Very patient and helpful - Rjwat
They got us a good, nice, low priced car and were very patient with us when we were having difficulties with our insurance. Also, the salesman seemed knowledgeable.

I needed a factory defect replaced. It was a headlamp module that controlled the headlights in my Mercury Grand Marquis..it would go dark sometimes. I received a notice from Ford motor company that this model has a defect and I should contact a dealer and get it fixed. I contacted Wendle Ford in Spokane ( we just moved up from Las Vegas and didn't buy the car here) they scheduled us in and it was fixed. Good service and politr folks working there...And there was no charge !!!!I only wish they had some doughnuts.
The way car buying should be - SemperFi89
My wife and I went in search of a 2017 Lariat F150 and after doing our research online we first visited two other Ford dealerships. We were not happy with the treatment we received from them it was max pressure to buy now now now.
We were pretty exhausted/not in the best mood when we got to Ford of Kirkland. We walked to the New F150's and there was a young salesman working on something. He immediately noticed us and paused he was doing to welcome us, introduced himself and i guess our fatigue was obvious cause he offered to bring us some water.
That first impression of Roy caught us off guard and the rest of the process from finding the right truck, test drive negotiating finance and delivery were equally great.
This is the way cars should be sold and how the customer experience should be. Roy was sincere, listened astutely worked hard for us and made sure he followed through or tried his best to address our concerns and wants in the truck. Go find him if youre in search of a new car.
Excellent Customer Service - Geo III
Suzie has been my Service Writer ever since this facility opened. She knows my Explorer better than i do. Last week I walked in and she said, You need an Oil change right? I said how did you know and she replied, because I have seen you in awhile. Now this is personal service!!!. I have come in with a tail light out and the technician fixes it on the spot and I only pay for the bulb. When the car has need more lengthy service, Suzi always manages to find me a loner car. When I do come in for minor service and wait, they have an incredible waiting room with free WiFi and a big screen TV. Please a large window that looks out onto the service floor where you can watch you car being taken care of. They have nice easy chairs, table and even a computer work bench. Free coffee and Popcorn. This is The Best car Service Department I have ever dealt with.
Love my CMax! - Eclyps13
What a great buying experience at Diehl Ford. Not just a Diehl u can count on, but it's the Real Diehl!
From Chris "Bones" was great to work with, and the owner Mike Diehl made for an enjoyable experience also. Emil Vinberg secured our financing and found us a great rate. We will be back for another vehicle!
F-150 purchase - Ford F-150
We knew what we wanted when we went down to the West Hills Ford dealer. We didn't expect to find exactly what we wanted, but did. They have a huge selection of Ford F-150 trucks, from XL to King Ranch. We were interested in either a Lariat or a Platinum, decided with the platinum they had on hand. They pulled any truck we wanted to look in or drive up front so we could walk around and compare. We were allowed to drive the truck home to make sure it fit in our garage, without a dealer employee. We were really happy to be able to just take it for a spin on our own. John Kim our sales person was beyond amazing, he knew every feature there was on the truck! We actually went to a couple other dealers looking for a truck, other sales people knew nothing about the truck, I knew more! So if your looking for a F-150, call ahead and demand to work with John Kim, he will make your experience very easy! Once we found the truck we wanted and test drove it, we were done in maybe 30-40 minutes.
Looking for a F-150, you want to deal with John Kim!
Great Team, Great Experience - Nelson Miles
I walked into the dealership with expectations of a negative experience. There were none! I walked in expecting to argue with our dealer Craig Johnson. There were no arguments! From cradle to grave of the process Craig was looking out for our interest. I normally don't give ratings but in this particular case I really have to. Craigslist very user-friendly. And also did I mention that he was looking out for our interest in purchasing a car. There were no pressure sales, and Craig was always available. And did I mention that he was looking out for our interest in purchasing a car. And in the process of financing Marissa did an outstanding job as well. Both her and Craig were looking out for our interests. And I guess in the long run, that's what it's all about. Craig absolutely it's my turn to buy a car even though my wife thinks different what we will return. Because I know that you will look out for our interests. Thank you Craig and thank you Marissa

This is our second purchase, we just called Erik Sundvor at Bickford Ford and he was able to get the Ford Edge we wanted.
Best Service Experience EVER! - Carrie Cofer
My husband and I were on our way to a vacation in the San Juan's when an error light illuminated on our 2012 Ford F350 Diesel telling us to 'pull over safely now'. We barely made it off of the freeway before our truck died. What resulted was a two-hour wait alongside of 1-5 in rush hour traffic on a Friday night. Believing it was an exhaust sensor failure, and looking to have the defunct sensor replaced, we contacted every Ford dealer in the surrounding area while waiting for a tow. Every dealer with the exception of one, was quick to shut us down telling us that all of their technicians would be going home at 3:30, (some even laughed) and the best they could do was try to get us in on Monday. We were three hours from home and had four kayaks, four bikes and a truck full of gear - not to mention ferry reservations first thing the next morning. Waiting until Monday wasn't going to be an option. And then there was Horizon Ford. When I called I spoke to their Service Manager, Charlie Flanagan who was very polite and courteous offering suggestions that might help our situation. The fact that their shop is open until 6:00 pm is a real plus when most shops close by 3:30. He wasn't sure we could make it in time, but if we did, he was going to do everything he could to help us. Out of 8 service departments that I called, he was the only one who treated me with compassion and respect. He told me that unfortunately, their diesel tech, Marlon Barrios had plans to be at a family event that evening and wouldn’t be staying late that night and if it wasn’t family, he would stay to help. Being a parent myself, I totally understood but I was still going to try to make it there before they closed. It took a few hours to get there, and we knew we couldn't get the truck fixed without the diesel tech so we had planned to buy the parts we needed and try to fix our rig ourselves instead. Hearing of our plight, the Parts Department Manager, Wyatt Geary sold us the parts and offered some other items he knew we would need. He was very helpful and kind! After unsuccessfully attempting to repair the vehicle ourselves we planned to wait it out and stay in town until we could get the truck repaired. I walked into the service department and Charlie asked if he could help me. I was going to schedule an appointment for Saturday or Monday, (not knowing if they were open on Saturday) and I jokingly said, yes, that is if you have a diesel tech available. Recognizing my voice, he quickly recalled that I was the lady in the stranded truck that had called earlier and ran out to see if Marlon might still be available. Imagine my surprise and delight that Marlon was still there and was able to assist us! He quickly identified the problem and even stayed over in order to make the necessary repairs and help us get on our way that night. Charlie even identified that it was a recall issue and saved us some money. I simply cannot say enough positive comments about this team! Customer service like we received that evening is so rare these days that I couldn't believe what was happening. One thing that really stood out was that they cared - they listened and they really cared! Most people we talked to earlier that day could have cared less that we were stranded, but not Charlie and the team at Horizon Ford. For that reason alone they made a customer for life! We own an excavation company in Southwest Washington and I wish we lived closer so we could purchase and service all of our Ford trucks at Horizon Ford. No matter how well-built, trucks these days require service and maintenance and it’s nice to know that there are shops out there that go the extra mile and do what it takes to get the job done and make their customers happy. Because of our incredible experience at Horizon, we will tell everyone we know in the greater Seattle area to make sure they buy from and have their trucks serviced at Horizon Ford! Sincerely, Andy & Carrie Cofer
Greatest Experience In Buying My Vehicle Ever from G. Thomas - Patti Morris
We have been searching for the right vehicle for months going to all types of car dealerships. My husband and I went into Price Ford and met Garrett Thomas. I explained that I wanted to see inside some vehicles to determine if they were the right fit for me as I am disabled. We looked at a C-Max and it was too small, we looked at an Edge and an Explorer. They both would work but I was trying to stay under a $30k budget and they were much higher. Garrett said he would be back in a few minutes and look around. He came back and said I think I have found the right vehicle for you. It was a used 2013 Certified Pre-Owned Explorer. It was in our price range, perfect size, and was loaded. We took a test drive and I fell in love with it. We sat down and in 15 minutes we had a deal and it was under our budget. If you ever need a new car or truck you must go see Garrett Thomas at Price Ford. He will treat you right with no pressure! What a great experience and I love my Explorer.
Great service and kind staff! - tyhuseman13
This was my first experience with this dealership and I have found my lifelong Ford dealer & service team! I took my Ford Explorer in to be serviced and everyone here from sales, parts & service were outstanding! I didn't see one person in the store, customer or staff, that wasn't happy and kind. Nate from the service team checked me in, offered me a shuttle ride to work, told me about the service being performed as well as the time line for getting my vehicle back and sent me on my way. Upon getting my vehicle back I was given a top to bottom explanation of my vehicles health and once again how the "surgery" on my car went. They washed my Explorer, treated it well and treated me even better. Unlike most dealerships who love you when they're ringing your wallet dry, these guys treated me like a VIP and all my work was under warranty! I would absolutely recommend Skagit Ford for all things Ford!
They worked hard for us!!! - 0papanitro0
This is the place to buy a car. My wife and I needed a new small SUV, we have a family that needs space. We have bad credit, I was terribly injured a few years ago and was out of work for almost a year recovering, and all that that implies. We had been looking for a newer than 2007 SUV or Crossover, and my wife found a nice little rig here that she fell in love with. Our salesman, Bobby, the sales manager, Shawn, and the Financial Manager all worked hard with us for 5 HOURS, and with a small-ish down payment and a lot of patience and elbow grease, my wife got exactly the car we needed to get our family back and forth to Seattle Children's for my son's appointments. I just want to say I have never worked with a harder working and kinder salesman than Bobby and when we need to buy a car again, Valley Ford is where we will do it!!!
My new Tuscon. - pmurray75
Excellent customer service. Matt went far above what was expected of him helping me pick out the right car for me and my family needs. He new everything there was about this vehicle and I came back several times after purchasing to run through the in and outs once again. He dropped what he was doing and was very attentive to my needs. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from him and this dealership. I can't say enough good things about Columbia Hyundia and their team!.
Great Service Dept - Poophead
Both my wife and I have had our ford's serviced here in the past two weeks. Ric Gaddis was our primary contact and defines professionalism, respect and courtesy all with a big smile.
I don't get oil changes all that often but when I do, Five Star and Richard Gaddis have my business.
New car - Chickens
My experience at vancouver ford was wonderful! Our sales guy "Tyson" was truly amazing! I swear I'm not being paid to say this. Tyson met all our needs and in a timely manner which was important to me!!
Westlie Ford Rocks!! - Rebelracer1710
I went in for an oil change on my SUV and decided to look at trucks while I was waiting. Of the 3 I rode in, I found the perfect truck thanks to Marc Jackson, the salesman who took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed. Next day, I drove out of the dealership with a great truck and a great deal. It was a win-win situation and who can resist that?
Very easy to work with - MW2424
Fugate Ford has always been laid back and easy to work with, I always leave happy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Ford or used vehicle, they will find what you're looking for.
Great Experience - hatway09
I have been looking for a Standard cab pick up with an 8ft bed. I am very happy with my F150. Kyle showed me the fleet vehicles and that did the trick.
Really friendly people and not pushy - sandy51
We had a really good experience dealing with Mullinax Ford. Rick was very helpful and not at all pushy about selling us a truck. He was also very easy to work with in our trade ins and we liked that a lot. Other agents in the dealership were also very helpful and nice. They talked to us and answered questions we had.
We knew what kind of vehicle we wanted when we came in and the truck is everything we wanted. Love the inside and everything about the truck. My husband has had a Ford truck throughout our marriage and wanted a new one.
Had great experiences at Bowen-Scaarf! - Judy Mesch
I have bought two cars from Bowen Scaarf Kent.
The salesman was wonderful, patient and really knew his vehicles.
The entire sales force are pleasant and caring about customer service.
Transmission issue. - Ford Fiesta
Transmission issue was resolved and had to purchase a new battery. Not sure if we still have to worry about the Ford Fiesta Transmission Settlement.
Lease Experience With Korum Ford. - trudkin
We leased a 2017 Ford Edge from Korum Ford with the courteous attention and helpful nature of our salesman Mark Angeloni.
Mark was very attentive to our needs and was always very friendly and helpful as we made our decision as to model and equipment. There WAS NEVER any pressure as we moved through the decision process. I highly recommend this dealership and particularly would return to Mark for our next purchase or lease.
Highly unrecommended - astevenson101a
After purchasing a 2013 ford mustang from this dealership within not even a year and a half of owning the car the water pump had sprung a leak under 80k miles. Thankfully I had purchased the warranty I thought to myself since the shop had already diagnosed it and I had paperwork in hand, I figured okay Ford will own up to there end so I scheduled an appointment to attempt to get the problem at least fixed under the warranty only to show up and get told it'll be a 400$ charge to look at the car in order to determine if its true or not even though it's already been evaluated, and that was to "see" if it was even covered under the warranty. Needless to say I took it back to the shop that evaluated it and got it fixed for roughly a little over the price they wanted to even look at it. Filed a complaint with the BBB in order to try and resolve the issue since they haven't held up to their end of the deal and only got told that basically I was a liar and they linked the warranty paperwork.
Responded back showing them the exact paperwork that says the owner of the vehicle will cover diagnostics and nowhere on the paperwork does it state the diagnostics had to be performed at their dealership, they marked the complaint as complete and refused to reply.
So on top of the 22% APR, the false presentation that they would help with refinancing when the time came, and selling me a useless 2000$ warranty to jack up there intake on the deal, this has been by far the worst business I've ever dealt with and would not recommend to anyone.
If you do purchase through them don't bother getting their warranty look on your own or finance outside of their dealership, this dealership is a scam and has poor customer service and management to say the very least.
Very Good and Prompt Service/Wonderful Car (2015 Mustang) - fordguy1
Earlier this month I bought a beautiful 2015 Mustang, which was delivered in virtually perfect condition. I appreciate the help from many of the staff who worked well as a team in making the decision, purchase and delivery go very smoothly. The individuals of note who helped were Kapil Rajpal, Nabu Thomas, Mark Jackson, Cesar Hernandez, Jay Silverson and Madison Williams, the patient receptionist. Of special note are James Adams who helped with the delivery of the car to my home and helped with a number of ongoing car questions, and Mira Balko, who prepared and detailed the car into truly "showroom" quality appearance. The entire team as noted deserves a real and well earned 'atta boy'!
No respect for their clients time - Solarflare
My experience at Harris Ford was not ideal. In fact it fit with every dealer horror story I've ever heard. Once the PO was signed they wasted hours of my time due to incompetency. For example, I had to spend $300 on a rental car because the car was not available on the day it was supposed to be ready. It needed a part. They did not call me to tell me it wasn't ready. They didn't offer me a loaner car. So I had to renew my rental car. Three days later they call and say I can have the car, but the part isn't in and I'll have to come back. If that's the case, why not let me take the car three days earlier, before I spent $300 on a rental? Sigh. in addition, hours of my was wasted. Seriously, they had NO respect for my time. Why does it takes 2 hours to pick up a car you've paid for? Anyway, if you want poor customer service and poor communication go there. If not pick somewhere else.
Decieving front guys - Vanessa Jones
Everything was going well with purchasing my vehical and I had had noteiced that the antenna on the car I was purchasing was missing. I made it clear I did not want to leave withough the antenna being replaced on the car or at least there being something in writing that it would be replaced by the dealership. They were able to put antenna on the car, I was able to assure everything was in working order and when I got home I realized that my pre-exisisting car I came in with was missing it's antenna.
Now this would have been fine if I had traded in my vehical since it would then be their problem, however I did not, so it almost felt like thieft on thier part...even though it was taken from one property of mine and put on another. I felt decieved about the agreement made, which left a bad taste in my month about the whole purchase. I am happy with my car, just will not be going back to this dealership, nor will I refer it to family and friends for the reason stated earlier.
Excellent experience except on bad apple! - SemperFi
-Service Department is five stars, Josh (Service Manager) and Kyle H., are awesome to work with. I have a 2000 Ford F350 7.3L and Kyle is the ONLY mechanic I will let work on my truck.
-Sales: I would rate as four stars. Yiwen "George" Li was a wonderful salesman, he and David made the transaction as smooth as a sales experience could go. The General Manager was professional and stepped in to help complete the transaction on a Certified Pre-Owned F150.
-Finance: The rating scale does not go low enough to rate Jim in finance. A zero would be providing a complete disservice to the number zero. First he was the most pushy person I have ever met. He does not understand when a customer says, "no thank you", that it should be his cue to MOVE ON. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After telling him no thank you and no several times when he was offering the extended maintenance plan, I was forced to walk out of his office and get the GM. We have secured 1.9% financing vice the 3.9% that he offered as his "best deal". If you are purchasing a vehicle from Bellevue AutoNation, you are highly encouraged to find your own financing. Do not fall prey to his attempted strong arm tactics!!!!!!
"Fine" experience; met expectations - EvergreenTransplant
I had been searching for a used car and they had one that met my criteria. They were inflexible on the price, saying they had already discounted it as far as they could, based on their investment in the vehicle. I continued to negotiate with no success. I expressed my frustration at their lack of flexibility and they made a couple of token concessions unrelated to price. At that point, it was the gesture that mattered. Personnel was pleasant. At some point in the car detailing process - and it could have been the third-party detailer they use - somebody used black sharpie to touch up the black leather. I was not pleased. (Magic Eraser worked to remove it, thankfully.)
Bait and switch - Help others
These nasty folk are the sneakiest I've ever dealt with. Wouldn't sell listed car. Created fake mechanical problem with it to turn us toward other vehicles. We drove a long way and took the bait. They even hid the car after I demanded to see it and that i said I could fix what was wrong. They are devious crooks! Beware!
