It's the worst. I was there last Friday and waited an hour and 20 minutes for an oil change. My appointment was at 3 PM, and I left the dealership at 4:25. When I was at the light, I saw that they hadn't changed the oil yet, so I called, and this lady answered. When I complained, she told me I had left earlier, otherwise I should have apologized. Now tell me, wasn't that too long? That place is disgusting. More

Previously, I had great experiences at this service department with this service representative. My recent experience was awful. I had an appointment for an inspection and oil change. We spent over 5 hours in the shop waiting. We were told "twenty more minutes" several times by Judy. We paid for our service, only to be told an hour later it could not be done because it was broken and had to return next week. My car broke down on the way home and had to be towed, due to things that supposedly passed on inspection. I am never returning. More
