Never again! Just to clarify, the salesman John was great throughout the entire ordeal. That being said every other aspect of this experience was disastrous. Was sold a Cadillac with a supposed clean car fax only to find out the day after delivery the vehicle had been in a accident. I can't even begin to figure out how this even happens. Long story short after going thru multiple managers and being put off, the dealership reluctantly decided to either repair the Cadillac or I could find a possible exchange vehicle. Again to my disbelief all the possible replacement vehicles ended up having some sort of previous body damage. Even had this agreed upon by the body shop manager. Unbelievable. In the end I had to settle for a less optioned impala. My only concern now is, I know they'll still end up selling the Cadillac I returned to another unknowing customer. Sad but true. Same goes for the remainder of the wrecked used cars on their used car lot. Honestly there should be a better system in place to find this out for themselves and either return the vehicles where they came from or at least know upfront the cars are damaged and in need of repair. This is a sad situation for a what used to be reputable dealership. I warn everyone and anyone in advance, if your interested in a used vehicle avoid this dealership at all cost. More
