I have never walked into a Subaru dealership or looked at a Subaru car in my 45 years of buying cars. Andrew was and is amazing and made the day a wonderful experience. As always my experience at Subaru of Jacksonville was outstanding!! I had a wonderful pre-owned Crosstrek that I traded in for a 2024 Crosstrek Premium. I had limited funds to work with and Andy Sayers m outstanding!! I had a wonderful pre-owned Crosstrek that I traded in for a 2024 Crosstrek Premium. I had limited funds to work with and Andy Sayers made a miracle happen! He went the extra miles for me to upgrade my ride and stay within my budget. He took the time to explain the new "bells and whistles", helped me sync my phone to the car, schedule some training with the tech guy and have enjoyable conversation while waiting for my new car to be detailed. The folks at Subaru of Jax are like family from the sales team to the service folks I have always had a good experience here. This is my second Subaru from SOJAX and I suggest if you are looking for a Subaru, new or pre-owned go to Subaru of Jacksonville and you won't be dissapointed. And if you go on the last weekend of the month you may get a free lunch! This place is awesome!! Ask for Andy I am sure he will help you get the right vehicle at a great price!! More

Sabino Martinez was an excellent salesman! From the entry into the dealership , we felt like we were in good knowledgable hands.
