In my 50+ years best transaction. The mega dealers in my area, 16929 are not very knowledgeable, they have lied, at least 2 dealers, it is frustrating. Jack Giambalvo Hyundai was great. I am 3hrs away and worked with Travis on email and text. When I told them I was 3hrs away they offered me a deal that was $3k less, their honesty and communication sealed the deal. Constantly keeping me informed so my time there would be short and it was as much as possible. The Tucson was ready, only negative was a little dirt on the seat, they took care of it right away. All the paperwork was ready, they were friendly, knowledgeable and did not push all the propaganda, I did not have upper management come visit me to waste my time trying sell protection programs like they do in my area. They offer free lifetime inspections, including other vehicles in my household. I would highly recommend them.

My visit to Porsche this past Tuesday went perfectly. I was met by Brian when I arrived at the service bay. He explained the work to be done and gave me an estimated time for the work. A little before the car was brought out for me, I received a video detailing the condition of my car and the work that had been completed. I had my car, ready to go at the precise time of the estimate. I enjoy the service center at Porsche Hunt Valley. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Brian has taken care of my needs several times . Simon spearheaded the effort to get me the exact model I wanted with the exterior and interior color we wanted. He also found me a rear wheel drive model since I did not want the most commonly available all wheel drive. Simon and all the other staff we dealt with were professional, friendly and fair. Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.
