We were difficult customers, intentionally. Past negative history with dealerships gives us anxiety just thinking about going to another one. But this time it wasn’t a bad experience.
I made contact with Ronnie in June 2025 with a list of things we needed to have in.a newer vehicle. He did his best over 2.5 months to meet that list. We finally found a truck within our budget for the next 3 years and it had all the things on our list.
Ronnie stayed in constant contact but was not intrusive or annoying about it. Even when we had a family issue and we couldn’t think about new trucks he stayed in contact sending best wishes for our family. Ronnie is likable, always professionally dressed and is the sole reason for going back to Campbell Ford. There were other instances with other named employees that almost kept us from coming back. It was Ronnie that brought us back for the final purchase. We will come back when ready to trade in for another truck - IF Ronnie is still there.
Thank you Ronnie and Campbell Ford for creating a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We are truly appreciative.
