inspection sticker I was disappointed that I made an appointment for March 1st for an inspection and oil change . I picked up my car and noticed the sticker was punched I was disappointed that I made an appointment for March 1st for an inspection and oil change . I picked up my car and noticed the sticker was punched For February. I did drop my car off the night before purely for convenience since my appointment was at 8 am. March 1st. When I called the same day as the car pick up I was told I had to make arrangements to bring the car back and be reinspected. Really? It passed but the month of the sticker was wrong . An aside which was not a big deal actually funny the speedometer was switched to km from miles per hour. Not a big deal I drove around the block and they changed it showing me it was only a button. Not Trustworthy My entire experience with Toyota was great until it came time to write the check. I was told the cost of the vehicle I purchased was one figure and t My entire experience with Toyota was great until it came time to write the check. I was told the cost of the vehicle I purchased was one figure and then when it was time to sit with the finace manager the price of the car was $50 more. I get it, it's only 50 bucks but it was the principal. The salesman never apologized for the inaccuracy he gave me in the final figure and the finance manager was not at all caring towards the situation. My guess is, from their reactions, that this is the way they do business on the daily basis. DCH Toyota completely lacking transparency and completely unremorseful for their poor business practices. My lights are very low, but your claimed they are ok I bought this car 3 weeks ago. I told the Juan Padilla about the problem with the lights. He said to bring them to service. I am having trouble driving at night because they are very dim. My old 2003 Highlander has better lights than this car. I am very upset that a car that I am going to be paying for the next 5 years have so poor lights. Your dealership should take ownership of this problem and change them. More
