OK so I originally put in a report 4/15/22. So, I finally spoke to Steve one of the mangers who did his best to explain the reason why a credit report is not done until you come in for the fina So, I finally spoke to Steve one of the mangers who did his best to explain the reason why a credit report is not done until you come in for the final deal, OK I get that but please make sure you tell people this up front, don't let people think it's a done deal when they put down a deposit, Also make sure that your salesmen tell the customer that the deposit is not refundable. Steve was very professional and did his best to explain things a lot better. I am now waiting for the full written description of my service contract and maintenance plan, because it was not explained to me at the time of signing, I do hope that Steve will work to train his staff better. More
