Dealer completed recall work as promised on third visit. First visit dealer had a machine failure and notified me well after drop off. Second visit resulted in a delay due to staff shortage. To credit of service manager, they offered to have work done by 9pm that evening. Unfortunately this did not work out for me and I rescheduled the appointment for another day More

We just bought our fourth in 15 years from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. We didn't want to be buying in early 2022 with vehicle demand high and supply constrained, but suddenly our remaining non-Toyota had a Falls Toyota. We didn't want to be buying in early 2022 with vehicle demand high and supply constrained, but suddenly our remaining non-Toyota had a catastrophic failure and we were needing a reliable car ASAP. I texted the salesperson who handled our previous purchase and he got back to us promptly with our options. We made our choice, and six weeks later, we drove away in a new car that fully met our requirements, at a fair price, with minimum hassle. More
