I explained everything that needed to be and asked to look for anything else that might need to be taken care of in the next few months. They scheduled me on a Saturday for the inspection and gave me a no pressure list of what needed to be fixed and what they suggested to be added. It was a two day process and I was given a loaner. Very simple. Very professional. Everything I expect from a business.

The Dealership is fine. But we’re extremely disappointed with our 2018 Ford Explorer. The transmission failed just after our 100,000 mile warranty expired. The transmission repair was $3700, very expensive. The transmission should not be failing on a vehicle at 105,000 miles!!! We will not buy another ford! We are trading the vehicle off soon!!
