Kenny Koepel helped us capture our dream 4Runner. We had very specific wants in mind and when one showed up on the Toyota Walnut Creek that matched we reached out to the dealership. Kenny responded and from that moment on was helpful and communicative while we waited (anxiously) for the car to ship and arrive at the dealership. He kept us posted during shipment and when it came in immediately made an appointment with us to see/purchase the car. He made sure everyone at the dealership knew we had reserved the car in the few days it was there. While the process of purchasing a car is always a long slog of paperwork and figuring things out we never once felt pressured to buy add-ons (though he clearly explained our options) and definitely was informative throughout. You only ever deal with one person throughout the purchase process and it was probably the best of all the new cars I've bought. From start to finish Kenny was fantastic to work with, Toyota Walnut Creek was perfect, and we couldn't be happier with our new 4Runner. Thanks Kenny!

They leave some money, get in the way. So that it is not visually noticeable. Continuation. I called the service, got in touch with Neil, but he said that he does not want to do anything and cannot. And the guys we all count on will not watch the cameras. In short, the rating is 0, be vigilant with these guys. They will not help you in any way in an emergency. Do not leave even $ 1, they will try to convince you that it was not there.

However, a few days later, he called me and said that they couldn’t be shipped and I need to pick it up by myself. But I already left that city. What an unreasonable salesperson who doesn’t keep their promises! I will continue purse this matter through the complaint process.

I had a great time buy a new corolla cross. Mr. Alonso Cortez in sales was great he was able to find one and even keep on hold for me to show up to just look at it. He went in detail and guided me thru the corolla cross and it's safety features. Went with me with test drive and should me all the extra features and informed me about the remote unlock and lock and start using the app. Then while waiting for the finance. He would check up and let me know how everything was going roughly how much more time it would take. Then when I went to finance Mr. J.K. khilnani and Mr.Alfonso Plascencia were both fantastic. They explained all the option was even surprised that toyota offered 8yr warranty. Great option for the service plans. After going and roughly calculating the miles I would be driving and were able to fit the best plan for me and best one that would make sense to purchase. It was no pressure when selecting. It honestly was a great experience. Thru out the whole time nothing felt pressured it was like dealing with nothing but family and friends the whole time. And even before I left they made sure all my questions were answered. If anyone i know is looking for a toyota and wants better then excellent service I will be highly recommending them to visit them. And if their parts and service dept are anything like the 3 gentleman the I delt with I will be coming back here for my services and when i want to get my next toyota i will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Just had such a great time trading in my car and getting a new one at Toyota RSM. The whole process was super chill and way easier than I expected. Everyone there was really friendly and helpful—they didn’t pressure me at all and made sure I felt good about everything. They gave me a fair deal on my trade-in, and the whole thing was smooth from start to finish. The team answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect car. At Toyota Place you feel certain that you will find curtious, proffessional and very knowlegable staff and a manager who puts your interest and your satisfaction ahead of his and makes them his first priority. The whole experience is comforting, it puts you at ease feeling that you are treated with dignity and honesty. I have dealt with Toyota Place for years , i am 88 years old and I live in Corona and yet i drive the distance because i know that i will get what I want . I tip my hat to you Toyota Place. I highly recommend that you make Toyota Place your first place to visit when you need to buy or lease your next vehicle, you will not regret it my family and friends already are Toyota Place customers. When I first was interested in the truck 2025 TRD Off road Tacoma. It already had a scratch on the driver door and the passenger fender that the sales man was not even aware of. When asked if the scratches can be fixed before sale or after sale. Sales man Derrick said no, but the following day, he gave a call back and said it will be completely fixed. I bought the car and received it 3 days after purchase so the scratches can be fixed. After a week, the truck was scraping the inside of the fender, so I took it in. Free of scratch on 4/30/25. I had to leave it overnight for them to fix it. I received two messages that I did not make an appointment which was odd since the truck was left overnight. I was able to pick it up the following day but did not sign any document of what was done or had anyone show me what was done other than a picture sent by what l believe is a manger in sales. I had to go to the receptionist and find my truck myself as the manger had gone home for the day. When I inspected my truck I had a new scratch on the tailgate that was not there. I reported the scratch to the manager via text message and was told they'd do a courtesy touch up. How ever this touch up was just a sloppy paint slap done in less than 2 minutes. My review is a 1 star due to customer service and overall experience. This dealership/mechanic shop appears to be unorganized and scratch prone (two scratches before sale then one after arrives) to their vehicles. I would recommend you think twice before taking your vehicle to get serviced here.

His knowledge, patience. and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress free. Terrible dealership Robert the salesman lied about the warranty on the car, sales manager Adel insulted me telling me I do not know the car business and he does because he has been doing it for 20 years. When I tried to leave because Adel and Robert wanted to low ball me on my trade it felt like they were holding me and my car hostage because they did not want to give me my car keys so that I could leave. My car has a stain in the back seat that they made worse by trying to clean it, so they basically sold me a used car as a new one. Don't go to this dealership, shop around these guys are the worst

This review is late but not intentionally. I purchased my 2023 Camry XSE on Monday April 3, 2023. James was my salesman who was very nice and helpful, plus, he helped me get my car home since I live so far away. It is unfortunate that I cannot remember the names of the other people I worked with, but I don't think they liked me much since I did not purchase any extras, sorry. Love my car, such a smooth ride plus I feel I have a reliable car for many years to come. Yes, I will recommend Toyota of Redlands.
