When Zak and Cassie found the poor condition of my brakes they I was originally going for an oil change and to see why the brake system alert was on. When Zak and Cassie found the poor condition of my brakes they took me to see so that I could make an informed decision. Then, since the wait time was going to be much longer than expected, they arranged for me to get a ride home and then delivered my car when the repairs were completed. As I said, excellent service. Brake Pulsating Fixed Was getting break pulsating and noise after 68k miles. Inspection revealed the front rotors and brake pads were at the end of life and were replaced. Was getting break pulsating and noise after 68k miles. Inspection revealed the front rotors and brake pads were at the end of life and were replaced. A PM was coming due for replacement of the brake fluid and was taken care of thus saving another trip in the near future. The rear brakes were inspected and required no additional work. The brakes are working quietly and as they should now and confidence restored. More
