For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Sami was great with getting back to me, setting up time and date for test drive. Eugene Gardy was quick to answer my question, print a car fax and over. A professional. It's not at the dealership it's off site being detailed. So I sit for 20 minutes waiting for it to come back. I did have a 11am test drive set up and confirmed probably 3 times so that we're you lose a star. Michelle was great at getting my insurance all set up. A very nice lady. Schedule pick up of car for 6 pm next fay. I check in with girl at front desk. After 10 minutes of waiting.( girl at desk disappears) I send text that I'm there and ready to finish deal. Within a minute a nice man sat me down and we did paper work. He pulled car up for my 16 yr old daughter and backed it I. Which was nice of him. Overall a great experience just be mindfully of other people's time as I work 2 jobs and 80 hours a week to afford a car like this and don't want to waste minutes but again you have some really great people More

Customer service was great. They were fast and helpful. The only complaint I would have was there was a period where communication between the dealership and me lapsed but when They were fast and helpful. Went in to buy a truck that I found online. Was exactly what I wanted. I went in and we discussed numbers and we came to an agreement in minutes.
