Ben is a top notch leader of the DCH service area. He always sees everything through to the end to ensure customer satisfaction. Matt and Tom were also instrumental in helping rectify significant vehi He always sees everything through to the end to ensure customer satisfaction. Matt and Tom were also instrumental in helping rectify significant vehicle problems on two of our Toyotas including a failed transmission in our 2018 Camry that was replaced under the Certified Used Vehicle Warranty coverage. Currently there is a rattling in the Camry that occurs while driving over bumps or road imperfections that was not present prior to the transmission replacement. It was initially looked at briefly the day I picked up the Camry, but was not fixed. So I will have to make a follow up appointment for a mechanic to spend some time to determine where this rattle is coming from to correct it. More
