I just leased my 5th BMW, but as a relatively recent west sider, this was my first lease experience with BMW of Westlake. It far surpassed my prior encounters with other BMW dealerships. My wife and I had both previously purchased CPO vehicles with Mr. Mancini and had such a wonderful experience that he was my only choice for my recent 2020 M340 purchase. Jerry is everything we look for in a car salesman - professional, knowledgeable, no-pressure, honest and attentive. And he’s just a wonderful person as well. My wife and I also take our vehicles to BMW of Westlake for service, and we always make a point to work with Brittaney Quick. Brittaney really understands the meaning of “customer service” and always goes the extra mile.
