However, the cleaning was nowhere near acceptable. I get that not all new cars get to stay in the showroom but they definitely failed to clean it before the customer picked it up. The window was washed but not clean. The edge underneath the hatch was very dirty. I would give a 1 star to the cleaning but I guess other than that everything else was good General Manager Mike Miller followed up with me once about my experience, I told him the which part of the car was not cleaned properly so he scheduled a free car wash for me. But the second time it was still not cleaned propertly and I attached some photos. He ghosted me, LOL More
