After a less than stellar experience at another dealership, I walked into Tom Gill expecting the same treatment all dealers give, boy was I wrong!! After being greeted at the door last weekend by a friendly face, we were immediately matched with Jessika, who from the very beginning was nothing but helpful. They dont work on commissions here, so there's never any pressure, never locked in a room for hours on end! We were able to talk about what we wanted, test drive multiple vehicles, and then leave to think about it (I know right. What dealership let's you do that easily). I texted Jessika what we wanted and a few days later, she found it, we bought it, and couldn't be happier!!! I would recommend buying a car here to everyone. Even after we paid and left I still had some functionality questions and she answered right away! Ill be making a TikTok video for sure about my positive experience. Thank you Jessika! We will be back when we need to replace our other car for sure!

This was a good vehicle buying experience, and I bought out of state which can be nerve wracking. Easy to get a long :) test drive, and they will work with you so you can have the vehicle for the time you need to have it looked at by a mechanic. Personally I do that with every vehicle and if a dealer says no I don't even bother with them because I assume they are trying to hide something. I didn't get that feeling at this dealership at all. It is tough to negotiate car prices these days, but Gary came down some hundreds to cover the important work found in that inspection which I really appreciated. You never know about dealer fees, I was seeing $650-$850+ paperwork (and other) fees at most dealers. This dealership beat that by a long shot. Nothing any of us can do about the taxes :(, however they honored my request to keep taxes off the purchase. I get 30 days to register the vehicle and pay those taxes in my state, didn't have to be collected by the dealer but sometimes the dealers don't give you a choice. Ryan and Jordan kept me company during the waiting times and were very nice people. Everybody has been around to field my questions and concerns and offer advice, and have even checked in with me on their own without any prompting from me. For the record I had no problems with the vehicle driving back to my state and that was a long drive. I've taken the vehicle to my local mechanic and everything is in good shape. Thank you for everything, I love this 2023 Dodge Charger GT. If only they would keep making them!

Reggie worked things out with repair of one, acquiring two new ones, rotating tires, and putting on the spare—so I could use the car that night and come back the next day for the new tires.
