Very positive - Phil Collins
We saw a car online, called and Tim Kilroy answered all our questions on the phone. He also sent us an email with more information about the car and a link to Carfax.com information about the car. We arranged for a time to come today and see the car. Tim Kilroy was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. We recommend him and will be sure to share his name with others who we know are looking for cars! The car fit our needs and it was what we were looking for. Tim also arranged to take our car in for a trade-in at a fair price.

Just what I wanted! - pjnscar
Salesman was helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating of my schedule; not pushy. Lot had the vehicles I was looking for. Great value. Purchased a slightly used (7,500 miles) vehicle. Still had the new car smell (and look!). Processing of paperwork was efficient and professional.
F350 Service - Jeff W
Had fluids changed in Tranny, brakes and coolant. Surprised to see the truck washed and vacuumed upon pickup, it was pretty dirty coming off a camping weekend. Great Job!
A Good Salesman - J Daily
We want to thank James Fender for his assistance in helping us by a new vehicle. It was my son's first car buying experience and James made it a positive and satisfying experience. Thanks again to James for all his help and work.
Awsomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee - Norman2015

sales experience at Bickford - steve p
very refreshing sales experience at Bickford with no pressure ! I have had different experiences at most other dealers with lots of pressure wasting several hours of time and no vehicle.
Just AWESOME - justcheryl
I have a three part review.
1. When I bought my car in May, I sent many emails back and forth with Ryan and Brian. I live up in Auburn, so I wasn’t able to just stop by after work. We talked about the kind of car I was looking for, and I pretty much told them not to even bother showing me a car that I was going to have to settle for. They both handled this message and my many questions very well, and were very prompt in getting back to me.
2. The day I actually went to Olympia to test drive cars was a good day. I met Beau there (he has moved on now) and worked with Brian. Beau drove me around to test drive different cars, and I chose the very nice Ford Fusion that I’m driving now. Beau is the only car salesman I have ever hugged. He told me the story about his brother, and how he gave his life for our country. Long story short, lots of tears I cried this day. But good tears! Brian was really amazing with the financing. He helped me get with Avid Acceptance, who are so easy to work with, and get the car financed. Also helped me with getting insurance set up.
BEST Car Buying experience I’ve had.
3. Recently, my car started acting sluggish going up Tiger Mountain (Hwy 18) and when merging into traffic on the freeways. I’ve been pretty good about changing the oil, and taking care of the other routine maintenance on the car. So, I was a concerned that it might be something major. I took it to Sound Ford in Renton (don’t go there!), and was told after 3 days that my car needed a new transmission and it would cost $6,000 + tax. After the hysteria calmed down a bit, I reached out to Ryan. Ryan immediately offered assistance. He called Sound Ford to get their take on their diagnostic. After speaking to Sound Ford, Ryan told me he didn’t think they were right on their assessment. We arranged to have my car taken down to the service department at Awesome Ford (highly recommend them!) to get a diagnostic there.
Ryan contacted me two days after I dropped it off with Awesome Ford letting me know I didn’t need a new transmission (thank you Baby Jesus!). What the car needed was transmission fluid, and a good tune up. Also an alignment and some new tires. So, I got all of that done at a little over $1,500.
What I’m trying to say is THANK YOU Ryan. Your compassion for helping others is truly astounding. You went above and beyond customer service after the sale. You’ve earned all of my future car buying business. And anyone else I can convince to drive the extra distance to go see you.
Beth was amazing - tc2022
Beth listened to my needs/wants and showed me a car I would never have even looked at. We drove the 2 cars I came in to see first and then she said just before you make your mind up let's check this one out. It is the PERFECT car for me and I love it! Everyone with the entire dealer had great follow up and kept me informed through the entire process. I don't have great credit yet every one there treated me as though I did. Loved the experience and thank you all!
Best car buying experience EVER! - Terri M Schroeppel
These guys are awesome! No pressure, hassling, or dickering. Don't have to spend hours in a showroom with a sales rep running back & forth, these cars are priced to move. Dave & Yusuf are great!
In & out, even with a problem with the car, they took care of it right away.
Fugate sales and servise - Dave w
I have purchased 2 cars from them now, one used, one new, and have a new F150 I had purchased from another dealer close by. Both the new and used car were given two years of free servise (oil changes), which I can drop off for at a moments notice. Their quality of work is outstanding, and is always ready when they hace said it was going to be, and detailed as well!
I have never dealt with a dealership as easy and pleasant to work with as Fugate, and will be back to them for any other vehicle purchase I make in the future.
Thank you all very much!
Used truck purchase - DrewTacoma
I purchased a used truck from this dealership. They pick me up at the airport we went through the truck thoroughly. We finish the paperwork in their offices. Absolutely no issues great experience, I would highly recommend them
Awesome Dave - bassmomma
Stopped in to check out F 150's. Salesman Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful! Anyone looking for a vehicle, go see salesman Dave.
3rd Generation Ford Guy - Farmboy417
Vancouver has a great selection of cars, and great people to work with. On my first visit I was shown a few cars by Justus. He was very helpful. Then I did email exchanges with Misti and worked out a price on a car that I was interested in. Then I talked to Tony. Again, very helpful. But saving the best for last, we get to Aubrey Short. She was extremely helpful, either had or found answers to all of my questions, and was just wonderful to work with. A great young lady, and a good representative of Vancouver Ford. She's the reason I bought the car.
Customer comes first - Ken & Kathi
It was hard negotiations--we only had so much money and had picked out a great used vehicle (Ford of course) that was a bit out of our price range, Rick and Damon determined they were going to make us happy customers, and after lots of discussion, tire kicking and compromise a deal was made.that made everyone but Rich happy....grin
Seriously Customers do come first and they really work hard to have one leave the lot satisfied they got a "GREAT DEAL".
Quick and headache free car buying! - Flottb
My experience at Mullinax Ford was great!! Everyone was very friendly, they worked hard at getting me a good deal and finding all the rebates I qualify for, and I didn't have to spend all day waiting to get through the paperwork! I am very happy with my car and would definitely recommend them!
Friendly service but paperwork took forever! - Myr
Jordan made our car buying experience pleasant and painless. It just took all afternoon to deal with the paperwork. The car was actually ready to go, but it took at least 4 hours before everything was signed and completed. Love our new Ford Escape though! :)
Price was great... the rest was lacking - TwoFrews
The price of the vehicle was great initially (better than most on west coast), and Gary was very friendly, communicated everything with us, and shared step-by-step how the process would go with us.
However, after we worked with Gary, several things took away from that positive experience... We had to wait around awhile to go through the usual 'car dealer haggling back & forth with the sales manager' on trade in value (well below KBB dealer trade-in value range), payment APR & term, etc. followed by more waiting around (a couple hours), for a VERY disorganized financial experience (wrong down payment amount was recorded, additional warranties added for prices other than discussed, wasn't given required paperwork to register vehicle out of state at DMV and only given 3 day temp license to do so, etc.)... 5 hours after we arrived, we left with a new truck and eventually finance discrepancies got resolved, but took several days and more back & forth to do so.
What started off as a great car buying experience turned into a typical if not negative one... I only hope others have a better one overall. Thanks for the great price initially... just wish the rest followed suit.
Excellent experience except on bad apple! - SemperFi
-Service Department is five stars, Josh (Service Manager) and Kyle H., are awesome to work with. I have a 2000 Ford F350 7.3L and Kyle is the ONLY mechanic I will let work on my truck.
-Sales: I would rate as four stars. Yiwen "George" Li was a wonderful salesman, he and David made the transaction as smooth as a sales experience could go. The General Manager was professional and stepped in to help complete the transaction on a Certified Pre-Owned F150.
-Finance: The rating scale does not go low enough to rate Jim in finance. A zero would be providing a complete disservice to the number zero. First he was the most pushy person I have ever met. He does not understand when a customer says, "no thank you", that it should be his cue to MOVE ON. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After telling him no thank you and no several times when he was offering the extended maintenance plan, I was forced to walk out of his office and get the GM. We have secured 1.9% financing vice the 3.9% that he offered as his "best deal". If you are purchasing a vehicle from Bellevue AutoNation, you are highly encouraged to find your own financing. Do not fall prey to his attempted strong arm tactics!!!!!!
$2400.00 miss diagnosis - not happy
We have had Korum Ford for the last 7 years, and we have had excellent service through them. But as things do, things do change and people come and go, for us, the good were there and now there gone, and so am I. We had our F-350 serviced, and along with that service we ask if they could do a full scan on the truck, to make things short and not so sweet, they had my truck for three days found nothing except the ball joints being shot which I told them that i knew about that, there was no communication from them to us,I had to call to find anything out I asked to get my truck back then they said my EGR cooler was leaking and that it needed to be changed right away do to no communication problem I decided to let another shop have the job. It turns out that the EGR cooler was not leaking and already had been changed, do to this misdiagnose they cost me $2400. and after the manager with no more customer service than the service rep i'm moving on taking my business else where.not only do they lose a truck sale all my cars will be bought some where else to.
No pressure! - Happy Girl!
Tom Smith and Peter were amazingly helpful, patient, thoughtful, respectful, and kind. I will recommend all my family and friends to Pierre Money Mart for their next vehicle. They pulled out the red carpet for my family and I.
Avoid! - Natalie S.
Gus Johnson Ford is not a dealership from which you want to be purchasing your vehicle – the owner and employees of this dealership are dishonest and do not care in the least about their customers. My daughter is asthmatic and cannot tolerate cigarette smoke, so when looking for a vehicle I make sure that it is non – smoking. After test driving a 2013 Ford Edge I noticed that it had a strong odor in the vehicle, but the salesman assured me that this was just the scent of cleaning solution (that would air out) and that the vehicle had never been smoked in. Since my current car keeps breaking down I decided to purchase this vehicle, against by better judgment. After a couple days, the car sure did air out, leaving only the smell of tobacco behind. Furthermore, my daughter had an asthma attack after spending about 20 minutes in the car, making this vehicle useless to me.
After contacting Gus Johnson Ford about this issue they offered me to detail and clean the car interior, which did absolutely nothing about the smell. Then they offered to exchange the Edge for a similar “non-smoking” vehicle, however all except one that they showed me also stank of tobacco. Finally they showed me one Edge (a former Enterprise rental) that was odor free, but then demanded that I pay an additional $6000 since this Edge had 4000 less miles on it, which is laughable since you could drive a rental car that many miles in only a few days (for the cost of $500 or less). Furthermore, I noticed that another Edge that was parked next to one that they showed me had a damaged exterior and when I asked the why Gus Johnson Ford had damaged cars on their lot, the salesman replied that this car was from an insurance auto auction and that they still needed to fix it. So chances are that you will receive a formerly wrecked vehicle if you purchase a used car from Gus Johnson Ford. Given the blatant dishonesty and the utterly reprehensible behavior of the sales staff, it would not be surprising at all if Gus Johnson Ford would sell you a vehicle with other defects that will end up costing you thousands of dollars extra to fix in the long run or could even endanger the life of you family.
One final thing that I would like to add is that when I told one of the salesmen that I would post a negative review online about my experience at Gus Johnson Ford, he just laughed and replied that for every bad review that they receive, Gus Johnson Ford will have ten friends or family post fake five star reviews. In hindsight, it is quite obvious that the positive reviews of Gus Johnson Ford have been written by paid shills since most of them are very brief and lack detail or mention specific employees by name, who were probably the ones that actually wrote those reviews. As another reviewer stated, there should be negative five star rating option available specifically for Gus Johnson Ford.
Quality Dealership - Eric Reiber
We have had a long and positive relationship with Jess Ford of Pullman buying new, used, and with their service department. They have earned our trust and business long term. When we buy, that is where we shop.
buy your car here - Brian
I bought a truck here and I noticed the tires rubbed after I got it home I called the dealer to find out where the tires got installed they sent me to the shop and took care of the bill. I have bought 4 cars here and will continue coming back.
Enjoyable - TnT
My wife and I have purchased 3 cars in the past and each experience was a pleasant one. We decided to lease a 2016 F150 this time and received the same excellent customer service as we have in the past. John Watson and thebrest of the team are what keep us coming back.
T & T Barnes
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! - Cindy of Arlington
My name is Cindy and I just purchased a new Ford Escape from Jake and Deder! Both these guys are professional and hard working. Without this team the deal may not have happened. I recommend buying a car from Jake and Deder!!! Great guys!!!
yes yes yes - Fattalice
I had to write because in 40 years of purchasing I have never found a dealer that was as professional and honest as Evergreen. Our salesman Mark was very very pleasant to work with. No pressure ( that's different) and wanted us happy. Talked to him on the phone and it was 100% of what he told me when I met him at dealership. No haggle remarkable price. All other departments ditto!! Never buy anywhere else. Lynn N
Very poor experience - Donewithdenchel
Just before Thanksgiving we bought our 3rd vehicle from Tom Denchel this year..this will be the last. Over the years we have bought a new car or truck about every 2 years..approx 12 total.
I'm done promised items not recieved. Calls not returned after all the years we thought we had established a relationship..wrong. we're just another smuck.
Get it in writing!! Or don't get it.
He'll take care of you - maryann
Larry Nuzum was a wonderful help, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy to the fullest extent with my car. I recommend him a thousand times over.
