My sales Rep Stephanie Pimental was so helpful and professional answering all my questions and request that I end up making the deal. Feeling confident that I made the correct decision. Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie’s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. Joie is our current service contact with at this dealership and has been extremely helpful. Always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and Service Advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen pay personnel attention to every service detail. As a female buying a car for the first time in quite a few years I was very nervous, but the team at MB Shrewsbury took all of those nerves away. I went in because of a non-working radio and screen. The service rep Bill was very helpful. He wasn’t sure how long the diagnostics would take but offered me a Lyft back to my house and back if I didn’t want to wait. I decided to wait a couple of hours first, at which time the problem was fixed. Turns out it was a rare but easy to address issue with a reset which he showed me how to do. He also fixed another minor tech issue that was out of synch. All in all, very efficient and professional service.

Steve and Rob were way above the competition! Smart, pleasant, polite, respectful, and honest. As a single woman there are many hurdles to cross when buying a used car. My experience here was seamless from start to finish and left me without doubt or fear! Test drive - I took the car out myself. Pressure - none applied. Price - fair and without haggling, I took the car to my mechanic for inspection prior to purchase, he found a very small (easily overlooked) problem and gave me an estimate for repair, Steve and Rob were receptive and fair and we were easily able to reach an agreement about repair prior to purchase or adjustment of sale price. Quality of inventory - very high. Ease of transaction - Excellent! I put a deposit on the car the day I test drove it.
