Not important Dealership seemed like they were too busy to deal with me and my purchase; not willing to negotiate to get to the price/payment I wanted. The salesman knew I needed a car because I had recently sold mine, so he knew I had to purchase something, and, because of credit issues, knew I was going to buy there. He did eventually return calls and did return emails. He tried to keep me up-to-date, but just seemed like they were too busy, even in a pandemic, to deal with me and my small purchase, I'm sure, compared to new cars they had to sell. More

I’ve had repeated issues with my car, with the service light being on. After repeated visits and 8 total days in the shop? The issue was never resolved.
