Had a 60 thousand miles checkup on my Kia there recently. Concierge service was awesome. The people I worked with were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Fantastic Servie Bob Tomlin is amazing! He has definitely made me a customer for life. He handled my service and repair like a true professional. He discussed with me Bob Tomlin is amazing! He discussed with me everything that needed to be done to my vehicle without condescending to "the little woman" which is pet peeve of mine. When the problem persisted after a few trips back to the service department he ensured that the repair was covered by the service department for the inconvenience. I work in sales and I truly appreciate that level of dedication to customer service. By the way, I love Bob and Kelly, the courtesy shuttle drivers. They are always one of the highlights of my visits to the service department. More
