Car was in several times now. First, we took advantage of the tire sale. Came with an alignment. Now the car is wiggling down the road and pulling to the left. Tires are unbalance First, we took advantage of the tire sale. Came with an alignment. Now the car is wiggling down the road and pulling to the left. Tires are unbalanced and bouncing down the road at highway speeds. After several re-alignments they think that the suspension components are bad on a car with only 53k miles. The car was perfectly fine before they touched it. I have been a customer for 21 years at this dealership. Unfortunately I will not be doing business there anymore as it is almost panic inducing trying to deal with the consequences of their actions. I've had a few issues in the past but thought they will do better this time. I already went 12 miles out of my way to avoid another bad Chrysler dealership. I can't be traveling further and further just to get at least average service. More
