In my most recent experience, we worked with Anthony who ended up adding multiple line items to my bill that I never requested or confirmed to have done on my car. Additionally, the estimated time to complete the service was over an hour longer than what I was told to expect. Luckily, the manager made it right, but I wouldn’t recommend using Anthony in the future. More

Horrible service. Tires did not get rotated as I marked them when I left home. Loose air stems on tires when they did take the car back there to get tires rotated. Lef Tires did not get rotated as I marked them when I left home. Loose air stems on tires when they did take the car back there to get tires rotated. Left big spots if oil on my floor mats, steering wheel and the door entrance getting into the car. Car was scratched above and near tires. Service manager was dismissive regarding my complaint and should be fired. Service has declined terribly since I been going there for the past 10years getting all repairs and maintenance done on my car (it was bought new). I was very disappointed with my visit. More
