Actual work i had done was ok. One part they ordered wrong, said they’d ship it to me. It took almost FOUR MONTHS to get, and in that whole time I was never able to get a single pe One part they ordered wrong, said they’d ship it to me. It took almost FOUR MONTHS to get, and in that whole time I was never able to get a single person on an actual phone call to find out what the xxxx was going on until the general manager called to apologize (at one point i called my salesman and asked him to see xxx was going on, he said they said there was a miscommunication and they will ship it. They did… two months and several nasty messages later) The manager didn’t even offer anything besides, “I’ll talk to my employees”. I only gave three stars instead of two because when I went in for service they were helpful and organized and they did a decent job installing my safe, although they did somehow manage to scratch the leather on the back of my steering wheel, which annoys me every day because i can feel the scratch and it’s right where my fingers usually sit. However, I assume they didn't even notice they did that, and I didn’t complain at the time because what would the do? Replace my wheel, I doubt it. Not likely to come back for service. My salesman was great though. More

I however have to give a poor rating and don't plan on returning for a few reasons. 1) The inspection used to be free because I bought the car there, now I'm charged for $20 for the labor. 2) The service history of my car is not clear to the staff writing the tickets, I was recommended one service (hybrid coolant) which was performed 20K miles ago and was not necessary. I also accidentally accepted one service (brake flush) which was performed last year and was not necessary, a waste of $162. I no longer live near you guys so bringing the car is an inconvenience. It was one I used to put up with because you had the full service history for the vehicle, if recommendations are being made to me without regard to what was done before I'm not going to go to the trouble of brining it to you. More
