Service was actually done by VW of Naples. Service center took a week to schedule service for an issue that should have been fixed prior to the vehicle being put on the lot for purchase. Service department keeps extending the date of when my vehicle will be fixed. They also are not proactive in providing updates. I continuously keep having to reach out to the Service Center to find out the status of my vehicle. More
