My salesman Ken was a gem, great to work with and easy to talk to however the rest of my buying experience was not so great. Noticed during my test drive the state of the car was pretty filthy, trash still i talk to however the rest of my buying experience was not so great. Noticed during my test drive the state of the car was pretty filthy, trash still inside from the previous owner, lotion and lipstick marks on a bunch of surfaces but in the grand scheme of things not a show stopper, I was set on buying the car so not the biggest deterrent and easy to sort out. I had texted ahead of time that I intended on buying that car the next day and had texted Ken ahead of time to have the car arranged to be cleaned up and given a full tank of gas. I was not satisfied with how clean the car was, and I was promised a decent detail. After picking the car up, it was evident the car was only given a quick vacuum and a light dusting, not impressed with that. Second thing that is STILL currently an issue, I traded in my vehicle and requested they do a title transfer and it was understood I was to come and pick up the registration and documentation from the dealership just to make things easier since I’m just down the highway from the dealership currently it’s March 21st as I type this review, I bought the car on February 27th and I have still yet to receive my registration paperwork, I checked in to ask about the status of it and was given conflicting information, apparently at first it was because the DMV had no power and then the next day it became “we mailed it out on the 12th of March you should have it by now” which I still don’t so not really sure what’s up with that. I’ve owned several BMW’s in the past but I’ve never bought one directly from a BMW dealership, I expected a certain caliber of customer service but I have to say this experience did not live up to that expectation. More

Few people understand what it feels like to walk into a car dealership as a woman. Too many times, the misogynistic condescension is palpable. Finding people who are worthy of trust, people who deal fairly with you without all of the slime, is absolutely invaluable. That is what I found at BMW of Westlake with Kelly Cavanagh. She is wonderful--smart, up front, and personable. When I showed interest in updating my vehicle, she offered me some options; when those weren't quite right, she found out what I really wanted and made sure to acquire the exact fit for me, and I could be more thrilled! There were absolutely no surprises or last-minute changes—just honesty and transparency, which I truly appreciated. At one point, another salesman attempted to sell the 4Runner, but Jerry stepped in and saved the deal. That level of dedication alone speaks volumes about his professionalism and commitment to his customers. When I flew in to complete the purchase, Jerry personally picked me up from the airport. When we arrived at the dealership, the 4Runner was fully detailed and ready to go. We took it for a test drive, and everything was exactly as promised. As a single female making a major purchase out of state, I felt completely respected and taken care of throughout the entire process. Every thing was great. Only one extremely tiny quibble. When ever I started car the drive was telling me the tires weren't detected. That probably should be taken care of before sending me on my way with the car. More
