Judy was kind and although my problems were not realistic she worked with me until everything was resolved. She was great and appreciate the patience. I do think the time for appointments should try to finis she worked with me until everything was resolved. She was great and appreciate the patience. I do think the time for appointments should try to finish within an hour or so I was there 2 1/2 hrs.... aka please sch what the techs can handle in that time or hire more of them to handle the volume. ( it's not easy to get appointments for real problems). The wait for basic service should be under an hour. I did have a recall fix but I doubt thats an extra 2 hours. ???????Overall though , I'd prefer to take my car to dealership for best service on my type of vehicle and thank the team More

We bought a used 2020 Genesis when we realized the Toyota Crown we were looking at was out of our price range. As an impulse purchase we did pay a premium price for a nice automobile. We also bought a lifetime oil change package which hasn't been near as convenient as I thought it would be. Having to wait 4 to 6 weeks for an oil change makes absolutely no sense. However Matt did sign me up for our next change so I will come in and not worry about how many miles between changes. Overall it has been a nice car to drive. More
