Went in looking at a pre owned pickup. Spent all day doing the paperwork and it wasn’t til last second they told us the title wasn’t in yet so we couldn’t take the vehicle home. One of the managers told us it won’t be longer than a week til the title gets in. It wasn’t til 2 weeks after they received the title meanwhile I sold my vehicle and was borrowing one for work. They also kept pushing for Toyota financial for our loan. We received a loan from our bank with a low interest. The financial manager Kevin kept insisting to go with Toyota financial. After we had the official bank check in our hands, Kevin kept calling our bank asking how did we receive our loan and getting very personal with the bank. The bank called me asking me why is he asking these very personal questions. Very pushy and unprofessional. Our entire experience was nothing but a headache. More

DCH Toyota was a great place to buy a car from. At no point did I feel pressure to buy a car. I was unsure of which car I wanted and Michael Newsham was very accommodating in helping me find the car tha point did I feel pressure to buy a car.
