I don't usually write reviews, but this dealership earned it - especially Josh H. (Sales) and Robert F. (Service). Josh made the sales process smoother than my morning coffee. No gimmicks, no games, and just honest communication, quick responses, and a genuinely effortless experience from start to finish. The guy's got sales skills and a conscience, which feels borderline illegal these days. I walked into the dealership just to check out a Cadillac listing.... and walked out an hour or two later with my Cadillac - which I'm absolutely loving. Robert, on the other hand, is basically customer service royalty. His attention to detail is unreal (in the best possible way). He followed up proactively, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt like a priority, not a problem to fix. Even with his packed schedule, he managed everything with patience, humor, and a level of professionalism that's rare to find. Between the two of them, they turned what's usually a stressful process into something I'd genuinely recommend. Dealerships everywhere could learn a thing or two from these two.

This was my first brand new car purchase! Evan and the finance person were FANTASTIC. Evan worked with me all day via text message!! Once we had picked a car and handled financing, I drove to Franklin to pickup the vehicle!! Evan had the car detailed and filled up with gas. He went with me on a test drive! He was genuinely as excited for me as I was!! He took his time and walked through all the features of the car and the app and what not. He made sure I was completely comfortable before he let me leave!! I will continue to by any vehicles my family needs from him as long as he is there and with Ford of Franklin always! The finance person was amazing as well! He was down to earth and as country as I am! We discussed where i lived and different funny stories about being younger. When it come to the paperwork, he slowed down and went through each page and line with me. He explained all the warranties and cash back that i was receiving. He made sure I was comfortable with everything before we finalized. Over all great experience!!

Great experience! We had all of needs and questions answered for us primarily by Miracle the internet manage. She was great. We also was helped by Jamar with the financing. They supplied a bottom line price "out the door" for we brought our own financing. When we arrived to take delivery we were introduced and assisted by our very knowledgeable salesperson Eric. We were in and out in a very short time and on our way home to Germantown, TN 225 miles away. One of the best experiences we have had buying a new car in years.
