Horrible experience. I purchased a used 2020 Sienna that had profanity keyed into the trunk. I discovered the damage two days later, after my first drive in the vehicle. I purchased a used 2020 Sienna that had profanity keyed into the trunk. I discovered the damage two days later, after my first drive in the vehicle. When I informed the salesman, I was told they would not do anything to fix it and that it must have happened after I took ownership. The manager, Daryll, was extremely rude on the phone and only agreed to try to buff out the scratches, saying he wouldn’t do anything more. They later sent me a blurry picture of the rear of the vehicle claiming it wasn’t damaged when sold — which doesn’t clearly show the area in question. After posting a review about my experience on their website, the salesman called me to complain that my review cost him a bonus — which I found very unprofessional. It has now been three weeks since they promised to order a part so I can bring the car back for replacement and a possible attempt to buff out the scratches. They preach about customer service, but that clearly ends once they have your money More
