I bought a car from DCH in Nanuet and got the high pressure sale for an extended warranty. They assured me I could use the local DCH in wappingers for repairs. I brought my car to them for an oil leak pressure sale for an extended warranty. They assured me I could use the local DCH in wappingers for repairs. I brought my car to them for an oil leak that should be covered in the "Zero Deductible" Engine and Drivetrain 100k mile warranty.Like all used car dealers they tried to tack on $2000 for a brake job that I did myself 10k miles ago.So, they lie about what you need. They had the car for three weeks, and still charged me over $700 for a repair that should have been covered. But the worst part is, just through coincidence, I had the mileage written down when it got delivered by tow truck. Turns out someone needed a four wheel drive during the snow storm and my car (jeep) came back with 80 more miles on the odometer. So car was finished on friday, but couldn't pick up until monday, AFTER the snow storm. Really bad business and warning anyone to be wary of these people.If you need an extended warranty, shop around and buy your own coverage. These people are sneaky.. More
