Worst dealership ever, I have been trying to get a key fob that we paid for in May. It is now Nov. and we were told it was in. Scheduled an appointment to get it programmed. I was told it was a 1/2 hour a fob that we paid for in May. It is now Nov. and we were told it was in. Scheduled an appointment to get it programmed. I was told it was a 1/2 hour appointment, 1 hour and 15 minutes later I walk out back to see that my truck is still not even in the shop. Of course the Service Dept. sees this and miraculously I get a call that the key fob is missing a trim ring. So after waiting over 6 months for a key fob and an hour and 15 for a half hour appt. I promptly got a refund almost 2 hours after arriving. We purchased this truck brand new from Bonneville and Sons and they have been nothing but a headache from day one. I will never buy from them again! More

Had Bonneville put new tires on my Dodge Caravan. Got the van back and tires jumped like crazy. Took over 2 weeks for them to give me an appointment to get back in . Service advisor Said tread Got the van back and tires jumped like crazy. Took over 2 weeks for them to give me an appointment to get back in . Service advisor Said tread is too aggressive on this tire for the van and can’t balance she said on the phone. On the write up she says it is within factory spec. Michelin tires. Tires still jump like crazy and they charged me $130.00 to look at it! I just want the perfect ride I had when I brought the vehicle in . I’m highly disappointed. Very bad dealership! More

My car was totaled, and dealing with my own insurance was a NIGHTMARE. And I called to look at a vehicle and my customer, Gary Crane jumped in to help me with the car buying process. He listened to my issues, he IMMEDIATELY started working on getting my new car ready and got everything together. I laughed when I looked in the envelope to drive away and saw the keychains I make for him, attached to the keys. Nice touch!! Top notch service!!! More
