While there are some nice people (Andrew) and nice looking cars mixed into this situation, our expiernece with VW has been a messy nightmare. We switched to VW after 4 infiniti's. We leased a brand new Atlas Sport, have had issues since we left the lot. Auto start hasn't worked, navigation/camera lags (dangerous problem), and a bunch of other small issues. When the problems increased, we got a chance to see VW's true colors. Dangerous issue taken lightly - no one lives up to promises, no one cares that we are essentially being extorted - forced to pay for 1) a car we do not have and 2) forced to pay for a rental since VW did not have any loaners. Multiple manager calls promised, never came. Being strung along and taken advantage off. Bayside Volkswagen and Volkswagen overall do not stand behind their products and commitments. We were sold a broken car and are literally paying more to be in a cheap rental, lose/lose. In my expiernece, Volkswagen is okay with ripping clients off and bullying them around through a miserable process. We leased the atlas to fit our family and car seats - we have been forced into a car half the size which we have to pay EXTRA FOR. HORRIBLE EXPIERNECE - BEING ROBBED, PLAYED AND BULLIED BY VW More

Everyone at Bayside VW is fantastic. During this current supply crisis of vehicles they did NOT increase the vehicle's price by 7K or even 9K as some of the neighboring dealers. They do NOT insult your inte supply crisis of vehicles they did NOT increase the vehicle's price by 7K or even 9K as some of the neighboring dealers. They do NOT insult your intelligence, they are true to their word, which speaks volumes these days. Mike Gao and Angelo Alexiadis are great. HIGHLY recommend this dealership which I have been doing business since 1998. Got ripped off here. I had an original deal to lease a Tiguan SE R Line Black but decided to change my order. I met with the general manager as my sales person was not in that day. He said that due to the Tiguan SE R Line Black but decided to change my order. I met with the general manager as my sales person was not in that day. He said that due to the fact that cars are not readily available and that we don’t want to “screw” me he only added 10% to the price of the vehicle. REALLY?!?! That made a $38,000 vehicle $41,000. I went to another dealer that not only didn’t add anything “extra” to the price of my vehicle, they gave me an additional $1,550 above what this dealer quoted me. So all in all that would have been an extra $100 per month on my payment. Needless to say I will never be buying a car here. Shop before you put a deposit. More

We got the Volkswagen atlas SE. We were told it had everything except for a heated steering wheel, which we didn’t care about. After 2 days of driving we realized there were no memory seat for the driv everything except for a heated steering wheel, which we didn’t care about. After 2 days of driving we realized there were no memory seat for the driver. On day 2 with less than 70 miles on the car we asked to upgrade to the next model with that feature. They said we were out of luck and there was nothing we could do. We of course would pay the difference in the price of the cars and maybe even a small fee for their time. They said if we wanted to trade it in it would cost upwards of $10,000. So our next ask was to speak with a manager. After the “manager” said their was nothing they could do, we looked him up and he was just another sales rep, not a manager. So they lied to us, and put on a fake manager. After contacting another dealership they said the paperwork wasn’t even processed yet. So in reality they just didn’t feel like re doing the paperwork. Horrible customer service and I will never be going there again. More

I have leased 3 cars from Silvano and each time it has been a great experience. I never felt rushed and he always made the entire process very understandable. This is why I went back to him and Bayside VW multiple times, I never feel pressured to buy anything and they always give me multiple options to choose from for the type of situation that I am in. I highly recommend them for purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. More
