Everyone here was fantastic from start to finish. All were very professional and relatable. Bill was my salesman and truly took care of me. I ordered a Telluride, since they were so hard to come by with the specifications that I wanted. But Bill said he’d be on the lookout if they received anything close to at I requested. He found out a similar car was coming in and even called me on his day off. He then held it for me, even though there was very high demand for this car. He went way above and beyond. The purchasing piece was simple as well. All the paperwork was ready to go when I walked in and things moved quickly. I appreciate everything that was done here, and everyone I interacted with (including the other car salesman that got me coffee and remembered me from the day before) and look forward to returning for their free car washes and when I need service.

After getting ripped off by Nissan of Orangeburg to the tune of $1944.22 for a GAP Warranty dealing with Superior Kia was honest and straight forward. I am told a certain dealership has bilateral sales of the company to find loopholes. All I know is my grandkids are out 1944.22 because I financed the car for them after the death of a parents. This is the new norm I suppose...stiffing common people via bankruptcy. 20.1 million in business a year?

I have given this dealer an un savory review because they are not there for the customer. They said that they were giving me top dollar for my trade which was over $5,000 less than 3 other dealers and they told me that I had to put $2,500 down to get out of my car. I traded with another kia dealer the next day on a more expensive car and put nothing down and my payment were less than what I was paying on my old car. The only thing Quality Kia is selling is snake oil,,,, buyer beware
