Love my 2008 Lexus RX 400h! Have exclusively had it served at Lexus dealers as I have lived in TX, CA and now NC. Keeping it well maintained per service schedule has made all the difference. Eddie Hart is a great service advisor. Honest, thorough, sound advice. I love getting the video clip first from the mechanic, which certainly adds further integrity & credibility to the entire experience at Hendrix.

After posting my original review I was contacted by Chris, the service manager at Flow Lexus. He explained to me what the extra charge was. Then he also offered me a free detail bc my original detail wasn't finished correctly. I really appreciate that. I'm glad he explained the extra charge to me. I will be going back for sure! The car detail was great other than the tires not being done.
