dealership. I met the sales manager I dealt with over the phone. He told me someone would be with me. After waiting for what seemed like forever, a salesman, James said he would show me the truck. I looked the truck over and asked if we could take it for a test drive since I didn't want to buy it without driving it. He said he was just showing me the truck because he was dealing with another customer. Really? They had 2 days notice I was coming and couldn't arrange for a salesman to take care of me? Anyway he came back 10min later and said he could take me around the block. I also saw the tank was empty. So I asked if he was going to give me a full tank of gas for buying the truck. Apparently he wasn't told I was there to buy the truck, he thought I was just looking it over. Again info you might want to tell the salesman about the customer. Overall James was very helpful, the rest of the staff just seemed like I was in the way. The customers that were there doing deals on new cars seemed to get preferential treatment even though I had flown from out of town to buy this truck. So I recommended this dealership because if you are buying a new car, you will be treated well. I guess they don't care if you are from out of town to treat you like they want you there. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because James was nice. I will not be going back.

-Service Department is five stars, Josh (Service Manager) and Kyle H., are awesome to work with. I have a 2000 Ford F350 7.3L and Kyle is the ONLY mechanic I will let work on my truck.
-Sales: I would rate as four stars. Yiwen "George" Li was a wonderful salesman, he and David made the transaction as smooth as a sales experience could go. The General Manager was professional and stepped in to help complete the transaction on a Certified Pre-Owned F150.
-Finance: The rating scale does not go low enough to rate Jim in finance. A zero would be providing a complete disservice to the number zero. First he was the most pushy person I have ever met. He does not understand when a customer says, "no thank you", that it should be his cue to MOVE ON. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After telling him no thank you and no several times when he was offering the extended maintenance plan, I was forced to walk out of his office and get the GM. We have secured 1.9% financing vice the 3.9% that he offered as his "best deal". If you are purchasing a vehicle from Bellevue AutoNation, you are highly encouraged to find your own financing. Do not fall prey to his attempted strong arm tactics!!!!!!

Sales guy was nice how ever he was selling two cars at the same time and so we didn't see him much. he seemed to be overwhelmed and rushed. I felt like the place was under staffed.
we loved the financial guy! he took his time got to know us asked about our lives and was very personable. I felt like he was better then the sales guy we worked with. over all it was a good first car buying experience. my boy friend plans on returning to possibly trade in his truck :)
