Suzie has been my Service Writer ever since this facility opened. She knows my Explorer better than i do. Last week I walked in and she said, You need an Oil change right? I said how did you know and she replied, because I have seen you in awhile. Now this is personal service!!!. I have come in with a tail light out and the technician fixes it on the spot and I only pay for the bulb. When the car has need more lengthy service, Suzi always manages to find me a loner car. When I do come in for minor service and wait, they have an incredible waiting room with free WiFi and a big screen TV. Please a large window that looks out onto the service floor where you can watch you car being taken care of. They have nice easy chairs, table and even a computer work bench. Free coffee and Popcorn. This is The Best car Service Department I have ever dealt with.

I purchased my vehicle new in 2012 and I have had a few problems that the dealer was able to take care of. All in all, I'm satisfied with my vehicle and the service I have had. It may have taken a couple of tries, but the problems were taken care of. My problem deals with a service individual who apparently does not have to time to follow-thro with his promises to get back with an individual or when I've gone in to discuss a problem, does not seem to care of want to assist. Not good customer service...

My husband and I were on our way to a vacation in the San Juan's when an error light illuminated on our 2012 Ford F350 Diesel telling us to 'pull over safely now'. We barely made it off of the freeway before our truck died. What resulted was a two-hour wait alongside of 1-5 in rush hour traffic on a Friday night. Believing it was an exhaust sensor failure, and looking to have the defunct sensor replaced, we contacted every Ford dealer in the surrounding area while waiting for a tow. Every dealer with the exception of one, was quick to shut us down telling us that all of their technicians would be going home at 3:30, (some even laughed) and the best they could do was try to get us in on Monday. We were three hours from home and had four kayaks, four bikes and a truck full of gear - not to mention ferry reservations first thing the next morning. Waiting until Monday wasn't going to be an option. And then there was Horizon Ford. When I called I spoke to their Service Manager, Charlie Flanagan who was very polite and courteous offering suggestions that might help our situation. The fact that their shop is open until 6:00 pm is a real plus when most shops close by 3:30. He wasn't sure we could make it in time, but if we did, he was going to do everything he could to help us. Out of 8 service departments that I called, he was the only one who treated me with compassion and respect. He told me that unfortunately, their diesel tech, Marlon Barrios had plans to be at a family event that evening and wouldn’t be staying late that night and if it wasn’t family, he would stay to help. Being a parent myself, I totally understood but I was still going to try to make it there before they closed. It took a few hours to get there, and we knew we couldn't get the truck fixed without the diesel tech so we had planned to buy the parts we needed and try to fix our rig ourselves instead. Hearing of our plight, the Parts Department Manager, Wyatt Geary sold us the parts and offered some other items he knew we would need. He was very helpful and kind! After unsuccessfully attempting to repair the vehicle ourselves we planned to wait it out and stay in town until we could get the truck repaired. I walked into the service department and Charlie asked if he could help me. I was going to schedule an appointment for Saturday or Monday, (not knowing if they were open on Saturday) and I jokingly said, yes, that is if you have a diesel tech available. Recognizing my voice, he quickly recalled that I was the lady in the stranded truck that had called earlier and ran out to see if Marlon might still be available. Imagine my surprise and delight that Marlon was still there and was able to assist us! He quickly identified the problem and even stayed over in order to make the necessary repairs and help us get on our way that night. Charlie even identified that it was a recall issue and saved us some money. I simply cannot say enough positive comments about this team! Customer service like we received that evening is so rare these days that I couldn't believe what was happening. One thing that really stood out was that they cared - they listened and they really cared! Most people we talked to earlier that day could have cared less that we were stranded, but not Charlie and the team at Horizon Ford. For that reason alone they made a customer for life! We own an excavation company in Southwest Washington and I wish we lived closer so we could purchase and service all of our Ford trucks at Horizon Ford. No matter how well-built, trucks these days require service and maintenance and it’s nice to know that there are shops out there that go the extra mile and do what it takes to get the job done and make their customers happy. Because of our incredible experience at Horizon, we will tell everyone we know in the greater Seattle area to make sure they buy from and have their trucks serviced at Horizon Ford! This was my first experience with this dealership and I have found my lifelong Ford dealer & service team! I took my Ford Explorer in to be serviced and everyone here from sales, parts & service were outstanding! I didn't see one person in the store, customer or staff, that wasn't happy and kind. Nate from the service team checked me in, offered me a shuttle ride to work, told me about the service being performed as well as the time line for getting my vehicle back and sent me on my way. Upon getting my vehicle back I was given a top to bottom explanation of my vehicles health and once again how the "surgery" on my car went. They washed my Explorer, treated it well and treated me even better. Unlike most dealerships who love you when they're ringing your wallet dry, these guys treated me like a VIP and all my work was under warranty! I would absolutely recommend Skagit Ford for all things Ford!

I went through the Linclon Build process online and then a local search which listed several possible matches, I found a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid at Bowen Scarff that closely matched my option selections. I selected to schedule a test drive and received a call-back within a couple of hours. I was able schedule a test drive for the following day. I'm very happy with the car after driving ~200 city / highway miles.
My only complaint is that I had pointed out what appeared to be scuff marks inside the front doors and was told not to worry a clean-up would be done. I'm sure Ron Olson was depending on the process to satisfy this minor issue - bottom line, a new car with just 21 miles on it should be 'like new'. Another thing that the dealership should look into is fully eliminating streaking on the inside front windows. They were wiped but not fully clean as when the light is right the streaks are evident.

Lance Beckley was our salesperson and he was amazing in helping us figure out which one of the three cars we actually wanted to take home. He was not pushy but present and we were very very happy with his patience with our questions and emotions. I was trading in a car I'd had for 10 years and loved to buy a bigger car to accommodate our new dog. He answered our questions and helped us come to a decision without ever making us feel like we were taking too long or in his way.
Ann Williams, finance manager, was equally friendly, patient and knowledgeable as well. By the way I she was great at the up sell. :)
It will take me awhile to get used to driving a car that rides higher off the ground but I think in time I will grow to love it as well as I did my previous car.

My son and I walk into Sound Ford to buy a new car. We were approached by one of the managers and also a salesperson Mira. This was truly one of the best car buying experiences I have ever walked into. We walked up told them about the vehicle that we wanted and how much we were willing to pay and both of them went right to work for us and my son walked out of there a very happy camper with his new 2017 Ford Focus RS. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. -Service Department is five stars, Josh (Service Manager) and Kyle H., are awesome to work with. I have a 2000 Ford F350 7.3L and Kyle is the ONLY mechanic I will let work on my truck.
-Sales: I would rate as four stars. Yiwen "George" Li was a wonderful salesman, he and David made the transaction as smooth as a sales experience could go. The General Manager was professional and stepped in to help complete the transaction on a Certified Pre-Owned F150.
-Finance: The rating scale does not go low enough to rate Jim in finance. A zero would be providing a complete disservice to the number zero. First he was the most pushy person I have ever met. He does not understand when a customer says, "no thank you", that it should be his cue to MOVE ON. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After telling him no thank you and no several times when he was offering the extended maintenance plan, I was forced to walk out of his office and get the GM. We have secured 1.9% financing vice the 3.9% that he offered as his "best deal". If you are purchasing a vehicle from Bellevue AutoNation, you are highly encouraged to find your own financing. Do not fall prey to his attempted strong arm tactics!!!!!!
"Fine" experience; met expectations - EvergreenTransplant
I had been searching for a used car and they had one that met my criteria. They were inflexible on the price, saying they had already discounted it as far as they could, based on their investment in the vehicle. I continued to negotiate with no success. I expressed my frustration at their lack of flexibility and they made a couple of token concessions unrelated to price. At that point, it was the gesture that mattered. Personnel was pleasant. At some point in the car detailing process - and it could have been the third-party detailer they use - somebody used black sharpie to touch up the black leather. I was not pleased. (Magic Eraser worked to remove it, thankfully.)
