BMW does not get their recognition just by the name. It’s by all the employees from the sales department the accounting department and the service department are the ones that make up BMW.. an example o It’s by all the employees from the sales department the accounting department and the service department are the ones that make up BMW.. an example of this is Brittany in the service department. I showed another mechanic the video and he said my timing chain is not loose at all. They also offered me a quote but no breakdown of labor and parts. I had to ask them.
