I recently had the opportunity to work with Alicia, who is a nice addition to the service team at Courtesy. She was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment on short notice between a medical appoint is a nice addition to the service team at Courtesy. She was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment on short notice between a medical appointment and a client meeting, and making sure that I was able to get to my meeting on time. While performing the oil change and routine service, my battery failed the test, so she offered the option of replacing the battery, and made the decision easy by checking the service record to see how old the battery was. In less than an hour and a half, I was on my way with a happy and spotless car. I've always enjoyed working with the service team, including Vanessa, Michael, Kenny, Alicia, and last but certainly not least, Lou. More
