He kept me completely informed during my purchase process. bad situation made better I received my new car on 71/20. On 8/5/20 it wouldn't start. My salesperson came to my house and jumped it and it was subsequently determined that I received my new car on 71/20. On 8/5/20 it wouldn't start. Excellent Sales Consultant I walked into DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota a few weeks ago, after researching features I wanted in a new car. I did not have a specific car in mind, r I walked into DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota a few weeks ago, after researching features I wanted in a new car. I did not have a specific car in mind, rather a list in my mind of all the features I felt were important, and wanted to see what cars best fit my criteria. I had also looked at other cars at other dealerships. I was greeted right away by Wadie Suleiman, and he invited me to sit down at his desk- plexiglass screen and all !! What impressed me about Wadie was that he listened to me, and explained the Toyota RAV-4 met all of my requirements ( which were primarily safety features). I test drove two vehicles, one a certified pre-owned, another newer model. Wadie did not try to push anything on me I did not want. Rather he listened to what I felt was important and showed me cars that fit my needs. Wadie was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgable, and professional. He spent a lot of time teaching me all the new features the RAV-4 has, which is very different from the older minivan I had been driving. He said I could always call him with any questions I might have in the future- which I’m sure I will! During these challenging pandemic times buying a much needed new vehicle was a very uplifting experience- and Wadie was a key player in this uplifting experience. I feel confident with my new RAV-4 especially as we approach the fall and winter months and the various weather conditions we will encounter. More
