Hi Mr. Barth, Thank you for your time in leaving us a review. I know there were services added during the visit which inflated the time. We needed to do a better job of letting you know that would be the case. I’m sorry we failed you in that regard. In reference to the nav concern, there is an update coming next month. Right now your system is current. The price that was quoted was $ 170.00 for the update. That is what Toyota charges us, so there is no markup in the price.
