For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Our recent purchase was a great experience. Dan Tran was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely seek him out for future purchases. The delivery team provides exceptional customer service. DeNoyer has two gems in the making with these two and, hopefully you can see the value in developing and fostering their growth. They represent your company very well. They are the customers final interaction/experience in the purchase process and they left us feeling confident and extremely happy with our purchase. The only criticism I have is with Louis the finance guy. He bold faced misrepresented the truth to us. He told us the vehicle had never been ceramic coated and, convinced us to buy that add on. However when we spoke with Nick DeNoyer and Dylan, we found out the vehicle had in fact been ceramic coated 3 times! Also, Louis never got back to us with our finance rate or which lender we were going with. I don’t think it’s unreasonable for the customer to have that information before signing loan documents. When I asked Louis about it he said, “oh I tried to call you”. I told him I never received a call from him. His response was, “oh, I mean I meant to call you”. Two misrepresentations of the truth. I don’t know if the finance people receive stipends or a bonus for each warranty they sell but, the behavior exhibited by Louis doesn’t seem to gel with the exceptional customer service we received from your other employees. We are first time DeNoyer customers and, It’s because of Dan Tran, the delivery team and Nick DeNoyer that we didn’t walk away from the deal. More
