I recently brought my vehicle in for service at Honda Serramonte, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding customer care provided by Jerald Tugalde and his team. Jerald was courteous, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly every step of the way. One of the parts—the seatbelt buckle—had a long delay, but Jerald kept me updated and apologized several times for the wait. I understand that this part can often take time to replace, and I truly appreciated his honesty and empathy throughout the process. Now, I feel completely safe in my 2005 Honda Pilot knowing it was properly diagnosed and serviced. Process was super easy at the Mountain View service department. Was able to make an appointment online, showed up to my appointment a little early and was helped right away. They were clear on any additional charges for specific services that were not covered and when I refused the additional services the technician was not pushy at all, said no problem and moved on. I waited at the lounge area which was clean and spacious. Complimentary coffee, tea, water was available. My car was ready in a little over 2 hours. Only negative was that they usually wash the outside of the car but that didn’t happen at this service.

Came here because I have autonation oil changes from a recent car purchase. The people who helped me schedule and answered my questions were amazing. Coming to the facility was a bit confusing because there was no designated check in location like they have at the Toyota dealership. Once I was noticed the service employee was very quick and helpful. Loved that I got some video of my car showing me all the inspection points. When I got the text saying my car was ready for pick up I was a little confused on where to go and when I got there no one was in the office. Had to ask for help finding someone. Once that was sorted, I got my car quick and a receipt of the service rendered. Over all it was a positive experience and even with the wait, it was faster than the Toyota dealership.

Everyone at Stevens Creek was professional and helpful, they communicated with me at every step and they ensured that the other dealership covered the costs of the repairs. I cannot thank them enough for all they did to make a difficult situation better. They are very covid conscious as they immediately p[aced a plastic wrap around my steering wheel. The employee was wearing a mask and there is an abundance of hand sanitizer stations throughout the dealership. The service advisor Harry Singh gave me a written quote and gave me an estimated time my car would be ready.throughout the day he followed up with me on the status of my car and phoned me when it was ready for pickup. when I arrived to pick up my car, the cashier was friendly and helpful and my total charges were under the original estimate. They even washed my car.This was a great experience. Carlsen Subaru is a very honest professional dealership. I own 2 subarus(both purchased at Carlsen Subaru) I will definately purchase my next car from Carlsen Subaru. Also this is the only dealership that I will take my cars to for service
