Drove 2 hours after triple checked website AND called dealer to make sure it would be there. No problem it's right here. Decided we would check 20 mins away from dealer. Yep you guessed it gone or better yet never there, but hey a more expensive same car with more mileage was offered on phone. 113 miles in gas super cheap nowadays) plus maintenance and my days lost pay so i could drive my roomate to get said newer car. The car we have which we drove nearly 4 hrs sputtered clanking you get it. The reason we are getting a newer car. I will never even entertain the thought of going there and spending my time or money.

Service department no good Chris and Dale need a new job if I was their boss and seen all the bad reviews on them two I would fire them and rehire them and fire them again they have no respect for people they lie and don't respond back to people unless you call kia of America then they want to help you also if you write a bad review about them they want to call and see what they can do for you to take it down because Kia of America starts asking questions about the reviews stay away from them two guys

Fred worked hard and fast giving me a few written price quotes within a day while other dealers danced around it, not wanting to fully disclose things in writing.
