I located a used 2017 Jeep Compass car with low mileage on line being sold by Hyannis Honda. I went to the dealer in Hyannis and was greeted by Tony. He showed me the car, told me all about it and let me take a test drive. I bought the car. Tony was very accommodating, very easy to talk to and answered all my questions and gave me good instructions on the next steps to take. I was introduced to the finance man and he was friendly thorough and gave me all my options for warrantees. Very pleased with my interaction with Hyannis Honda so far.

Where do i begin. When I first step foot in the places Rick Senior was chipper as ever. He had a good way about him and the flow of it all. It was the weekend and I wanted my mechanic took at a rav4 2015 before I was going to purchase it. They worked with me to make this happen. And my mechanic was able to get it in on Tuesday. The guys dropped it off and picked up the next day. That was big for me allowing me to bring the car to get a double check. On Thursday I called Victoria and we planned for the next day to pick up my car. My daughter Penelope came with me and they we so family-friendly ❤️. Allowing a 3 year old to sit and wait and hangout while I did all my paperwork. I really appreciated that. Victoria and senior Rick worked very well together. And Rick in the back he was amazing doing all the behind stuff not one else will get. Victoria had all the paperwork ready when we had a set time to pick up. It was a smooth transition and I couldn't be more happier. If your looking for a local company and family-friendly company this is the place to go. They are very helpful and organized. Go to them the next time you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Jourdan also stayed late on our first visit to the dealership to enable us to test drive multiple cars and explore options and then stayed even later the second time we came back to close the deal. She made the process of new car shopping extremely joyful. We ultimately leased a car that Jourdan had to acquire from another location. We could not have asked for a better experience.
