I had catastrophic engine failure due to a design defect but also in part due to the failure of service at BMW of Westlake. My car was then towed there and it took them about 10 seconds to say my beautiful but also in part due to the failure of service at BMW of Westlake. My car was then towed there and it took them about 10 seconds to say my beautiful 10 year old car, with 80,000 miles on it, was not worth fixing. More

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nez Faraj concerning a possible purchase of a 2025 540i xdrive. While we did not ultimately purchase from Westlake I would recommend ANYONE interested in a BMW to meet and work with Nez. Because my father worked in a dealership (500 miles away) i grew up in that atmosphere. I can say without reservation that Nez is the best salesperson with whom i have ever dealt. More
