DCH Toyota is consistently excellent in its car care AND its customer service. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years because of this. Once repairs or maintenance service is complete, the cars run good its customer service. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years because of this. Once repairs or maintenance service is complete, the cars run good as new until the next time maintenance is required. The staff who work there, especially in the service department, are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and HONEST. The car mechanics are really skilled in their work. Had an appointment at 7 am to rotate my tires for the 1st time at 5,000 miles . My car didn’t go into the shop until 10:00 . The service manager said 3 guys called out sick . I was not happy to wait 3.5 hour time at 5,000 miles . My car didn’t go into the shop until 10:00 . The service manager said 3 guys called out sick .
