So I took the vehicle in local mechanic shop usually I get oil change from and they told me to contact BMW dealership near by for warranty work. But, I was afraid that I end up paying more for whatever repairs it might needs beside warranty work. But I found BMW Catonsville which have the best reviews in area. No wonder why they have the best reviews in area. Service advisor Jamie and Client advisor Jae customer service was above and beyond. They were honest and very friendly. Very Bad overall experience. I had a very bad experience overall on this From financing to being given a car with a dent in it that was not there before. I even gave the car back to be properly fixed but it was done very poorly. This is my second BMW purchase and I have to say it was so bad. I would not recommend buying from there at all. More

The general manager will sit and lie on my face that he submitted a credit app to BMW financial services when he never did.They refused altogether switch this car with another one because of selfish reasons.I am calling on GOD ALMIGHTY the one that I serve to judge them for all these exploitation on earth.
