For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Yesterdays visit Service was fine. Social distancing was adhered to by staff. As i was leaving however a gentlemen came in all smiles(that wa nice) however he wa blo Service was fine. Social distancing was adhered to by staff. As i was leaving however a gentlemen came in all smiles(that wa nice) however he wa blocking the four foot wide space talking w two employees. He had no mask or courtesy w regard to social distancing order in Place in NYS. When i went put to my car it was quite evident that it was NOT sanitized by whomever is responsible. Fortunately I carry clorox wipes, wear a mask and rubber gloves. I had to clear the car of any if there was any germ to be had. I was am disappointed i that area of the experience. Felt like it was a ok deal, I do not like high pressure sale It was a long progress to close a deal with a new 2020 Trail Boss. I have spoke to several people and it took several day to get back to me. They told It was a long progress to close a deal with a new 2020 Trail Boss.
