I'm an out of state purchaser and originally reached out on a Sunday evening via BMW Westlake's website to learn more about a used Audi Q5. First thing Monday morning, sales rep Tom Zito reached out to discuss. As this was during covid (not to mention I live 300+ miles away) most of our back and forth was conducted on email. Tom was very responsive, explained the process in detail and even reached out over the phone whenever I needed further explanation. By Thursday afternoon (keep in mind I was in no rush so this was my timeline), the entire process had been completed - including current vehicle appraisal AND securing financing. I drove up Saturday and was in and out in less than 1 hour!! Including a test drive! I would recommend Tom and this dealership to anyone in the market. Can't say enough good things. I will be back. Should have come here first I had looked at a 2020 X3 M40i at another Ohio dealership and was prepared to buy but the follow through was poor. I did an internet search for the c I had looked at a 2020 X3 M40i at another Ohio dealership and was prepared to buy but the follow through was poor. I did an internet search for the configuration I was looking for and Nez from Westlake called me quickly. After a couple calls over a half hour period we had established what I was looking for and in this crazy COVD19 world we were able to find our comfortable way of working a purchase. We agreed with all on the phone and I drove up to examine the car and drive it and I have to say it was everything and more than I was hoping for. Nez was great and efficient we went and finalized details and he set his service guys to work prepping my new car. We settled on a delivery date and we went home. On pick up date Westlake BMW was very efficient with my paperwork and sent me back to Nez to show me my car. I then went to Justin one of the “geniuses “ and learned about my car. I got home and needed to call back to synchronize my garage door with my M40 and Westlake was way better than the BMW tutorials or at least were better with helping me understand. I can’t speak highly enough or recommend BMW of Westlake enough As far as selection, customer service, working with me, and recognition of what was important to me. This is my 2nd BMW and I will certainly be going to Westlake for my continued and future needs. I hope Nez is with the company for the future as he is the best sales advisor I have ever dealt with and strongly recommend giving him a call when you are ready to consider a BMW. More
