Without visiting the dealership we negotiated a deal and had the car in our driveway (they drove over an hour and delivered it), within a day. Delivery drivers were very friendly and professional. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet unless you are there in person and can thoroughly inspect the vehicle yourself before signing anything. The vehicle I purchased was described as being in excellent condition—essentially “mint.” Based on those representations I completed the purchase and drove nearly two hours to meet the salesperson and take delivery. Unfortunately, once I arrived and inspected the vehicle more closely, I discovered several issues that were never disclosed beforehand, even after I specifically asked both the salesperson and the used car manager/director about the condition several times. The vehicle was missing part of the lower front spoiler, had a broken license plate bracket, and the passenger window is misaligned. These are obvious defects that should have been disclosed upfront. What made the experience even worse was the dealership’s complete refusal to do anything to help resolve the situation. I was even willing to split the cost of replacing the missing front bumper/spoiler part, but they still refused to work with me in any way. I was told by my salesperson that I would be refunded the cost of the license plate bracket and sent over the requested paid invoice but over 3 weeks later I have yet to receive a refund for it's cost of $81.94. To make matters more concerning, they also charged me a Georgia ELT fee even though the vehicle was being tagged out of the state of Georgia . That $197.99 fee was not forwarded to my home state as a tag fee, which raises even more questions about their practices. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. If you choose to buy from this dealership, do not rely on their descriptions or verbal assurances—their word was meaningless in my experience.

We had to painfully look at selling our 23 Camaro LT1 Convertible we had just leased 4 weeks ago due to learning very recently that I have upcoming major ankle surgery which will result in me not being able to drive a manual transmission. We shopped around and Nalley Chevrolet came to our rescue and got us out of our lease with an equity check as a HUGE BONUS!!! We worked with Nelson Pugh in sales as he was our advocate to get this deal closed and with the help of Sales Mgr Derak Rawlings and General Mgr Erik Sims they got it done and confirmed as we live in North Florida. I drove up and the process was very smooth and efficient as Nelson was on point and drove me to the airport after paperwork was completed so I could fly home with mixed emotions after having to sell our Camaro daughter Kylee. I will now order my 24 Camaro when orders open and an automatic transmission of course and Nelson will get that opportunity as well as any future needs we or family/friends have moving forward so give Nelson and the Nalley Chevrolet team an opportunity to earn your business they will go the extra mile as they did for us...
